Angelika (7/5): Wir kommen wieder, weil wir wissen dass Verbesserungen ernst genommen werden - Wir waren schon in dieser Unterkunft und hatten Vorschläge die verbessert werden können, sie wurden sofort umgesetzt, das ist super Leider war wieder der Zugang zum W-LAN nicht möglich und der Fernseher nicht nutzbar ohne eigene Zugangsdaten bei Prime. Eigentlich ist Waipu TV vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht.eine Bedienungsanleitung und vorherige Einstellungen wäre hilfreich.

Angelika (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder, haben schon neu gebucht 😉 - Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Man hat beim betreten des Appartement gleich ein gutes Gefühl Für die Dusche wäre ein Abzieher vorteilhaft und vielleicht noch ein Wischer fürs Bad. Wenn man einige Tage dort ist wäre es gut das mal selber machen zu können. Besteck war ausreichend, aber mal ein spitzes Messer, z.B. zum schälen oder öffnen von Verpackungen wäre hilfreich ( das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau) Eine kleine technische schriftliche Information wäre hilfreich für Fernseher und Bedienung an der Eingangstür.

Norma (9/5): Gemütliche Bleibe am grünen Rand von Berlin - Sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Dennoch streng funktional ausgerichtet. Wenn die Parkplätze fertig sind, ist es perfekt. Auf der Straße davor sind aber auch Lücken zu finden.

Michael (1/5): Es hat unerträglich gestunken und der Besitzer hat nicht auf unseren Kontaktversuch reagiert. - Es gibt kaum Positives. Der Fernseher ist groß. Es gibt eine Küche und Möbel. Das wars mit dem Positiven. Wo soll ich anfangen? Zuerst mussten wir auf den Türcode warten - in der Kälte vor der Tür. Danach haben wir die Wohnung betreten und den unerträglichen Gestank wahrgenommen. Es stank wohl aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben dem Besitzer sofort am ersten Tag Bescheid gesagt, aber er reagierte einfach nicht mehr. Wir mussten 3 Tage mit dem Gestank in der ganzen Wohnung leben. Auch Wochen nach unserem Besuch immer noch keine Reaktion.

Jana (10/5): - Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle eingerichtet Wohnung. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Ein klitzekleines Manko ist die Parksituation. Aber ich glaube das ändert sich noch, da die Wohnung noch sehr neu ist. Aber der Vermieter kominieriert das offen und teil mit, wo man parken kann ohne einen Strafzettel zu bekommen. Da wir in der Nähe Familie haben, kommen wir sicher wieder.

Kein WLAN verfügbar. Schlafsofa nichts fertig und schmutzig. Keine Verbindung zum Gastgeber. Keine Anleitung zu Bedienung von TV. Mängel an der Eingangstür und ein Fenster. In der Dusche fehlte die Abdeckung für den Ablauf. Darüber keine Info. Keine Entschuldigung. Für Kinder war duschen schwer möglich. Balkon war nur halb fertig. Keine Sitzgelegenheit. Für mich nie wieder. Nur Geld anziehen.

Überall liegen Baumaterialien herum. Man kommt nicht sicher und trocken zum Eingang. In der Wohnung riecht es muffig. Der Balkon ist nicht fertig.

P.theisohn (9/5): Great apartment in a green and pleasant area on the outskirts of Berlin - Communication with Host was easy and nice, when we found we were missing cutlery, it was easy to get what we need. The apartment's facilities and equipment are new and of high value. Nice place to stay. Parking is available on the property. Public transport is available and works well: even Sunday morning we were in the center of Berlin in less than one hour. Close-by there are multiple supermarkets, a bakery, a few restaurants. Area is very green and there are hiking and biking paths. One side of the sofa bed was not so comfy.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything a family needs to take breakfast or dinner. Large apartment, we are a family of 4, and our daughters sleeped on the couch. The yard is not arranged, and on a rainy day, all the dirth is taken inside the house.
