- ANA BELEN (10/5): - Situación inmejorable, camas comodísimas y la calefacción muy bien. Un poco ruidoso por la noche
- Marie (9/5): - Location and flat was comfortable

- Rowe (9/5): Great value for the price! - It had all of the much appreciated extras., coffee, tea and milks. Clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing

- Susan (6/5): Good location good sized apartment could do with a new bathroom - Good location No sign to lift so walked up to forth floor on arrival. Hall and stairs were being painted so wet paint everywhere even on bannister !!
- Gutan (10/5): -

- Guest (7/5): Was as expected. Very stuffy in hot weather. Noisy but was aware of that when booking. - Location was brilliant Washing machines didn’t work. Was an important reason for the booking. Emailed but didn’t get a response until after we checked out
- Wejdan (8/5): - Excellent location on Oxford Street, within walking distance to most attractions and shopping areas. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils. There is also an elevator, which made carrying luggage much easier. The host sent me complete instructions with photos, which made it very easy to find and access the apartment. The rooms are a bit small
- Rodrigo Gomez Viribay (10/5): My stay at Oxford Street & Carnaby – Soho Abode Apartments was absolutely wonderful. - My stay at Oxford Street & Carnaby – Soho Abode Apartments was absolutely wonderful.
The flat is perfectly located in an unbeatable area, just steps away from everything you might need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the apartment itself was clean, cosy, and well-equipped.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future visits to London — it truly felt like a home away from home. Absolutely nothing! The place was great and I wouldn’t change a thing.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Kim (7/5): A mixed bag. There were pluses and minuses. - There was a lift (which is rare in London), plenty of dishes, bowls, lots of hangers for clothes, spacious bathroom, one of two bedrooms was spacious, and the area was perfect. Very hot inside, one fan blew very little so was useless, one bedroom was so small I had to turn sideways to walk in and the closet didn't open all the way, tv broke and we had didn't have any tv the last 4 days, couldn't open the dryer, response to issues were slow to answer, only one towel each for 9 days and the washer wasn't working properly and dryer wouldn't open. There was no information such as what to do with rubbish, how the tv worked (when it worked). We were 2 people but only given 1 key until we asked for one more. No cleaning service during our stay.
- Christian (9/5): Una ubicación excelente pero.....ruidosa - La ubicación es la mejor para moverte por Londres. La entrada del edificio al lado de la pizzeria qué deja todas sus cajas tapando la puerta y el tener que esquivar comensales para entrar
- Mark (9/5): Great location & value for money - Location was great. Was a bit worried about some comments regarding noise but I guess as it was a Tuesday & Wednesday I stayed that it was quieter than it would be on a weekend Bath was a bit frightening...being a bigger gentleman, felt like I was going to go through it...I didn't
- Ricardo (2/5): Impossible to sleep at night - Spacious and good amenities Even though the location was good and the apartment itself was ok, it was literally IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP at night due to the amount of noise the area produces. Honking, shouting, drunken people, chattering, loud music, broken glass, thrash trucks, cars accelerating, etc. The windows have *extremely bad* sound proofing so you feel like you are right there in the action. It’s so bad they even let drafts of winds flow inside. The owners know it all too well, of course, as one of the items THEY PROVIDE as you arrive are EARPLUGS. Not cool. This place should have red flags everywhere on the listing making it absolutely clear that it has serious problems when it comes to sound proofing and the noisy area. And the price should be compatible with that. On top of everything, the photos of the place do not match what you find once you walk through the door… the photographer did a fantastic job with wide lenses and editing to make it seem large and bright.
- Georgios (3/5): Poor -
- Rose (4/5): It was located in a very strategic and nice area of London. However, we are disappointed by the wifi, washing machine, a - I like the location of the property which is in Soho and is very strategic - Not working/slow wifi connection
- Not working laundry machine
- Slow response from the owner
- Ahmed (6/5): Great location but old and small apartment for families - Location is super.. just few steps from Oxford street..
Well connected to public transport..
Kitchen is well equipped.. Noisy street.. especially in the weekend..
Very poor WiFi.. almost no WiFi!
Small and old apartment.. photos are bit misleading..
- Morfakis (5/5): Passable -
- Wieke (8/5): Would definitely book again - The location is perfect and couldn't have been better. The host put some amenities on the bed such as shower gel and earplugs for during the night which was very thoughtful (and it can be noisy at night, so we definitely used them and slept wonderful). The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The contact with the host went really smoothly, we had to pick up the keys from a small locker in a street 2 min. away. All in all ready enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book here again. The elevator didn't work, and the WiFi connection wasn't very strong/fast.
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Nergis (9/5): Exceeded Expectations with a Few Minor Issues - The house we stayed in during our trip to England exceeded my expectations. I had initially set my expectations low, so I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfied I was with the experience.
Location: The location of the house was excellent; we could walk everywhere. Being in the middle of all the evening venues was a significant advantage.
Amenities: The house was equipped with every kind of appliance, such as a filter coffee machine and an iron. They even provided an adapter, which was a very considerate gesture since we came from Turkey. We appreciated this thoughtful touch. Windows: The windows in the rooms were broken, so there was a lot of noise coming in from outside. Since we stayed during the week, it wasn't too much of an issue, but in the mornings, it felt like the noise was inside the room.
- Natalía (9/5): Superb -
- Inge (7/5): Good find, good price - Location
2 double bedrooms
Price was great for central London It’s unbearably hot and you can’t open windows due to noise. An investment into Ac would be beneficial
- Monirah (10/5): When you close the window you can sleep it will avoid the noise. But at summer season, air conditioning is needed - Everything is organizer , comfortable and safety Too noisy and loud outside
- Keith (7/5): Good -
- Roman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Seline (5/5): Wouldn't stay there again - Location very central in Soho, tube stations within short walking distance. Check-in worked without problems. Elevator available. Kitchen available. The pictures are clearly edited, the apartment is way shabbier and less bright than pictured.
Surrounding area is specked with bars and clubs and accordingly noisy which didn't bother us, however the windows didn't close properly which made our stay in the mid of march rather cold. Cleanliness wasn't as expected. Overall the apartment doesn't look well looked after.
There was mold in the dishwasher. Prize for value wasn't great.
- Satish (6/5): Pleasant - key collection is big pain. Didn’t receive proper instructions, just told the road name to go. So have to call, the guy told the door number and then again have to call for the code to open the lock pad . Luckily all the time phone was answered and finally got the keys.
- Isabelle (7/5): Good - The location within central London, very good The flat was very old and needs to be refresh. Painting and floor were very poor quality and too old
- Perla (8/5): Very good -
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martina (8/5): Very good - The position. Communication was ok. Noisy part of the city. But we knew about it in advance and we got some ear plugs. So no problem.
- Anonymous (10/5): Great Location close to shops and attractions. - Spacious and clean throughout Noise from outside was very loud until the early hours even during week days. Window to master bedroom had sign saying please do not try to open as it was broken, which wasn’t great given the fact there is a current heatwave. The property owner had however provided fans in each room, which was greatly appreciated.
- Anonymous (8/5): Good value for money for the area. Would definitely stay again - Location location location! Kitted out with all the basics you need. I actually preferred it over a budget chain hotel. In the thick of the action! The apartment was clean, although a little tired in places, Noisy at night, because of excellent location !
- Gusztáv (7/5): Good - The location is pefect!! The entrrance method: it was not clear which key-safe to use, they said 1.-st, but there was only A and B... all this in a completely different place on a different street!
- John (8/5): Great location and Clean - Good location. Great information sent to us before we arrived. Yes it’s noisy but use ear plugs as other reviews say. Location is perfect so for the price it’s good value.
- Lawrence (9/5): Superb -
- Shalibhadra (3/5): Poor - Water came very slow, we all could not have shower at all
- Wilfrido (4/5): Light sleeper??? Avoid this place. - We loved the location, quite in the city center and close to the main important points in london.
The owner was quite responsive and when we had an issue, he responded quite fast. The place is super noisy, as it's so close to SOHO, and its bar, restaurant area, the noises all over the night was unbearable. There´s a glass recollection service, every morning at 5 to 6 am, even with windows closed it´s impossible not to hear it.
We used the ear plugs provided by the host. But in any case helped to sleep. The window in one of the rooms was broken, therefore we were not able to open it, and it was hot!!! Even with the fan at maximum speed.
Also, 2 out of 4 mornings we were in the place, there were issues with the water in the bathtub. One day there was only cold water, the second day no water at all. We ended up taking a shower with the water tray, and warm it a little with the help of the stove. Not a nice experience...
WIFI was also quite bad.... 5.2 MBs download, 1.2MBs upload and not stable, the wifi signal doesn´t reach the farthest room.
To the owner of the place:
5 days and 4 nights for 1,500 eur... with a full agenda for the month... you may want to use some of that "small" revenue into the place.
- Hee (1/5): The worst of all! Avoid at all cost unless you are fine with taking cold shower. - Location and nothing else Booked for 4 nights stay but decided to relocate elsewhere on the 2nd night.
This apartment is non-functional despite the owner maintained so. That’s because my family and I were denied of one the basic requirements, which is being able to take a hot shower after a day outside. For the 1st night, hot water for shower was only intermittently available. This problem was communicated to the owner on the 1st night itself and the response was “Leave it running the hot will come through”. Even when it is available the water pressure was too low. The reply by the owner was “The water pressure is normally low in the bathroom …”. This became worse on the 2nd night where the shower water was freezing cold as there was no hot water at all! Enough is enough and my family and I decided to relocate elsewhere at 10PM!
The window in main bedroom was completely dislodged from the frame. This was mentioned in another review posted on 6th Jun, 3 days before the day I checked-in. In addition to causing the noise from the eateries (below the apartment) become even louder, this posed serious safety risk to the occupants. Owner response was “The window requires 2 people to put it back in place, hence why we wrote the sign for guests to not touch it, as it would be difficult for 1 person to place it back.” But this hazard had been in place days before we even checked-in.
When contacted that we have decided to move elsewhere on the 3rd day, the owner response was “The hot water stopped last night, you did not give us a chance to check this for you.” What the ???? Am I going to take risk that my family will suffer another night of not being able to shower comfortably due to unavailability of hot water?
Despite admitting that the “hot water stopped overnight” (referring to 2nd night), the owner only offered a 2 nights refund, despite the fact that I had relocated elsewhere for the 2nd night due to the apartment being non-functional.
- Bellenurain (8/5): Very good -
- Rotem (5/5): The location is excellent, everything else is not. - We liked the location of the apartment in relation to the price we paid and the convenience of getting to it from anywhere. A combination of a broken window where the sign said "Please do not open the window" and a malfunction in one of the fans resulted in a situation where one of the rooms could not breathe due to the heat.
I called the owner of the apartment and he promised me that he would bring a new fan during the day, which did not happen. After that I called again and he told me to buy a fan and he would refund me the money for it, I did not expect such an answer from the owner of the apartment.
In addition, the cleaner surprised us at 8:30 in the morning even though check-out was only at 11:00 and I informed the apartment owner that we would be leaving around 9:30.
I would not return to this apartment on my next vacation.
- Roisin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Filip (7/5): Good -
- Edna (7/5): Overall a pleasant place to stay for the family of 4 or 5. - The space was great and facilities and equipment were spot on. The only draw back is the noise at some nights, but ear plugs are provided to reduce the noise.
- Zhuo (6/5): good location. good price - best location for travelers. walking distance to regent shopping area and Chinatown and hood food and good bakery and everything Everything else except for the location. And it’s very noisy at night. Interior doors don’t block lights. Kitchen ceiling and range hood were dripping water and we didn’t have kitchen towels to wipe those. bathroom is very old. BUT! I have to say, if those are better than the current condition the price won’t be this nice. so I don’t want to complain anything especially the manager is very good. they respond very fast and helped solve problems efficiently.
- Anonymous (10/5): very happy and would stay again - very clean, comfortable, value for money noisy but ok
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maxine (7/5): Good - spacious windows didn’t close, very noisy, apartment looked tired. lack of sleep
- Amy (6/5): great base for short family break - excellent location for us, could walk easily to so many of the places we wanted to visit. the apartment was nicely laid out, clean and practical. the windows didn’t shut out any of the noise from outside at all, but the earbuds provided were really appreciated.
- Lars (8/5): Very good -
- Kasper (8/5): Very good - excellent location and well equipped appartment window in living room couldn’t close. Due to the central location there are some noise friday and saturday evenings/nights
- Andy (7/5): Good - super central, great value. Perfect for a weekend with friends place could do with refurbishment, but then it would be twice the price. I would also imagine the place is roasting hot during the peak of summer
- Mohammad (5/5): Passable -
- Nadiah (8/5): Wish the coffee machine worked properly! Get a cafetiere! - Good location main bedroom spacious. windows gross-double glazin needs2Breplaced.sofa sags
- Vivien (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment needs some TLC
