• Filip (9/5): - Very nice apartment in good localization. Comfy beds. First accomodation with playstation I saw on booking! There was some malfunction in the building, which caused that the floor in one room was very warm, heating whole apartment. It was hard to cool it down, as the doors and window are on street level

El apartamento está muy bien por el hecho de poder estar 8 personas juntas si es lo que buscas No estaba muy limpio. Estuvimos unos días calurosos allí (25 grados) de agosto, y aunque por la noche refresca en el apartamento hacia bastante calor. Hay un par de ventiladores pero es insuficiente para días así, que es cierto que no son muchos.
• fabrizio (9/5): Ottima soluzione in una zona veramente gradevole - Struttura molto confortevole e ben strutturata. Pulita e spaziosa. Posizione strategica con diverse possibilità di mezzi pubblici ed Alexander Platz a portata di mano. Zona molto tranquilla e ricca di opportunità. Forse un po’ caldo l’appartamento rimanendo chiuso durante il giorno. Ma nel complesso gradevole.

• Juliet (9/5): Clean & comfortable! Would book again! - Clean and spacious 3 miles from the city centre with good transport links and supermarket nearby. Nothing it was more than adequate, but it’s worth noting it’s not suitable for wheelchair users.

• Helena (8/5): We had a nice stay, appreciated the family-friendly setup, and Dusan was an awesome host. - The location is great—super accessible with public transportation right nearby. One thing we really loved was the kitchen. Being able to cook was a huge plus for us, especially since my family loves rice and German food isn’t big on that. The free coffee was a nice bonus too! The apartment itself is spacious and worked well for our family, and they even had a crib ready for my niece, which was really thoughtful. The bathroom wasn’t the best—the toilet clogged pretty easily, and the shower didn’t drain well, so we had to wait a while for it to clear. The bed wasn’t very sturdy either. Also, since the apartment is close to public transportation, we could hear the buses and trams passing by, which was a bit noisy at times.

• Josh (6/5): Not great but does the job with a good location. - Location was great, just a minute from a tram stop, allowing you to go anywhere in the city. The beds were uncomfortable. Showers and toilet kept blocking and almost overflowing.
• Justyna (10/5): Amazing place for a visit to Berlin - Amazing location, really clean and the host is really responsive and helpful!! Definitely a great option for a large group\family travelling to Berlin. You can walk to most attractions otherwise the tram is nearby and is very easy to move around. There are also plenty of cool restaurants and shops that offer great variety. Maybe upgrading the beds at some point but nothing major at the moment.

• Gise110 (8/5): Nice place for 4 people. - Good location. Nice apartment. The sbahn is 2 minutes walk. Supermarket and restaurants in the area. Laundry in the same block. Too small for 8 people. Almost no space for luggage. The distribution is not the best.
• Nd (9/5): Superb - Great location just a short 10 minute taxi ride from all the main sights of Berlin. Spacious and clean property. Simple check in and quick responses from host when we had a query. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.
• Marta (10/5): Best option in Berlin - Comfortable, clean, nice apartment located right next to a tram station. We (a group of six friends) spent four nights and everything was perfect. The owners also helped us with a couple of requests To say something, the pillows could be better - too soft for us.
• Mihaela (9/5): Good stay! - The apartment is well located, near to tram and bus station. It is easy to get to the city center. It has all facilities, coffee, sugar, tea, etc. We visit in October and the hitting was working. Was nice temperature inside. Beds are large, for two persons. We were 5 people and the space was perfect for us. I recommend it. The apartment has the entry door directly from the street and then you have to go down few stairs. You can hear the noise from the cars and people streight in the living room. The windows are at street level. We knew those details from prior posts and didn't bother us. We had a nice stay.
• Soonruta (8/5): Overall a great stay - The apartment is beautiful. Everything was prepared when we arrived. The check-in & check-out was really easy and smooth. Lots of space, completely equipped kitchen even though we didn't use it and generally a very cozy place. The beds in the bedroom were a bit squeaky and one of them a bit shaky too. The apartment is right on the main road so you will hear some traffic noise at any given point.
• Dmitry (9/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Berlin. - Great location, walking distance to Alexandrplatz and close to various lines of public transport. The apartment was spacious and we had more than enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped and there even was a coffee machine with capsules. TV with PS3 was cool for the kids to finish the day. The entry door leads straight to the street - takes some time to get used to. Dark blinds on the door windows would be perfect.

Close to the train and many super markets and restaurants. Checking in and out was so easy and pleasant.Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. We will be back. Nothing everything was great.

• Tenette (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent. It was well equipped. The apartment is airless and dark. It needs air con or ventilation in the summer.
• Jussi (8/5): Good value for money - +Good value for money +Separate living room and bedroom +Kitchen equipped well enough +Spacious +Location is good with shops, transport and restaurants close +Books for children -Noise coming from the street and from the staircase - bedroom is quiet enough for sleeping but living room is very noisy because of the close approximity of the street -Bit of wear & tear here & there -Playstation provided not functional (controllers broken?) -All the radiators were turned off when we arrived - it was rather chilly with the children.

We didn't have to use the public transportation to get to the most of the places we would like to see. Also two big grocery stores are nearby. The host is nice and generous :)

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a shop which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
