• Jan (9/5): Hat alles super und unkompliziert gepasst. - Freundlicher Gastgeber, hat uns mit allem vertraut gemacht. Hatte einen Plan mit den wichtigsten Sachen in der Umgebung. Unterkunft war für unsere Verhältnisse etwas kühl. Wir hätten Pantoffeln mitbringen sollen... Oder wenn vot Ort welche zur Verfügung ständen, wäre toll.

• Martin (10/5): Top. Wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind, buchen wir wieder. - Die Wohnung ist größer, als sie auf den Bildern wirkt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie liegt unweit verschiedener interessanter Kieze, aber auch in Mitte ist man schnell mit den Öffis. Dass der Gehweg direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer verläuft, nimmt man überhaupt nicht wahr. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, inklusive Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Alles ist picobello sauber. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr Freundlich, alle Fragen im Vorfeld wurden unverzüglich beantwortet.

• Christiane (10/5): - Wo andere Wohnungen an der Sauberkeit im Detail scheitern (auf den Schränken, in den Schubladen, Besteck/Geschirr), hier alles Tip top - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Super Lage mit allem ,was man braucht, netter Vermieter, der mit Tips weiter hilft. Danke!

• Kuisma (9/5): Viihtyisä asunto keskellä Kretuzbergin sykettä ja tunnelmaa. - Isäntä antoi hyvät vinkit ruokapaikoista, aamiaiskahviloista ja bussiyhteyksistä. Talon sisäpiha oli viihtyisä ja rauhallinen, nautimme aamukahvit siellä. Isot ikkunat olivat ihanat, mutta kaihtimet oli pakko pitää ikkunoiden edessä, kun ikkunat olivat suoraan kadulle.

• John (9/5): Comfortable and convenient ground floor apartment, with good access to the city. - Friendly and helpful host. Apartment was well equipped and resourced for self catering, although we ate out a fair bit. Good value cafés and restaurants within walking distance, with a wide culturally diverse choice. Local supermarkets (Edeka and Netto) close by. The M41 bus stopped virtually outside the door with a regular service to the city centre. Easily accessed from Berlin Brandenburg airport using the Express bus and U Bahn, via Rudow. The excellent ‘Indian Summer’ weather helped - sunny every day with blue skies! The mezzanine bed with steps to access was a bit daunting at first, but caused no difficulties for us, both in our late seventies.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Close to popular spots, super clean apartment with all accessories you need. Professional communication with the hosts and comfortable solutions within this place made us appreciate our stay in Urban Comic.
• Eleanor (8/5): Very good - Great location to explore Berlin, plus great value for money. Easy check in with quick communication with Martin. Would stay again. Unfortunately both my partner and I found the bed super hard. It's a thin mattress on a wooden frame so not much give. It could benefit from a mattress topper to make the stay a 10/10. Other than that our stay was great!
• Marlon (10/5): Excellent location and host. - The host (Martin) was super friendly and even kept our stuff on departure day, which enabled us to do some exploring of the surroundings before our train left. The place was also outstanding and the wifi was good enough to do some work tasks in the morning from the apartment.
