• Karen (10/5): - The apartment was really spacious and beautifully decorated. It is really clever to have a separate couch and a double bed in the livingroom because the double bed is more comfortable than most sleeper couches. The furniture was comfortable and looked like designer furniture. There was a desk for working and a large dining room table that the hosts had set for four so it felt like coming home or visiting friends when we entered the apartment - it was such a nice personal touch :) The kitchen is small but still had a big fridge and a really modern hotplate for cooking - as well as a toaster and a kettle. We were close to several supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as Kurfurstendamm. We used Bolt and Uber to get to Brandenburger Tor for sightseeing - which just took about 15-20 minutes. We would love to come back :)

• Muthana Hassan Hanon (6/5): Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche se ci sono stati alcuni problemi. - La struttura mi piace abbastanza, ma credo che ci siano alcuni punti da migliorare, soprattutto il bagno. I letti non sono abbastanza grandi e il bagno ha problemi: l’acqua della doccia esce dallo scarico.

• Yoon Jung (9/5): Aufreden fall Top Lage! - Einrichtung, Tolle Lage, Räumlichkeit, Warm, Cosy Matratze war nicht so gemütlich wie ich gewünscht hätte.
• Jacob (4/5): Would not recommend - Good location and the property was very clean. Communication was straightforward. As often the case with those kinds of bookings, the photos are quite deceiving. This is a very dark property where the one window in the living room is partly obscured by an external lift outside. Granted, the host cannot do anything about this. However, the bedroom is minuscule and the sofa bed in the living room is also very small. Other reviews have pointed out that there were other issues with the property, the dirty yellow chair, which have not been sorted out. The pillows were a disaster. Absolutely ridiculous, so was the bedding. One of the spot lights was gone and one of the lamps above the dining table had a flickering bulb. For the price, we would not stay here again.
• Vladimir (8/5): Not good, to much money for nothing. I do not recommend it! - Location was not bad, but you need 10-15 mins to Sbahn or Ubahn to main stations and attractions. It was quiet, which was good It was not clean, very bad. After shower the wc was full with water because there is no main drain. You are in the basement/ground with some smell and no light in the rooms as it should be. No flexibility for check in and check out!

• Iara (10/5): Great apartment near Ku'damm - Such a cute apartment! Well located near all the amenities and the Ku'damm. We enjoyed our weekend there. The apartment is on the ground floor; the window of the main room opened onto the sidewalk, and it was quite noisy when the garbage truck made its rounds one early morning

• Janakievska (9/5): Superb - This property impressed us with its stylish décor, cleanliness, and few minutes walk from near by train stations. Although initially tricky to find, the detailed host instructions helped. While we would have preferred a larger bed, we understand that bed size is a matter of personal preference, and this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow our overall experience.

No electricity fan in such hot weather(29 degree), very stuffy and could not open the window because it is located on the 1st of floor. According to the owner’s instructions, I opened the window slightly but everyone could open it from outside, so I should hardly closed it, but only 1 fan in the room, in another room no fan, we felt too hot to sleep.

• Quinn (9/5): Wonderful place to stay! Located in a fun neighborhood, safe and quiet with great restaurants. - Wonderful location, great amenities overall. It was so nice to have a functional kitchen! Being located near ludwigkirchplatz and the U-Bahn station was nice. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the TV in the smaller room didn’t seem to work. Otherwise, no complaints!
