Lee (1/5): Horrendous avoid - Nothing good morning. I have have had this property booked a while and we arrived and instantly were disappointed. The front entrance to the property is all battered and damp. the door handles were falling off. the property smelt of cannabis and was being smoked. once in the room all the beds were damaged and chipped wooden frames. the aerial isn't even correct. shower doesn't drain for ages so backs up. bathroom ceiling full of mould which is illegal as I work in property maintenance. windows don't hold open. fan doesn't work. fridge doesn't too. radiator doesn't work. screaming kids with vile parents residents in block too

Laura (6/5): It was nice enough but we probably wouldn’t stay again - We liked the location of the property and the communication we had with the host We didn’t sleep very well because of how hot the room is, there’s isn’t a fan available. We couldn’t open the window at night as it’s on the bottom floor and the windows open very wide so we didn’t feel safe opening them. When I went to use the hairdryer one of the pins on the plug was missing. Very noisy area with groups of people shouting and revving cars
Rob (7/5): A place that suited our needs. - It was better than other reviews indicated. Reasonably set up kitchen and comfortable bed. Close to Caledonian Rd tube station. The immediate location is a bit grim but anyone booking it would have seen that in advance.
James (4/5): Disappointing - Two single beds pushed together, with a gap between, rather than the double bed per the listing. No towels in the bathroom. Sink did not empty so had to clear it out to work. Just a generally under loved space.
