• Jennifer (10/5): - Super ruhig gelegenes, kleines Apartement. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. U-Bahn und Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter
• Margherita (9/5): Relazing and recharging - Cozy apartment in a very quiet place. I loved seeing the green tree just outside of the bedroom. It is not in the centre but just few minutes walking from U-bahn. Supermarket and cafés closeby. Kitchen mostly well equipped. There were only big pans, so it was not very practical for warming up a cup of milk or cooking a small portion of rice. Decoration felt a bit awkward to me :) but it is just my personal opinion
• Nadine (9/5): Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - +Sehr netter Gastgeber +Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Man hat alles was man braucht in der direkten Umgebung und mit der U-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Wenn man dann abends in die Wohnung zurück kommt, kann man sich dank der ruhigen Lage für den nächsten Tag erholen. +Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt Zuhause! +Check-in wird im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt, so dass am Anreisetag keinerlei Stress aufkommt und alles problemlos klappt. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Berlin fahren, dann kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her.
• Saskia (9/5): Alles in einem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich in einer sehr guten Lage mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung. Sowohl die Autobahn als auch Bus und Bahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und im allgemeinen sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war auch sehr gut und es war alles gut erklärt. Die Küche war etwas zu wenig ausgestattet. Es gab nur zwei Töpfe.
• Milanović (10/5): Great place, woule reccomend! - The place is comfortable, clean, and everything works properly. The check in was super easy, and the host was responsive, nice and helpful. It is well connected to downtown (maybe 30mins ride max), easy to get around via public transport. As a solo traveler would reccomend. I was lucky with spring weather, but if it was colder i think the heating would not be enough for me, i like to be very warm. Host was helpful to explain how to handle the radiators and set them up to be warmer, but an AC with heating would be a nice option to have.
• Paulina (10/5): - Very convenient location in a nice, quiet, residential area. Within walking distance you'll find everything you need, metro and bus stations, grocery stores and cafes. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Would recommend!
• Uwe (9/5): Viel unternommen, viel gesehen. Berlin ist eine Reise wert. - Ruhige Lage. Schnell erreichbare Ziele. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar👍. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Entfällt.

• Aradnik (10/5): - Хорошее местоположение, оборудованная кватира в тихом месте. Рядом парки и Rewe - супермаркет. Чувствуется забота о гостях апартаментов : есть много материалов из музеев на столике. Есть и информация по использованию газового нагревателя воды и т.п. Я получал быстрые ответы по телефону на вопросы по моим проблемам, в том числе и в позднее время. Щ8 Нет возможности постирать и высушить вещи, надо ехать в прачечную самообслуживания. Стиральная машина физически присутствует и , видимо, ее только надо подключить или починить и будет большое облегчение для туристов. С автоматическим режимом включения батарей на 3 часа утром ( 6-9) и вечером ( 18-21) нет возможности проветрить квартиру и не простыть, да и не включаются все батареи даюе в это время, кажется , что время на настенном контроллере установлено неверное, как и дата. Но в летние месяцы это наверняка не проблема. Есть сложности с парковкой- трудно найти близко свободное место, но час ( до 20 и после 9) стоит лишь 2 евро, а это не дорого в Берлине.

• Sarah (10/5): Our stay was more than we expected. Very pleased. - It had all the necessities we needed. (Full Kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, living and dining area). It was in a very quiet and safe seeming neighbourhood.
• Holger (8/5): - die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist sehr schön, man schaut auf ein städtebaulich großzügiges vermutlich 20er-Jahre-Ensemble, das Haus liegt in einem authentischen ruhigen Tempelhofer Wohngebiet. Einige der Ausstattungsdetails in der Wohnung sind auf eine recht charmante Art retro. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, es ist ruhig. Eine reibungslose Funktionalität ist gegeben. Hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation, alles lückenlos vorbereitet und sehr gut dokumentiert. Unterm Strich waren wir zufrieden mit der Wahl dieser Wohnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben sehr gut.

• Martin (9/5): Außergewöhnlich gut - Mit Liebe und kleinen Details eingerichtetes Appartment, ruhig gelegen, gute Lage und Anbindung . Wirklich alles vorhanden, top ausgestattet, super WLAN, Küche top, Badezimmer okay, schlafen mit offenen Fenster möglich ( das ist selten). Mir persönlich ist die Matratze ein klein wenig zu weich, aber alles im Rahmen und Geschmackssache .

• Claudia (9/5): - L' appartamento è accogliente e pulito e con tutti i servizi indicati nella descrizione. il quartiere è tranquillo e, anche se non centrale, è comunque ben collegato con bus e metro. L'host inoltre fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie, è cortese e disponibile.
• Susanne (6/5): Hellhörige Wohnung, mangelhafte Ausstattung, leider wenig Verständnis seitens des Gastgebers - Wohnung war groß. Für unsere Vorhaben war die Lage passend wenn auch nicht zentral. zur Akustik: sehr hellhörig zu Nachbarn und zum Stiegenhaus (sonst ruhige Lage). Schlafen war leider nicht möglich bei den lauten Diskussionen aus der Nachbarswohnung. zur Ausstattung bzw. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: Für 5 Nächtigungen nur eine Rolle Klopapier und 1 Geschirrspültap fanden wir etwas sehr "sparsam". Die Therme fällt bei jeder Dusche aus, das war etwas lästig auf Dauer... Die Waschmaschine war auch kaputt, allerdings wurde uns auch keine versprochen. Der Gastgeber ist leider nicht wirklich auf unsere Anmerkungen eingegangen, sondern hat nur gerechtfertigt warum er im Recht ist. (er sei "kein Hotel"...) Keine Flexibilität beim Checkin oder Checkout: Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn wir schon bei der Ankunft in Berlin unser Gepäck hätten abstellen dürfen, auch wenn dann ggf. noch geputzt wird, und wir erst später einchecken durften...
• Karolína (7/5): - Ubytování se nacházelo v příjemné lokalitě, v blízkosti byla autobusová zastávka a REWE. Byt byl čistý a poměrně velký. Na Berlín to bylo za výtečnou cenu. Komunikace s majitelem probíhala bezproblémově, majitel byl pohotový. V koupelně chyběla klimatizace/odvětrávání, což bylo velmi nepraktické. Ručníky a povlečení působily opotřebovaným dojmem (ale byly čisté, žádný problém to fakticky nebyl). Doporučila bych do koupelny zakoupit nový fén.

• Abi (9/5): Superb - Clean, well appointed flat, greeting was great, explaining all that we needed. Well placed for the ubahn, really good base for our exploring.

• Mt (8/5): Simple but good - Simple but spacious, quiet, convenient location with bus & U-stops nearby and a Rewe supermarket 1 block away. 2nd floor no elevator (frequently the case in Berlin). Good value at the time of our stay. Polite host. Thin walls and a small technical problem that was not so important. Not self-check in, guests must appear at a pre-agreed specific time.

• Elliott (5/5): Bare and cold - Was very clean and the young man who waited for us was very nice. We had 4 nights in the apartment. We needed fresh towels. Showering 2x a day was hot in Berlin. Basically told it would cost 25€ extra or told to go to the store and buy new towels by the owner. Bed sheets clean but very old and worn.
• Simon (9/5): A great place out of the centre for a stay exploring Berlin. - We really enjoyed staying here, and Helmut and Max were really helpful, thoughtful and kind. The apartment’s not enormous, but the bedroom is a decent size with a really comfortable bed. There’s an U-Bahn station just ten minutes away, and free on-street parking. The nearest supermarket is just on the corner too. The kitchen is quite cosy.
