• Jose Luis (8/5): Cómodo y funcional, en un barrio residencial tranquilo a 30 minutos en U bahn del centro. - Acogedor, cómodo y funcional. En una típica casa berlinesa muy tranquilo. Cama muy cómoda. Aunque estaba bien equipada, el amueblamiento de la cocina no se encuentra al nivel del apartamento.
• Sonia (7/5): - Estuvimos muy bien, las camas eran comodas y la ubicacion era buena. Tenianos super cerca y el metro. Pero la estància fue buena. Pero faltaban armarios para dejar las cosas o cajones, la vitro era muy lenta.

• Sara (7/5): Ett litet men trevligt boende på en trevlig gata. - Rent och fräscht. Trevlig innergård. Smidigt med nyckel i nyckelskåp. Bra & fräscht badrum. Många handdukar. Skönt att vi fick plats alla fyra (två barn & två vuxna) även om det blev lite trångt. Nära station för u-bahn. Trevligt att de bjöd på lite tepåsar och kaffekapslar. Bra gardiner som begränsade insyn och ljus från de stora fina fönstren mot innergården. Varmvattnet i köket var nyckfullt. Ibland var det för varmt, ibland kom det varmt när man ville ha kallt och ibland räckte inte varmvattnet för att diska. Lite trångt med bäddsoffan utfälld, men helt okej!

Supermarket around the corner A couple of kitchen utensils missing which would have made cooking and cleaning easier eg, oven tray, plug for sink. Could of done with another towel, but really nothing major.

• Singh (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and bigger than I expected. The area is safe and sound.
• Parviz (3/5): There are plenty of better places in Berlin. Choose another place - It was close to metro stations. It was partially my own fault as well, since I chose this place and forgot to cancel and reserve another one. It was about twice the price, without any proper facilities. The cleanliness of the apartment was an issue, with lots of unnecessary items left on the shelves or just in the middle of the room. It’s on the ground floor, and neighbors walk right in front of your window. In the evenings, you have to keep the curtains closed, as the room is clearly visible from outside. There were noticeable slopes in the floor and you could feel the floor was slanted in some areas. The bed is not comfortable and plus bed pillows not for sleeping, maybe for thorugh to each other. I hardly survived in this apartment. Even was thinking to change, but paid too much

• Ramra (1/5): Horrible place to stay in Berlin! - Location to the opera house was OK. It started horribly as we could not find the keys to the place as mentioned in the information booklet. Only by contacting the customer service two times we were able to locate the key locker of which it was not known before it existed. I can only say that it was not by Foto Akman as this institution was closed for good. Arriving at the apartment we discovered that the room was cold (16 degrees). Heating was turned down. By next day as we cranked up the heating the heat was elevated to 18 degrees but that is also not acceptable. The floors were still ice cold and being on the first floor they would not heat up. And the water heater would not work as needed it was either too cold or too hot. In addition the sheets were dirty (pictures in addition). The maintenance worker came the next morning but could do nothing to heat the rooms faster. He stated additionally that the water heater was broken and needed changing. He could not do it as it needed an electrician. He did not say when the electrician would arrive. So we started backing and left in a hurry. Oh and if you think that it is easy to get a refund for the problems at hand they only offered a partial compensation! We told them on the first day, that it would be the last. But they insisted that they did not know about our departure. This stay almost ruined our holiday. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
