• Ralf (9/5): Klasse Wohung in meinem Berliner Lieblingskiez - Ich finde die Lage hervorragend. Unterschiedliche (Bio-)Supermärkte um die Ecke/ in der Nähe. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants/Imbiss. Klasse ÖPNV-Anbindung in die City und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und die Wohnung im ruhigen Innenhof. Von Nespresso-Kaffeemaschinen bin ich nicht so der Freund. Eine Filterkaffemaschine wäre mir lieber gewesen.

• Ellen (9/5): - Een schoon en heel erg ruim appartement aan een rustig binnenpleintje. Eenmaal de deur uitgelopen sta je na 20 m op een drukke winkelstraat met leuke winkels en heel veel betaalbate eettentjes. Openbaar vervoer is op 3 minuten loopafstand. Appartement is dus daarmee een prima uitval basis voor een bezoek aan Berlijn. Appartement heeft een hele ruime badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime slaapkamer maar geen woonkamer. Wel zijn er twee fauteuils aanwezig. In- en uitchecken ging heel erg eenvoudig. Heel fijn dat dit met een code kan. Ben je een paar dagen in Berlijn dan kan ik zeker het nabij gelegen Berlin on Bike adviseren. Ook de Prater biergarten is een aanrader als je gezellig een drankje wil doen. -

• Desiree (8/5): - Gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung, alles blitzsauber. Die Betten waren bequem, die Bettdecken warm. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof äußerst angenehm. Kurze Wege zu ÖPNV, wichtige Geschäfte in direkter Nähe.

• Bruno (7/5): Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt o. K. - Die Lage war für uns optimal. Das Appartement lag im Hinterhaus, dadurch war es insgesamt sehr ruhig, so dass man nachts die Fenster öffnen konnte. In der Beschreibung der Ausstattung wurde unter anderem ein Backofen und ein Toaster aufgeführt. beides war nicht vorhanden. Beim TV funktionierte nur "Das Erste". Bei allen anderen Sendern erschien eine Fehlermeldung. (Siehe Foto)
• Desiree (8/5): - Die Lage ist prima, in nächster Nähe alles verfügbar, Coffeeshop, Supermärkte, Restaurants, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn usw. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, fast alles wichtige vorhanden, ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen, wo wir unsre Räder abstellen konnten. Der Boiler fiel einmal aus, wir konnten ihn aber in Gang setzen.

• Ingo (8/5): Großzügiges Appartement in zentraler Lage - Das Appartement liegt in einem Wohnblock im Prenzlauer Berg. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche kleine sehr gemütliche Restaurants. Um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Das Bett super gemütlich. Vor der Reise wir ein Türcode gesendet. Hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Wohnhaus waren Bauarbeiten. Da ich früh raus musste hat mich das wenig gestört. Ich war mit dem Auto angereist. Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig in den Straßen um das Haus. Je nach Uhrzeit muss man etwas suchen. Die Außenlampe war defekt. Stört bei der Codeeingabe. Im Appartement war ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Es ist sehr dunkel.

• Murray (7/5): Restful on Robeson - Apartment was perfectly located for us just across street from our daughter and her family. Reasonably well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers. No street noise. Whole experence felt a bit impersonal. Never saw or met a staff member but clever on line entry key system worked fine. No iron a bit disappointing.

• Bruna (1/5): A pior que eu já estive em toda berlim e já sou cliente a muito tempo! - Bad at everything! cold apartment, the heater took a long time to heat up, the bathroom shower didn't heat up quickly, the toilet was dirty, the walls were dirty, the entrance door to the apartment was transparent, to the point where the neighbors in front could see inside your apartment, in other words, there was no walking around. quietly. Even when I entered the correct password, the entrance door sometimes did not open, which made me stay outside for 3 minutes in the rain and cold more than once to normalize the opening of the lock. everything is bad. Horrible internet, I tried to connect YouTube to the TV but it was impossible. Horrible ambient lighting too. And to make matters worse, I haven't received a refund of my 200 euros until now. everything was terrible, and they charged me a surprise amount of 200 euros which I was forced to pay to avoid being left on the street on the day of check in for an apartment that wasn't even worth the price.

• Shari (8/5): Very good - Convenient location close to nice restaurants and shops and transportation. Spacious apartment Difficulty getting into the property when we arrived. The entry code did not work. Code needed to be reset. Staying for over a week additional towels beyond one per person would be beneficial. Common entry area smelled like urine every morning. Front entry door to the courtyard wasn’t always locked by other people in the building so vagrants came into the courtyard and rummaged through the garbage in front of the apartment.
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious, bright apartments with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. Of the minuses in the kitchen, very poor light, you can’t see what you are cooking, a separate story about how we could not get into the apartment due to the combination lock, two hours of communication with the hotline and all this under the door of the apartment because they could not give us the correct code for the lock, after we got into the room and went out into the street, the story repeated again, we could not get into the apartment.

• Branwen (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Location was great with local access to trams, trains and buses. Apartment was in part of a large building in a side street and was located on the ground floor on a quiet courtyard. It was clean and spacious and we were very happy with it. There were really great food outlets in our area. Our only issue was that I had seen a sofa bed in the photos and assumed it would be there. My daughter and I both hate sharing a bed. When it wasn't there, I contacted the owners but they said it wasn't available. I know I should have confirmed beforehand so it's not really a fault on their part.
• Agnė (9/5): Berlin for a weekend - Super good location, and clear instructions for logging in. In the room, you'll find everything you will need for your staying. I was surprised about the size of the apartment. It's big! Absolutely good balance of the price and quality:) Warning for those who are traveling during the cold period: don't forget to take slippers, otherwise, at your apartment you'll have to stay with shoes because the floor is covered with ceramic tiles. Which I believe is perfect during the summertime.

Easy access to apartment. Very spacious inside and clean. Bed really comfortable. No wardrobe or drawers for clothes, other than 2 small bedside table drawers. OK if able to live out of a suitcase

It was warm, cosy and qu - The flat was self contained, clean and had everything you need for a stay, long or short. good location too. bed was comfy and good, powerful shower. It could do with a wardrobe as there was nowhere to put your clothes in.

• Emmanuel (8/5): It was amazing. - The kitchen was very spacious and was a cross the bedroom. Separate doors for kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Kitchenet has decent saucepans all you needed. The bathroom was really spacious and neat. That there was no cot for my little girl. The access system is not entirely user/friendly. If the access code is accurate and the door is unlocked, there is no sound to indicate that it is okay to now turn the knob. Since there is no possibility of switching the language on the keypad, then the universal language which is colours red and green must be used to indicate when the code is correct and knob can be used to open the door. Instructions are there in the mails on all but this is even more practical Also, I missed my flight and wanted to rebook the same room for 3 days but it was gone by the time I was ready. It was an amazing place with so much quiet despite the general bustling in Berlin.
