• Leonie (5/5): Ich habe mich leider nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Lage ist aber top. - Lage ist sehr zentral und gut. Ich mochte, dass es ein extra Tor zum Eingang gab. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss zu einem Hof gelegen. Das muss einem bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Der Hof ist in der Regel ruhig. Die Wohnung ist recht kalt und ungemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein merkwürdiges Arrangement, und es gibt leider nichts auf dem Man ein Buch oder sonstiges abstellen kann. Seife war leider nicht wie versprochen vorhanden. Es war eine wirklich geringe Menge Seife im Seifenspender. Die Teflon-Pfannen waren wirklich verkratzt, sodass ich sie leider nicht mit gutem Gewissen benutzen konnte. Daher habe ich mich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

• Andrea (6/5): - The location was brilliant, lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was quite as described, you could hear other residents going about their business, that was nice and felt friendly. Nice bathroom. The apartment, although clean on the surface was cobwebby and everything apart from the bathroom (very nice) and bed felt a bit grotty and old. There wasn't a headboard on the bed or a wall behind it to sit up against. The kitchen utensils were rusty and some of the crockery was chipped. The owners were quick to respond to my messages and said that a complete update was going to be undertaken, if that happens I would definitely stay there again.

• JEROME (8/5): Appartement agréable pour visiter Berlin quelques jours. - Il y avait suffisamment de couchages pour 5 personnes. Grande salle de bain. Localisation proche du métro et des commerces. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée mais au calme dans une cour intérieure. Cuisine un peu petite et pas très fonctionnelle. Pas de parking.

• Alison (10/5): Good location and value for money - Good location, easy to check in with the photos and directions provided. It was clean and very comfortable for 3 adults. Parking was available in a mall garage about 10-15 minutes walk away. It was fine but was further than we expected. Later we realized that there is an unloading zone directly in front of the building; that made it easier to leave with all our belongings.
• Lee (8/5): Worked for me. - Location convenient for my purposes. Entrance was on a busy street but apartment was situated inside and adjacent to a courtyard and was quiet. The toilet ran. The shower was difficult to use because the shower curtain didn’t quite fit. The key box was difficult to manage for an elderly person.

• Jess (9/5): We loved our stay and will be back! - Apartment is warm and cozy and very quiet. Location is excellent, brilliant area. Favourite neighbourhood in Berlin. Amazing cafes, parks, bars, restaurants and shops and the weekly flea market is brilliant and only a 10min walk away as is the amazing Museum at the Kulturbrauerei. Highly recommend. Maybe the price could be a little bit less per night.. Could do with a couple of stools for the kitchen table, maybe a washing machine too? Also the bed could have a double duvet rather than 2 single duvets. and some extra pillows. Everything was great though.

The location is wonderful, neat, clean, and quiet (could hear metro, but that wasn't a big problem, you can get used to that), and essentials that were left after other guests, like shampoo, salt, tea and coffee. Might be a bit loud in the morning when someone is throwing away the trash, but not a problem.

• Çakmak (3/5): İf you'r not a meticulous family, maybe acceptable. - Very near to ebersvalder metro station which goes to center alexanderplatz. rewe supermarket 200m, rossman 50m, zum starken bar 30m, drinks shop 10m. Some Restaurants also 300m Towels etc were clean. Also the flat was clean except the some dog hair on the sofa. Area in the flat is enough for 2-3 people family. Heating is working good. The director of the flat only responds messages after a few hours. So you can't talk on the phone or you cant have options for urgent situations. There is no reception or like thing. The key was in a Encyrpted box on the sidewalk. İf you come to location under the rain, be ready for fighting with the box under the rain. Entrance to the apartment is very small, dark and demoralizing. Flat İts on the ground floor and look inner garden. İt is really dark in the morning hours,impossible to eat breakfast at 9am without opening the lights. photos brightness exactly much from real. The furnitures are also old-very old. Not like in the pictures. Dining tables painting all gone with straches. Sofas bed extension was broken and its hard to sleep with splitting 2 pieces. The cooking pans also all teflon gone. Everything sticks. İmpossible to make pancake, omelette etc. Only scrambled egg. There is no washing machine.
• Kim (8/5): Overall comfortable and pleasant stay - We did enjoy it overall. Mostly because the location is very good; (Close to the Subway, busses and trams), good restaurants, bakery and supermarket in the neighborhood. Also the check in was pretty easy, everything we needed was present. The kitchen equipment is quite scarce. For example the cutlery, or glasses. Also the dining chairs are very uncomfortable and unstable. For the sleeping couch i would recommend putting an extra top matras on it so the kids will be comfortable too.
• Sini (10/5): Exceptional - We liked our stay very much. The apartment is suitable for 5 adults for short stay. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy. There was everything you need for making breakfast. Location is also perfect, its quiet but easily and fast reachable by public transport. There was really cold when we got in (december) but the apartment warmed up quite quickly after putting the radiators on.

• Anette (9/5): Good location with all the facilities you need. - Location was perfect! communication was good and we also liked the facilities. For example the kitchen had a fridge, microwave oven and a toaster. The bed was good and the shower had good pressure. The sofa was not very comfortable because a lot of the back cushions were gone, but we were told that they had problems before with people partying so we figured that maybe they got destroyed? We loved the location and would really like to come back!
