• Nicolas (9/5): - Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir londres . Point intérêt pas très loin à pied. Julian a été très accueillant et plein de petite attention pour nous et notamment notre fils de 4 ans . La chaudière est un peu bruyante dans la chambre . Prévoir bouchon d' oreilles et masque car pas de volets présents ( rideau présent ) .

• Monika (9/5): Wonderful place to stay at Londyn, the owner is incredibly nice and helpful, I highly recommend it! - Fantastic location, 5-minute to Victoria Station. Many shops nearby, very close to the city centre, but it doesn't feel that busy. The whole apartment is very cosy and light, nice view from the window. It has everything you need - comfy bed, kitchen with all necessary equipment including a coffee machine, fresh towels. Julian - the owner, helped us carry the bags upstairs and welcomed us with a gift (it was Easter time so we got some chocolate eggs - my children were delighted! On our last day he brought us a delicious home-baked treat, that was really nice. The bathroom could be a bit more spacious, but for a short stay it isn't really a big problem.

• stefania (10/5): Il migliore di tutti - Vicinissima alla stazione Victoria permette di raggiungere i principali siti turistici. Accoglienza eccezionale e personale disponibilissimo. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, caldo, silenziosissimo e estremamente pulito. La presenza di troppe scale e senza ascensore ma per me non è importante
• Barbara (10/5): Molto bello ci torneremo - Mi è piaciuto tutto, pulito ed elegante , i proprietari super gentili . L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort incluse bevande e alimenti . Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un piccolo omaggio anche per la nostra bimba di 4 anni . Veramente molto carini .

• Lars-Bo (10/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser tæt på London centrum - Beliggenhed tæt på Victoria Station er bare eminent ift centrum og lufthavnsforbindelse. Julian var tillige en fantastisk vært som delte ud af nyttig viden ift opholdet og færden i London. Køkken og hele lejligheden var bare i orden. Vi fandt aldrig ud af om der var WiFi, men vi manglede det heller ikke.

Il proprietario julian gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Io e le mie figlie siamo state davvero bene! Tutto bello, non ho trovato nessun difetto

• Aliaksej (10/5): Great apartament in the city center - A comfy and well equipped apartament in a great location. 5 mins walk from Victoria station, close to Big Ben, London Eye and Buckingham Palace. Lot's of restaurants and grocery shops around. Julian was really nice and hospitable, and the cake cooked by his wife was amazing. Strongly recommend for your stay.

Apartamento equipado y muy limpio Es un edifico antiguo con una entrada muy vieja y sucia . Suelo inclinado , camas poco confortables sobretodo sofá cama , aislamiento de las ventanas no es buena a partir de las seis y media se oye todo de la calle, puerta del dormitorio no se cierra ,no intimidad

• Constanza (9/5): Lovely stay at Julian’s! - We had a lovely stay! Julian was incredibly kind and very attentive to our needs. The place was really clean. The kitchen had everything you need, very well equipped. Also, we had everything we needed for our baby, even a high chair which is not so common to find in temporary apartments The bed was way too small and the mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Also, there was a lot of light coming from the window in the bedroom
• Chris (8/5): Very good - Property was a little dated in some regards but very light and sunny. And of course the location is undeniably great, super close to train and bus networks - that is if you are not exploring on foot, which is so easy to do from this location. Some aspects could probably use a little updating, eg the shower and the entry stairs. And it really wants for a decent sized mirror!

The description did not say that that the property was located 2- stories above ground. However, Julian was gracious in helping us with our suitcases. We appreciated that.

• Hulda (7/5): Good - The host was super nice and the apartment was very very clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Furnitures are mostly quite new. Bed is a bit small for a double-bed but comfortable and host clearly has ambition to make the appartment nice. It has everything you need for cooking. Very close to Victoria station. Many cafés, restaurants and even a supermarket just outside. The house itself is not in very good condition. Maybe we are just used to better maintained houses. The common entrance to the house is very shabby and the wall outside the appartment and in the living room has some mold from outside. The floor is very uneven in the living room. The windows are very old and difficult to use. The sofabed in living room would not be good for two grownups, but ok for kids.

• Florie (9/5): Amazing location - - Great location: you can walk to big ben/ thames and buckingham palace in 30 min, lots of buses go to Victoria - Well furnished in terms of equipment - Lots of lights - Good contact with the host who is very nice - Not possible to sleep in the dark as shutters are not great - Noisy as windows are very old with simple glazing (pub in front and very central) - Sofa bed matress is not good to sleep (only for child under 10 I would say)

Easy access to Victoria metro station and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and parks (20 min). The apartment was clean and it had all the necessary facilities, including coffee, tea and complimentary beer. The host was very nice and the communication was easy. All was perfect

• Óscar (8/5): Perfect apartment for couples or families with small children on short visits to London - Accommodation close to Victoria station (well connected to the airport and metro), perfect for families or couples, with 1 spacious bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for two small children (under 10 years old). Single full bathroom. Attentive and accessible host, lives on the ground floor, fluid and fast communication. Room with good heating, full kitchen. Perfect for tourist trips. If I had to look for a flaw it would perhaps be the size of the apartment, but for a couple or family with two small children it is enough, especially if you are going to be in the apartment for a short time.

• Anonymous (10/5): Superb apartment in the heart of the city - Clean, cozy , in the heart of London. Although only 5 minutes to Victoria station, there was no disturbing noise from the street. The view from the window was great, giving you a taste of everyday life in London. Not to forget about the host, Nancy, who had taken care about everything we needed. Thanks a lot. • Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. Nancy, who gave us the keys, checked with us through a message, if we are happy, if we have everything we need. Already a day before our arrival, she checked with us when will we arrive, so she will be there to give us the keys. I also have to mention, that the apartment was exceptionally clean! There is everything in the apartment you could need during your stay. Nothing.
• Ken (8/5): Satisfaction! - Great location, an apartment with a soul, kitchenette with a range of appliances, coffee and tea available, TV with a lot of channels to chose from, very clean. The price, it's tiny (there were four of us - two adults and two small children) - there's only a very small table by the window and a squeeky fold-out sofa in place a second double bed.
• Marina (7/5): Overall this apartment is a good option for a short stay. - The location is great, close to the center and to different transportation options. The neighborhood looks good and safe, a lot of cafe and restaurants, food stores, nice view from the window. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she even made a special treat for my son's birthday. Thank you Nancy;) The facility is a bit old and probably needs to be refreshed. Beds are not really comfortable.

• Sarah (9/5): Wonderful Flat, Great Location, Super Hosts! - Literally, everything! We have stayed in Pimlico several times and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. The flat is so well-equipped, super clean and Julian & Nancy were great with communication.
• Pamela (10/5): We will be back - Great location, close to Victoria station, walking distance to Buckingham palace, Parliament and Westminster abbey. If you don't like walking, there is a bus 24 stop 50 meters from the apartment that will take you to these sights. There is also a large supermarket right next to this stop. The apartment is very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, it is very convenient if you are with a child and prefer homemade food. The apartment is suitable for a family with one child. The apartment is very cozy, for people without big claims for luxury. It has everything you need to feel at home. Nancy and Julian are wonderful hosts who will give you a warm and friendly welcome. The noise from the gas boiler in the bedroom did not bother us, it is not loud. The stairs to the apartment can only be a challenge if you have big and heavy suitcases, but we stayed for three days and didn't carry much luggage.
• Laura (9/5): Wonderful place in the heart of London with a very kind host - would definitely recommend! - Wonderful host, very hospitable and helpful. Great location, right in the centre of London (very close to Victoria Station and walking distance from most attractions). Larger accomodation than most in the area. Not really disliked, but worth knowing in advance - most buildings in the area are quite old, which is quite charming, but also means there are things that look shabby or worn out.
• Baker (10/5): Excellent location with everything you need for a family vacation to sightsee in London - The owner met us with the keys and explained about the area. The apartment had everything and more; toiletries, tea and coffee, every kitchen gadget and utensil…. Highly recommend it! The shared entrance from the street is a bit grubby and the sofa bed was practical but not very comfortable- but ok for a few nights.

• Lisa (9/5): Great Hosts and Central Location - Central location near Victoria Station. Really good hosts, all amenities available. Would stay here again. Would just recommend having another mirror. Only 1 mirror in bedroom and a small one in bathroom (poor light). With 2 teenage girls and 2 females, it made getting ready at the same time difficult.
• Michael (10/5): Home away from home - The apartment was in the perfect location to be able to get around London easily. 5 minutes walk to Victoria Station and a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace! It was perfectly sized for us (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7) with everything you need for a home away from home. The apartment was cosy and inviting and we felt right at home. Plenty of shops, cafes and bars right on your door step. The host, Julian, was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back again to stay! I couldn't fault anything about our stay
