• Pascal (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und allem, was man braucht. - Gastgeber ist auch sehr zuvor und entgegenkommend bei Fragen. Die hervorragende Lage der Unterkunft, das unkomplizierte Einchecken und natürlich die Unterkunft selbst – die schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet war – haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Besonders wichtig: Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber war zudem äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

En massa kebabrullar blev middag och lunch men det var supe - Det var väldigt prisvärt, man fick egen toalett och jättenära till tåg och bussar. Väldigt nära barer också så det var väldigt mysigt. Fanns också mataffärer och tobaksaffärer nära. Det var inte jättestädat och köket hade inte kastruller.

• Sif (8/5): - Jeg var positivt overrasket da stedet havde lidt lunkne anmeldelser. Men her var god plads, alt hvad vi behøvede til vores tur og rent og pænt. Super god beliggenhed lige ved Warshauerstrasse. Alt i alt god value for money, i forhold til hvad der ellers var udbudt da vi var afsted. Det er billigt, så det er ikke det pæneste sted i verden, men fint privatliv og nemt og tilgengængeligt - man får hvad man betaler for:)

• Sandra (3/5): Nastanitve ne priporočam za daljše bivanje, se najde kaj boljšega v Berlinu. - Všeč mi je bila lokacija in velikost sobe. Soba ni bila počiščena, v predalu sem našla rabljeno vatirano palčko, tla so bila prašna in lepljiva, prav tako kuhinja v celoti umazana, s priborom vred. Na kuhinjskem pultu je bila mokra brisača. V kopalnici je bila na hitro očiščena straniščna školjka, v tuš kabini so bili v odtoku lasje, tuš kabina je bila spolzka in mastna, iz umivalnika je odtekala voda, ni bilo odlagalnih površin. Vse to je povzročilo veliko neudobja, saj nastanitev že dolgo časa ni bila zares počiščena. Čista je bila le posteljnina na postelji. Razmišljala sem o menjavi nastanitve že 1. dan, ampak vračilo stroškov ni bilo možno, zato sem ostala, jedla zunaj in v nastanitvi preživela zelo malo časa.

• Palea (4/5): Zimmer in Top-Lage für einen Besuch der Uber Arena - Die Lage war top für einen Besuch in der Uber Arena oder Uber Music Hall. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Öffi Anbindung war klasse. Dieses geräumige Zimmer (wir hatten das mittlere) wäre eigentlich richtig gut gelegen und man könnte viel daraus machen. Preislich war es echt ok. Kleine Küchenecke mit Waschbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und etwas Geschirr vorhanden (kein Besteck - das muss man aus der Küche holen). Trotz Ankündigung standen wir erst mal länger vor der Unterkunft und der Host war telefonisch nicht mehr zu erreichen. Kam dann plötzlich einfach aus dem Haus und ließ und ein. Auf den ersten Blick war alles ok, aber es kamen Mängel zum Vorschein. Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab und tropfte auch noch aus dem Siphon. Ich musste das am nächsten Morgen aufwischen, hatte nur Schwierigkeiten etwas dafür zu finden. In der Küche stand ein Wischer in der Ecke, den hätte ich aber nur mit der Kneifzange berührt. Hab dann einen Topf aus der Küche drunter gestellt. Wer in dieser Küche etwas kochen möchte oder Geschirr benutzt, muss abgehärtet sein. Wer am Fenster schläft, darf sich nicht mehr bewegen, weil das Bett extrem knarrt. Fernsehprogramm in der Größe eines Monitors bestand eigentlich nur aus ZDF. Zur Krönung auf dem Bettbezug Blutschmierflecken. Und es gibt nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person. Hände abtrocknen oder Haare waschen - sieh zu. Kein Halter für Toilettenpapier und alle Ecken schmutzig. Wäre alles so einfach zu lösen.

Ed è collegata con l'aeroporto con s Bahn diretta! Unico difetto se si hanno dei passeggini sono le 4 brevi rampe di scale. Nulla di impossibile comunque!

• Margarita (6/5): It's a nice spot to rest for the night if you're mainly exploring the city during the day - The location is truly perfect and allows you to experience the city’s everyday life. The host left a very pleasant impression with his positive attitude. I travel frequently and often stay in similar apartments, but in terms of cleanliness, this was unfortunately the least clean place I've experienced. I had to clean the kitchen and surfaces myself before I could use them, and my socks quickly turned black from the floors, even though the host mentioned they had been cleaned. The bathroom and shower setup was also quite inconvenient: there were no hooks or shelves at all. It may not seem like a major issue, but in practice it made things unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. The location was great and the host was friendly, but I believe a bit more attention to cleanliness and practical details would significantly improve the guest experience.

When it says double bed it should have just one big mattress not 2 single mattresses put together, not comfortable at all to sleep. Although the window is closed the noise from outside (trains, cars and so on..) is very loud. As being non-smokers the cigarette smell is present in the room. As a conclusion, the host just wants big money with little to no investments for a better stay for the guests.

• Charlotte (7/5): Good - The localisation was perfect, close to a mall, to a train station, to a concert venue. The room was really dirty. The "shared kitchen" is UNUSABLE because of how dirty everything was. There was also no microwave/oven which is pretty inconvenient

From this point of view, however, the place exceeded my expectations: the 2 radiators managed to cope with the cold outside without any problems, ensuring a perfect stay in Berlin. Otherwise, the room is spacious, bright, clean.

For sure I'll be back there soon. I don't know what to say about negative things about the appartement because a lot of things went perfectly for me with my boy we had a nice time staying there with City Quartier.
