• Neliza (10/5): I want to suggest maybe you provide parking area.but all for me is very good facility i will recomend to our friend want - All facility is good The refrigarator because of the color is my favorite.but ofcource the house is very big and comfortable to us.

• Alexander (7/5): - Die Lage und der Standort Heizung ist extrem laut und lässt einen kaum schlafen. Zumal war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

• Nadine (4/5): Not again. - Gute Lage Es war nicht gereinigt und sehr abgewohnt.
• Vilmos (6/5): - Ház stílusa, a kilátás, a tetőterasz. Felszereltség megfelelő volt. Lift volt. 5 főre foglaltam, de csak 4 ágyneműt adtak. Nem működött a Wifi, nem volt tévé. Mindezt jeleztem, de inkább csak leveleztek velem, hogy én mit csináljak, én hogyan oldjam meg. Az egyik ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt Ki volt feküdve.

• Dieter (3/5): Die Betretung der Fewo (in einem schlechten Zustand) ist sehr kompliziert und nicht zu empfehlen. - der Balkon Wir hatten keinerlei Unterstützung von Booking.com, um den Betretungs-Code für die Fewo zu erhalten. Wir sollten Online einchecken und eine Kaution von 150,- € hinterlegen. Dabei wurde nach meinem Online-Passwort gefragt !!! Das ist eine Straftat, die ich zur Anzeige bringen werde. Auch nach mehrmaligen Anfragen wollte uns niemand die Telefonnummer des Anbieters geben. Teilweise waren nur Asiaten am Telefon, die ein schlechtes Englisch sprachen und uns nicht verstanden. Zufällig war auf einer Antwort-Email unten die Tel. Nr. des Anbieters gedruckt. Der Herr am Telefon des Anbieters schickte uns dann per SMS den Betretungs-Code für die Fewo. Sonst hätten wir auf der Straße schlafen müssen !!! Von Booking.com erhielten wir den Türcode erst kurz vor der Abreise !!! eine Riesen-Sauerei !!! Die Ausstattung der Fewo war mangelhaft: 1. TV ohne Antennenanschluß 2. Nur ein Sessel für die gesamte Wohnung (6 Schlafplätze) 3. Sehr kleines Bad mit Mini-Waschbecken 4. Kein separates Schlafzimmer wie bestellt 5. Mikrowelle sehr kompliziert zu bedienen
• Marcel (7/5): Gut für ein Wochenende in Berlin - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist zentral angebunden. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist einfach geregelt und machte keine Probleme. Stylischer Aufbau des Apartments. Man merkt das einige Dinge in der Unterkunft schon recht verbraucht sind. Es gibt keinerlei „abgegrenzte“ Schlafzimmer. Der Schlafbereich oben ist aufgrund fehlender Vorhänge oder ordentlicher Belüftung fast nicht nutzbar. (Viel zu heiß und zu hell) Das Haus war extrem hellhörig und die Nachbarschaft war sehr laut.
• Nikola (8/5): - Geräumiges Apartment mit Küche und großem Balkon Der Kühlschrank hat aufgrund der Dichtung nicht richtig geschlossen und das Bad war sehr eng.

• Illia (10/5): If we go to Berlin once again we definetly will try to book this apartment one more time - Awesome apartment, with amazing view from balcony. You have in place everything for comfortable staying and super nice chill area on the balcony.
• Axel (9/5): - Die Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnliche konzipiert und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist zentral, gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Internet war dürftig und der Fernseher kompliziert zu bedienen.
• Duc Bao (3/5): Generally ok, but upper beds lacking proper sun protection and ventilation, could not use them! - The location close to the S-Bahn was really good. The place was also quite spacious and looked pretty much like in the pictures. The furniture was a bit used, but fine for our stay. The bathroom is a bit small for such a large place and there is a strange smell. The upper beds were not usable, since there are no curtains and no possibility to get fresh air. The fan that was provided did not help, the air conditioning and the balcony door only kept the lower level cool. After 6am it was unbearable to sleep in the upper beds and it was like a greenhouse. Effectively, the place was less usable than booked. Luckily some of use were able to stay with friends, but effectively we could not all stay in the apartment.

• Katy (6/5): - Die Ausstattung und die Lage Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht in Ordnung. Müll von den vorherigen Mietern vorhanden . Badezimmer nicht richtig sauber . In den Betten waren alte Taschentücher.

• Hlava (1/5): Strašné, špinavé. Nefungující tel.kontakt. - nic Dorazili jsme v noci, apartmán byl neuklizený, špinavý. Povlečení a ručníky špinavé po předchozích hostech. Špinavá kuchyň, plná myčka, špinavá koupelma. Na kontaktní telefon se nešlo dovolat. Museli jsme v noci hledat nové ubytování. Druhý den jsme znovu zkoušeli volat bez odezvy. Reklamace. Ubytování jsme nevyužili. :(((

• Adrian (2/5): It was quite disgusting and nothing was nearly as clean as presented in the published photos. - The dishwasher was full of moldy dishes and we could never get rid of the smell. Also, the pots and pans in the cabinets had leftover dried food stains. The surfaces and floor were also quite dirty. The bathroom had a gross odor, no mirror, and all of the soap dispensers were broken. There was also food crumbs on the furniture.

• Andreas (7/5): Männerurlaub gut und günstig, für Frauen zur Zeit eher nicht empfehlenswert. - Grundsätzlich ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Verkleidung auf dem Balkon ist locker! Sauberkeit könnte alles abrunden. Ein Satz Bettwäsche hat gefehlt! Die Wegbeschreibung das es in einem Hinterhof liegt wäre hilfreich. Allgemein könnte die Sauberkeit viel besser sein! Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier wäre toll.
• Katrin (7/5): Verbesserungswürdig und dennoch gut - Interessante Innenarchitektur, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher, vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine, gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindungen Bad hat immer nach schmutzigem Abflussrohr gerochen, schmutzige Wände. WLAN und Fernsehen nicht funktionsfähig Verbesserungsvorschlag: Schere und Wohnzimmerdecken ;)

• Annija (6/5): - They fixed things almsot right when we told about some issues. The apartment walls were very dirty and things seemed very worn out.
• Sulima Andrii (2/5): - Грязно, жарко, шторы порваны и и с коричневыми пятнами. Шумный район. Неформалов и арабов и бомжей очень много. постоянные крики. Машину страшно оставить парковки вроде есть но все закрыто. Треш Нечего даже ответить. Возможно просторно и всё.

The communication with property was really useless, they couldn’t manage their property and redirected everything to BOOKING.COM, but to reach booking was impossible, despite how many times I called. So, they kept on repeating the same things but were helpless.
