Clean, just the right size, kitchen facilities were great, felt very comfortable and homey. 24 hour supermarket a few minutes' walk for all my needs. Quiet neighborhood, nice restaurants all around, and an easy, subway ride to all parts of the city. On the ground floor with windows onto the street, felt anyone could see into the apartment if I didn't keep the shades down

- Larisa (9/5): Nice apartment and a comfortable location. - The location is quite and nice, with a comfortable walking distance to several U-Bahn lines, the one-room apartment is spacious and quite cosy. I spend too little time in the apartment to notice anything disturbing, except that the apartment is in EG.
- Pierre (9/5): Excellent apartment, first class location and a very kind host - The location is just excellent with good supermarkets, lots of other shops and restaurants very close, as well as the U-Bahn (metro). Also very quiet at night. Kitchen was well-equipped, bathroom newly remodelled and very good, Plenty of good lamps in the apartment and a working table; perfect blinds for the night. The host (Günter) was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The bed was of a good size and comfortable, though I would suggest a top mattress should be provided as well.

- Sophia (9/5): A very nice Berlin hideaway! - Great location regarding public transport connections to the city centre, nice neighbourhood with supermarket and restaurants all in walking distance. The spacious apartment felt like an authentic Berlin hideaway (nice furniture) with everything we needed for a few days. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money! We'd stay here again :) The only slight issue that other guests have already mentioned is that it's on the street level, so people walk past right outside of the window. Some daytime curtains in addition to the existing blinds would be good. But it wasn't a big deal!

- Alex (10/5): Comfortable apartment in an interesting neighborhood. - Great apartment on the first floor. Lots of public transportation options. Gunter was a great host and even lent me an umbrella. The bath doesn’t have a curtain and so the floor tends to get wet after a shower.

- Julian (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent all round and perfectly met my needs. Very good value for money and spacious. Everything was immaculately clean. Good public transport links - three stations within easy walking distance. Very quiet in the apartment and, as a cyclist, it was very pleasing to be able to leave my bike in the internal courtyard. Plenty of places to eat locally and convenient shops, including a Lidl, nearby. Noting other comments, there is an electrically operated blackout shutter on the front window. The shower is over the bath and the hose could be longer, but it is perfectly usable. It would also be good to have a microwave in the otherwise excellently equipped galley kitchen. But these are very minor concerns and I would unhesitatingly stay there again in the future.

- Eline (9/5): Beautiful and cozy apartment in a well connected area - Beautiful apartment, nicely furnished, location close to several metro stops. Friendly host, clean apartment. Cozy and welcoming space. Complete and functional kitchen. Loved spending time in the apartment. The mattress was okay for me but the pillow was lumpy and not really comfortable to sleep on for me. (I would stay there again in a heartbeat if they would change the pillow at least, if not also the mattress :)) Since I arrived late it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee for the next morning. This is not a big critique or a must, just a "nice to have".
