• Karoline (3/5): Im Großen und Ganzen mit Abstrichen ganz oke - Lage ist vorteilhaft und gut mit U Bahn und Tram gut zu erreichen Schnitt der Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon ist ok. Küchenausstattung auch mit wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und lichtdurchflutet Das Mobiliar und Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Bettrückwand speckig, Schanktüren verzogen und Scharniere ausgerissen, WC-Rollenhalter nicht vorhanden . Türklinken klapprig. Schmutzige gebrauchte Putzlappen hinter der Küchentüre abgestellt. Wer nachtaktiv ist wird die Geräuschkullisse durch die Bar gegenüber nicht gestört sein. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt sitzen die Gäste halt gefühlt unterm Fenster.
• Jan (10/5): Comfortabel verblijf in een uitstekend en fraai appartement in een sfeervolle wijk - Dit is een uitstekend appartement in een karakteristieke en sfeervolle wijk van Berlijn. Een wijk, die in de oorlog maar weinig schade heeft opgelopen en daardoor nog authentiek overkomt. Een heel verschil met de sfeerloze Alexanderplatz en omgeving. De ondergrondse en de tram bevinden zich op een comfortabele afstand. In de directe omgeving zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om te ontbijten. Het appartement is niet goedkoop, maar zijn prijs zeker waard. Vermeld moet nog worden dat het appartement een balkon heeft, waarop het met warm weer goed toeven is. Helaas was het weer alleen de eerste avond zodanig dat wij dit konden vaststellen. De andere dagen was het te koud, alhoewel het al mei was. Toch was ons verblijf zeer aangenaam en wij kunnen dit appartement dan ook van harte aanbevelen Slechts een heel klein puntje van kritiek. Het zou plezierig zijn als de vloerverwarming zou kunnen worden uitgezet. Nu moesten bij terugkeer in het appartement de ramen opengezet worden, omdat het wel erg warm was geworden. Voor ons echter niet echt een groot probleem.

Bass was very helpful and accommodated our earlier arrival. Some areas could be little cleaner. Shampoo and body wash in bathroom would be an awesome addition.

• Jasper (7/5): Comfortabel appartement op gunstige locatie - Het appartement is gelegen in een fijne wijk met genoeg openbaar vervoer opties. Op loopafstand zijn verschillende winkels voor de dagelijkse boodschappen, bakkers, restaurants en cafés te vinden. Ook lokale ondernemers met kledingwinkels of andersoortige winkels zijn er op steenworp afstand volop aanwezig. Het appartement is ruim genoeg om met z'n tweeën te verblijven. De keuken is voorzien van de meest gebruikelijke (en ook werkende) apparaten waaronder ook een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Het bed ligt fijn en het appartement kan goed verduisterd worden. De badkamer is ruim, verlichting is er goed. In het appartementencomplex is het rustig en hoor je nagenoeg niet de buren. WiFi is beveiligd, stabiel en supersnel. De check-in manager die je persoonlijk de sleutels komt overdragen was erg flexibel in het maken van de afspraak. Zelfs bij een vertraging en het tijdig aangeven ervan was het geen enkel probleem om de afspraak te verzetten naar een ander gewenst tijdstip. Ondanks dat ik een fijn verblijf heb gehad, heb ik wel wat aandachtspunten. Om te beginnen met de sleutel. Het appartement was geboekt voor twee personen echter de eigenaar houdt er een beleid op na om slechts één set sleutels af te geven. Een tweede set zou om kunnen worden verzocht maar die waren niet gegarandeerd aanwezig. Dit betekent dat je als gasten goed moet afstemmen wanneer er iemand aanwezig is, mocht je afzonderlijk weggaan. Niet handig en mijn inziens ook niet klantvriendelijk. Het legt een beperking op. Aanvullend wil ik opmerken dat het appartement op het oog schoon is. Maar witte sokken zijn in no-time voorzien van zwarte zolen waardoor kan worden gesteld dat de vloer niet schoon is. Het aanrechtblad en veel spullen in de keuken plakken. Bestek en glazen waren niet allemaal schoon. De badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad waarin je ook moet douchen. Dit is niet heel comfortabel doordat het smal en glibberig is en het douchegordijn continue tegen je aan komt. De temperatuur in het appartement is slecht of eigenlijk niet regelbaar. I het appartement was het onaangenaam warm. Bij de thermostaat op 15 graden, moesten de ramen alsnog open om het enigszins aangenaam te maken. Bij de check-in had ik dit al op- en aangemerkt maar werd afgedaan dat het lag aan de zonnige dag en de vele ramen. Klinkt plausibel echter 's nachts schijnt de zon niet maar bleef het er wel te warm. Afsluitend wil ik aangeven, en daar heeft de eigenaar geen invloed op, dat het erg levendig/rumoerig is op straat. De klandizie van de Späti, die op de begane grond van het appartementencomplex is gevestigd, veroorzaakt lichte overlast. Jongeren blijven al dan niet blowend voor de zaak hangen tot sluit. Gevolg is geluidsoverlast en de ramen dicht moeten houden omdat anders de geur van de joints de kamer in komt. Verder is de kruising waaraan het appartement is gelegen sowieso meer levendig door ook de aanwezigheid van een kroeg en restaurant.
• Tarık (9/5): Oldukça temiz ve geniş - Dairede her şey mevcuttu. Birçok ekipman var mutfak alanında. Ayrica çay kahve koymaları da oldukça olumlu. Konum olarak da gayet iyiydi. 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde tramvay var. Alexanderplatz a ise yürüyerek 20 dakika mesafede. Temizlik konusunda da oldukca başarılıydı. Genel olarak cok memnun kaldık. Dairenin ısıtması yeterli degildi. Ek ısıtıcı koyulabilirdi. Çok soğuklarda sorun yaratabilir

• Alette (8/5): Super verblijf! - Perfecte locatie om de stad te bezoeken, centraal gelegen en dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Met de tram ben je zo bij de Hackescher Markt vanwaar je overal heen kunt met de U of S bahn. Het appartement voldeed ruim aan onze verwachtingen. Het was ruim genoeg voor 2, van alle gemakken voorzien en had een gezellige sfeer. Pluspunt is een balkon voor als je wilt roken. Leuk uitzicht vanaf de vierde verdieping. Bed lag goed. Het was erg warm door de vloerverwarming die je niet zelf kon bedienen. Zelfs met de ramen open bij een temperatuur van 10 graden erg warm binnen, net te warm om lekker te slapen. Veel geluiden van de straat, maar dat heeft ook wel wat als je in zo'n grote stad overnacht. Er zou Netflix en andere apps op de tv zitten, wat verteld werd bij de ontvangst, maar deze apps bleken helemaal niet te werken. Zelf een kabel aangeschaft om de telefoon te verbinden met de HDMI poort van de tv. Geluid via Bluetooth over een meegebrachte speaker laten komen. Beetje omslachtig, maar het werkte wel op deze manier. Andere reviews beschrijven slechte kussens om op te slapen. Vandaar onze eigen kussens meegenomen, dus dat was prima. De grote kussens op het bed waren juist perfect om tegen te leunen bij het kijken van een film. Het bed was net een beetje te smal voor 2, zeker als je partner erg breed is. De lengte was goed, ook voor lange mensen.

• Jaqueline (7/5): We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property - The apartment was very clean, close to a tram that went to the centre of Berlin. Very modern and stylish. The bath plug wasn't working and the shower head was stuck facing outwards but we mentioned this to our host and although it wasn't mended during our stay we were assured it would be for future guests.

Og så mangler der æggebæger :-) Og så der godt differentieres i prisen alt efter hvor mange dage man er der for prisen afskrækker os en smule og vi har besøgt lejligheden 6 gange.
• Jos (8/5): fijne "eigen" plek om van daaruit Berlijn te verkennen - de studio is met het openbaar vervoer gemakkelijk bereikbaar, is stijlvol ingericht en biedt ruimte genoeg aan 2 personen. Het heeft een fijn balkon , en ligt in een rustige wijk. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek en eetgelegenheid aan de overkant. Met het openbaar vervoer kun je snel overal in Berlijn komen. niet alles was even schoon en de sleuteloverhandiger liet op zich wachten, maar dat kan gebeuren.

Valmiiksi oli laitettu kahvikapseleita ja jäitä meitä varten. Henkilökunta ihan mieletöntä ja avuliasta. Sijainti erinomainen. Paljon hyviä ravintoloita lähistöllä. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet. Saimme myöhäisen check outin ilman lisämaksua kun, kun kukaan ei ollut tulossa heti meidän jälkeen.

In the nearest a lot of bars and restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The wasching machine can be more time cleaning because I used it every day and I had to do cleaning for using.

No shower mat to stand on when showering in the bath - this could be dangerous, pillows were sweat stained and need replacing.

• Erica (10/5): A perfect spot from which to explore and appreciate a great city! - This location is phenomenal - close to the action but relatively quiet and relaxed. The neighborhood has a variety of great food and stores for getting supplies to make your own. Because it's close to several transit stops, you can visit tourist must-sees and anywhere else you'd like to go in the city easily. We loved the openness of the apartment and the way it was equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials. The many windows all had dark drapes for when we wanted to sleep in. The plants made the space feel cozy, and the occasional church bells made it even cozier. The little balcony let me drink my morning coffee and watch the street below. The only bad part was having to leave!
• Alex (9/5): Our stay was comfortable and the apartment was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while in Berlin. - The apartment was spacious, in an excellent location near plenty of bars/restaurants/coffee shops, and the bed was quite comfortable. The full kitchen with a laundry machine was a really nice extra to have. The bathroom was very dark and the shower head was difficult to position so that water wouldn’t shoot into the rest of the bathroom. I know this is typical in Germany, but this setup was particularly frustrating.

Great location for getting around the city, about 5 minute walk to the closest station and a couple of nice restaurants even closer. Shops and a supermarket all on the same block. Very easy check in, met a staff member at the apartment.
• Genoveffa (8/5): Great location and comfortable size property. - Location, safety, area is quiet, property is good size, comfortable furniture and furnishings. Close to supermarkets and transport. Good shower and large bathroom. Could not control the underfloor heating. Was too hot and sadly had to keep windows open! No extra toiletries like you’d have in a hotel. Eg shower gel or shampoo. Would be good to add this.

The apartment is very bright with loads of light due the 4th floor. The metro is just a few minutes walking and within a few stops you can reach the main attractions of the city. The balcony is very nice as well. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen if fully equipped. The communication with the host was very easy. I needed to buy some shower gel because this was not provided by the property could be one point of improvement.
