Andrzej (10/5): Very Good - A spacious apartment located in a quiet surrounding in Marzahn district. Clean, well furnished, in a fresh style. A place to park the car is near the entrance.
Yen (5/5): Would be a nice apartment unit if the old carpets were replaced - Roomie relative to the area standards. -The two bedrooms with carpeted floors smelled extremely musty . There were no ceiling fans to substitute for the lack of air conditioning. The owner loaned us one small oscillating fan. The carpets looked very old, and the musty odor was so unbearable that the kids got stuffy noses after two nights. Despite trying to air out the place by opening all the windows and using the fan, it did not help.
