- Stella (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful modern apartment, with natural light by the Spree . It was very cozy, well equipped, great bathroom and overall very clean. It's in a quite area, you are able to have a daily walk alongside Spree, it's close to public transportation and groceries shops. Our host Eugen was very kind and very helpful.
- Anita (3/5): If the owners were to just fix the few things listed above and ensure that the kitchen contained the minimum for 3 peopl - Flexible with dropping off luggage before check in time. Friendly staff Did not seem to have air conditioning when it was advertised as having it. I chose the apartment because it was advertised as having A/C so this was a big disappointment. It seemed to have underfloor heating but not cooling (we were there in July). Not enough crockery (2 mugs and 1 breakfast bowl for 3 people) and took a couple of days to get supplies. I appreciate that guests probably steal this stuff which is horrible for apartments but doing an audit before new guests arrive is important. Also the shower needed a good industrial clean. Surface level it was clean but it had baked in mould, dirt around skirting boards and bathroom walls with loads of marks. I don’t mean to be fussy but when you’re paying a lot it is not unreasonable to have some of these basics right. The worst thing was that the bed was a problem. The mattress didn’t breath at all so in the height of summer it was really very hot. I am reluctantly giving all this negative detail because I don’t want to impact the owner’s business but other travellers also have a right to an honest opinion when choosing a place to stay.

- Petteri (9/5): Love this place! - Electric window shades! Was real nice location, house was clean, Eugen the man was cool and clear when we arrived. There was a floor lamp broken, no knife in the kitchen and the light switches were kinda strange for us, so minor things that not even worth mentioning! Mentioned these tho, lol.
- Monika (10/5): Comfy sleeping cooking and staying - The 2-room flat was arranged in a way that made everything comfortable: cooking, sleeping, and simply spending time inside. Even though close to the center, the location was very quiet, and we had a nice view to the river on the far left. The building itself was very new. We really enjoyed being there, and we will double check for this location when going to Berlin next time.

- Gt8 (10/5): Excellent stay in an amazing location, very helpful host - Amazing location by the Spree. Although very centric and next to a major road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The host was very very flexible and helpful. The flat is rather large with very nice views. Definitely a recommended stay for pleasure or business in Berlin. Bonus points for the excellent WiFi and a desk :-) Cleaning could be a little bit better in some corners.

- Daren (9/5): Superb - Location was great for exploring east Berlin, especially if you're interested in going to some of the iconic clubs in the area. Wonderful flat, with lots of space for 3-4 people. Quiet location near the river. The area is a bit lacking in amenities such as restaurants and cafes.
