• Yael (9/5): - דירה בבניין בן 3 קומות מקסים, בסגנון מעט מיושן אבל הכל נקי מאוד, מתוקתק ומתוחזק. המטבח מאובזר היטב, המזגנים עבדו מצויין, הנוף מהמרפסת מדהים, קו ישיר לשקיעה, והמיקום של הדירה היה מעולה, 2 דקות הליכה ממסעדות טובות, חופים מהממים. וכמובן החנייה הייתה מצוינת (היה לנו חשוב עם הרכב השכור) קומה שלישית ללא מעלית היה מאתגר, אבל קיבלנו עזרה בסחיבת המזוודות.

• Stéphanie (9/5): - Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Le parking n'étant pas facile d'accès lorsqu'il y a pas mal de voitures, la dame nous a gentiment aidé à manœuvrer. La chambre est très fonctionnelle et confortable. L'emplacement est à l'entrée de la ville de Ksamil, donc plus au calme. Le rapport qualité prix est moins intéressant que dans d'autres villes touristiques d'albanie. Mais c'est la ville et les plages "instagrammables" qui veulent ça.

Positivt god mat till bra pris på restaurangerna. Vänlig personal. I beskrivningen av lägenheten står det: Sovrum 1 : En dubbelsäng! Sovrum 2 : Två enkelsängar. Sovrum två är ett allrum som inkluderar köksdel. Alltså INGET eget sovrum. Köket dåligt utrustat. Ihopplockat porslin.

• marcelo (9/5): Hermoso departamento y atención - Ubicación perfecta para ir caminando a las playas de la ciudad, estacionamiento dentro del complejo, especial comentario para el encargado siempre disponible para cualquier ayuda y con una sonrisa, nos quedamos 5 días y al tercero nos ofrecieron cambiar sábanas y toallas gratis. Camas cómodas Solo necesitaría un poco más de vajilla/utensilios/artefactos de cocina

Transportation was easy. The host was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed our vacation freely. We were very satisfied. Definitely recommend it!

The room was very small with limited space, and there was no lamp which meant we had to have a really bright light on at all times. The hosts never responded to my messages when I contacted them back (four separate times) but once we arrived they were very helpful.

• Rahela (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, spacious apartment with a stunning view. It has a huge balcony connected with both bedrooms. Very clean, and the lovely cleaning lady came and cleaned the apartment throughly and changed our towels. The owners are very kind and helped me out with something I needed urgently. 2 minutes walk to the Paradise beach and 3 minutes walk to the Ksamil beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. Ksamil bus trop to Sarande is about 10/15-minute walk, and it cost 1.50 euro on the bus. Buses come every hour and sometimes every half an hour. Thanks ever so much!

• Markjax (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with helpful hosts. - We stayed in a lovely apartment which is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the garden. We never really used the kitchen as we found it cheaper to eat out. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and informative and the free parking was a great benefit as this is a busy area and parking is at premium. One of the major advantages of this apartment is the location. You are close enough to everything and yet away from the noise of the town centre. This is a great apartment and the sunsets are amazing.
• Wictor (10/5): Look no further! Stay at this cosy villa - Nice cosy villa in a calm area of ksamil. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets (even tho the markets is quite expensive in the area). Close to several beaches. Room with everything you need for a stay. You shower more or less on top of the toilet but there are tools to get rid of the water afterwards. Nice garden! Not plenty of space in the room, we managed well but if you like more space you might be troubled about it. Know there are bigger rooms too

Super spacious, neat, light! 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, powerfull shower and a nice livingroom/kitchen. Communication with owner was very good, she was always there to help. The pictures didn't show how great this place really is ;)

Decent view from our 4th floor apartment and the kitchen was well set up for making meals. Easily walkable to restaurants in town, but nice to be away from the bars and business. Hosts were really friendly.

We enjoyed the cats of the owner, the lemon and orange trees. Parking is free and very safe. Close to Lori beach and other super locations. Kitchen is not equipped well. For this apartment size there should be more glasses, plates, knives and other stuff.

• Adema (9/5): Superb - It was easy to find the apartment. It’s 2 minutes walk to the paradise beach. Kitchen/living room had a view over the sea and a sea breeze was blowing into the apartment so we didn’t even have to switch on an AC in that room. The apartment is very spacious, we were 3 adults and a kid and it was very comfortable. There is one public terrace that you share with one more family, which didn’t bother us as we lived on a different schedule. There is also a private terrace on the other side of the apartment, but it was a bit narrow so we could fit all 4 of us at the table there. The host was available and helped with every questions we had, even those not related to an apartment.

• Vitoth (8/5): Great place and outstanding location with minor comfort issues - We booked the Apartment with Sea View, it a nice and spacious apartment with spotless clean (even windows which has great shading options), in an outstanding location with nice view and secured local parking lot. Hosts were really nice get good ideas and information package in advance. Somehow the apartments comfort level, I could not sleep well on the matrass (only occasion during our 2 week long roundtrip in Albania). Other is the airconditioning, the bedroom's external unit is extremely noisy and disturbing iin use especially during the night, the other one in the livingroom blows directly to the bed which is pretty inconvenient so you need to take compromise a lot if you would stay/sleep in a cooled room where there is 36°C outside.

Good location: a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and grocery stores. - Somewhat cramped space. It's a 1-bedroom apartment with 2 additional beds are jammed in the living room. - The terrasse is shared with the neighbouring apartment; you can be lucky or unlucky with your neighbours... - Ksamil and its beaches are very commercialized; don't expect a place where you will enjoy nature and natural beaches.

• Rebecca (9/5): We had a wonderful stay here, it’s the perfect base to explore Ksamil - Fantastic location, just down the road from the shops, restaurants and beaches, but also set back in a quiet and peaceful corner - sitting out on the balcony and soaking up the views and sounds of the busy town was wonderful. The apartment was well set up for our family of two adults and two kids - lots of space and comfortable. The staff were lovely - very kind and helpful. There were quite a few ants inside and we got bitten. There were also a few broken things - cupboard handles and drawers.

• Toni (8/5): A lovely spacious apartment well suited for extended stays in beautiful Ksamil - We had a lovely stay the four seasons. It was a very spacious apartment with a number of living spaces which was great to spread out. We loved the big table on the e terrace for sitting and watching the afternoon sky transform. The facilities were very comfortable and clean, and location was ideal - close walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants (although at this time of year many things are closed). Nothing really - it would be nitpicking.

• Amber (9/5): Lovely! - The apartment is lovely and specious with a great view of the sea from the kitchen and the balconies! It is well equipped and was spotless. The wifi worked well in the main living areas and fine in the bedrooms. It’s a short walk to the beach and close to some lovely restaurants. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The only thing was that there isn’t actually 3 separate bedrooms, the third is two single beds next to the living area so lacking in privacy.

• Adam (8/5): For this price I expected a better accommodation. - The room was cool as it was well-shaded and ground floor, so we didn't need an air-con. It was easy to park the car and the room was easily accessible. The beaches are very close and the city centre is also within walking-distance. Very small room, there is hardly any place even for your luggages. The air-con on the neighbouring building is a bit noisy. The room is in the back of a building looking at a garden wall. There was no lamp for reading only one on the ceiling. One has to pay in cash, card payment is not available.

• Klemen91 (10/5): Perfect location for a good price - The best thing about this apartment is the vicinity of paradise beach, its a 1 min walk away, had 4 kids with us and it was the best thing possible. There is lots of sleeping space , the aircon works fine, ksamil is wonderful, i parked my van and we didnt move it for the whole stay. The master bedroom bed is really creaky, you move a bit and its so loud it wakes the neighbourghs.

(no paper towels, salt, oil) so if you want to cook you need to get some things! There was also not enough toilet paper for restock! (1 roll is not enough for 3 people who stay 5 days)
• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - it is quite new renovated. the husband of the couple who run ms the property is very friendly and super helpful. we book 3 bedroom type. it turn out the third room is together with the living room. so there are actually 2 bedrooms with one open area next to living room area called 3rd room. if you need privacy for all three rooms, this is not a good choice.
