• Asfand (10/5): Must stay. - Everything was just perfect. The location, the amenities, the rooms, utilities. Everything was perfect and super comfy and cozy. Loved every second of the stay. The location of the place and the view outside of the balcony was incredible. The pictures in the add, don't make justice for how actually good the accomodation is. Nothing, everything was just right. No complaints about anything.

• Hester (9/5): - Fijn verblijf met vrienden.waarbij de drie slaapkamers in gebruik waren. Top locatie, erg centraal en leuke buurt. Inchecken ging gemakkelijk en zeer nette ontvangst. Appartement was erg schoon en ruim. Twee badkamers ter beschikking was fijn. Keuken was ook compleet en van veel voorzien.

• Shay (10/5): Our stay was pleasant and very good, the apartment is pleasant, bright and in a very central locatio - The place is very spacious and pleasant, there are 2 bathrooms which is an important element when several people arrive. I really liked the proximity to the river and the area and the neighborhood. I would recommend to future guests to improve the bathrooms - I think installing a glass shower would be much more pleasant and appropriate for the bathrooms as the water flows out and could not be scooped back in.

• Robert (5/5): Nice looking place, functional but tired... and bugs! ... not a great value in my opinion - The location of this apartment was quite good for us in terms of where we needed to be in Berlin on this particular visit. The property is brightly lit by large windows in every room looking out over the river. Across the river, perhaps 200 metres away, is a section of the Berlin Wall, so that's pretty cool so see it from the apartment. High ceilings and the combination kitchen /dining / liiving room creates a "great room" that felt spacious & comforable. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms for a group (5 in our case, but the place holds up to 8 or so). The river is 1-2 stories below, and feels quite close. For the money, I expected a far better experience, like no spiders & bugs! More on that later. The doors / key situation was klunky. Electronic locks on the front gate and apartment door worked inconsistently, so ultimately we relied on 2 sets of physical keys for 5 adults that sometimes wanted to go in separate directions. A third door into the building required a physical key after the first day (no idea why it was no longer unlocked) so 5 adults were forced to share 2 sets of keys. No air conditioning... and only one window had a screen. Berlin is hot in August, so while there were floor-standing fans, there was no choice but to open windows; hence numerous bugs, food for the also numerous spiders (maybe they're the pest control system?) There were literally dozens of spiders - some VERY large - throughout the apartment. Ants roamed throughout the garbage/recycling area under the sink in the kitchen. I understand some of these are unavoidable, but this was very uncomforrtable. Other things to note: there are party boats of all sizes roaming the river until the early hours, so it can be pretty noisy (open windows, remember?) It felt like the owner doesn't keep up with even minor details, e.g., a shower curtain that doesn't reach the tub... really?? (4-5 euros would buy a few extra shower curtain rings.) Why not buy a long tube extension for the vacuum so the housekeeper can suck away the spiders? (20-30 euros) The coffee maker lid would deconstruct each time you cleaned it to make a new pot (10 euros on Amazon). The table on the patio is falling apart. The washer has a drying capability but has apparently been broken for some time. Walk-through screens could be added to the LR and BR door to the porch for 20-30 euros each. Just 1-2 nights rental income could fix all of these issues.

• Dorien (10/5): We would recommend staying here! - Checking in was easy and well described, everything went as expected. When we entered the appartment, we immediately felt comfortable because it was really specious, neat and nicely decorated. The real plants are a great finishing touch to make this feel like coming home. Everything you can think about, was available. Towels on each bed, a big and small one. Showering gel, shampoo, make-up remover, hairdryer, washing machine,... Literally everything is available. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a good meal, all equipment is easy to use too. Even water and a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift were available which is amazing. We will for sure keep this appartment in mind for a next stay in Berlin!

• Gina (8/5): nice big airy apartment right on the river. nice location too. some minor changes needed though - beautiful views and near a train stop and restaurants bed toppers were not secure and would move off the mattress through the night. the shower curtain in bath with tub was too short and water would leak out. an anti slip mat should be provided too. It’s a deep tub and getting out is dangerous. I almost fell

• Margaretha (10/5): This was a home away from home. - wonderful location just opposite East Side gallery with easy access to public transport. some basic food items were left in the apartment for our use as well as a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome. it felt like home. close to the varied and god restaurants of Kreuzberg area.
