• Róbert Kapui (10/5): - We spent a few days at the accommodation and were very satisfied with it. Communication with Jenni was smooth and hassle-free, and we received clear and accurate information about everything. The apartment was clean and well-equipped; the kitchen is even suitable for self-catering. Everything you might need is nearby: shops, various restaurants. Public transport (bus, DLR) is just a few meters away, making everything easily accessible. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here. Perhaps the only issue we found was that we couldn’t open the window in the living room because the handle wasn’t working. This might need to be fixed, especially for the warmer months.

Od ručníků přes doplňky v koupelně - sprchový gel, šampon, vatové tampony, přes výborně zařízenou kuchyň včetně tablet do myčky a pytlů na odpad a spoustu nádobí až po vkusně zařízené ložnice. Dvě televize Trochu zlobilo otvírání okem, skleněný stolek s ostrými rohy. Přidala bych věšáky na ručníky do koupelny. Ale to jsou detaily

• Woodford (10/5): We had a lovely stay, everything we needed was available and communication with the host was great, - We picked this property for its location and it didn't disappoint us, it was 2 mins from our concert venue which helped when it overran, the property was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and helpful and sent guides for where to find things and how to get into the property etc. We has a little trouble trying to open the lock box but that was probably our fault lol

• Steed (9/5): A great stay in London, just what we needed, convenient and easy. - We had a comfortable stay, it was clean and tidy. Easy to access buses and trains. We found it convenient having a food store below and the apartment was quiet and safe. A modern apartment and suited our family of 4. We had a great stay in London.

It’s really close to transport links and perfect for visiting all the tourist spots. The location is noisy because of how close it is to the train track and main road but with ear plugs is absolutely fine.

• Bernhard (10/5): Hervorragender Städtetrip in London - Unser Aufenthalt in London war rundum gelungen! Das Apartment war hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr groß und absolut gemütlich. Besonders praktisch: Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles Wichtige direkt vor Ort besorgen kann. Die Busanbindung zur nächsten U-Bahn liegt direkt vor der Tür – perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert und problemlos. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

• susanne (9/5): - Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Jenni war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Wir wurden über Check in rechtzeitig informiert Leider liegt hinter dem Apartment eine Bahnstrecke, so dass es auch nachts sehr laut war.
• Sabine (9/5): - Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren sehr schnell zu erreichen und ein guter Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Jenni, unsere Ansprechpartnerin, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer für uns erreichbar! Vielen Dank Jenni!

• Egidija (8/5): I would probably come back, however not in hot season. - Spacious, all needed amenities and good equipped kitchen. Good location next Limehouse station, many cafes and fast food restaurants around. On our stay was around 30+ degrees, so AC would be very handy, instead of multiple ventilators. As apartment in 4th floor it’s difficult to ventilate consistently and properly. There was some dust around, stripes of cleaning and pretty nasty ventilation above kitchen.

• Christine (9/5): A lovely find - Lovely apartment. Had everything you needed from glasses to cleaning products There wasn't anything we didn't like. The apartment was very warm. Jenni provided great fans but they were a little noisy to keep on all night. I would suggest bringing ear plugs so you can keep it on all night
• Carrilho (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Nice and central to London - Great location for central London. Lovely apartment. All equipped with the useful essentials. Loved the extra touches of shower gel and shampoo etc. Even had coffee and tea bags, sugar and all the basic essentials. Loved there were dressing gowns in each bedroom too. Jenni, the host, was very lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

• Marija (9/5): I really liked this place: amazing host Jenni, super close to DLR underground, only 2 stops till Bank and central line. - It was spacious, very clean and modern, Comfortable also was sleeping on the couch in the living room-my mum was in amaze of how comfy was the bed. It is noisy when open window, but it didn’t affect our sleeping or stay in general.

We had everything we needed at the accommodation for a very comfortable stay, in a surprisingly pleasant area, even though I wouldn't say it's central - but it is extremely well connected to the city center.
• Eli (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment. All the required facilities are present. The neighbourhood is well connected to central London. There is a direct bus just next to the entrance or DLR station nearby. There is a grocery store in the building. The communication with Jenni (host) was excellent. Two points that, if improved, could make this apartment perfect for where it is located (not quite central or posh neighbourhood). The mattress in the master bedroom should be changed. And, if possible, something should be done about the sound from building ventilation system in the same bedroom.
• Diego (9/5): Great Location, Good appliances and close to the metro!! - Good service and easy to talk to owner via whatsapp, she is always there to help you. Location is good and close to the metro and bus station, there are a few restaurant options nearby. 2 beds, 1 bathroom nice hot shower, all appliances in kitchen, easy to get in and get out. Sofa couch was dirty need to be cleaned, walls are also dirty they need just a quick paint at the edges specially, bed mattress was not comfortable. Small repairs could make this apartment top!!

• Karen (9/5): Great apartment for staying in London. - We loved our family stay at Lavendar House. The facilities were good and had all we needed. The location was very handy to Limehouse station which gave us easy access to the city. We had an issue with a door handle jamming and I put the comment in here because Jenni could not have been more amazing, she was quick to sort the situation with great communication. The small supermarket on the corner was very handy The beds are low to the ground so could be an issue for older bones getting out of bed.

• Anna (9/5): Great location, spacious and loved the windows, the host was very friendly and helpful. - The location was great, the DLR stop and bus’s stop was very near, good grocery shop. Nice park near too. Loved the big windows. We had lovely time at the apartment. One bedroom mattress was pretty uneven on one side edge. And the kitchen ceiling above cooking are needs attention.
• Barbar (7/5): Good - The apartment was lovely the only drawback was the lift was not working as one of my friends has issues with her back and she had to take the stairs to the 4th floor I rang our host and she was very helpful and got back to us very shortly and said it was a building issue and the lift would not be fixed for a couple weeks as they were waiting for a part for the lift she did inform us that the lift was not working but ee taught it might be fixed that day we had a wonderful time and jennie was so helpful and got us another fan as it was very warm them few days she couldn't enough for so tank you jennie will be recommending her and lavender House to my friends thank you barbara The lift was not working
• Antonio (9/5): Superb - Hoster Jani prepared everything in advance, provide good instructions, cleaning and all amenities for the stay. Apartment was fully furnished and supplied. Supermarket and and metro station just nearby. Good WiFi. Windows a bit difficult to close for better isolation of noise. Elevator was out of service, but otherwise all was fine.

Small supermarket 40m awat; plenty of fast food outlets too. The lift was out of action for the four days we stayed. This created a few challenges but we do realise it isn't our host's fault.

• Kit (7/5): Nice flat & ok with location, recommend host to replace kitchenware & locks to make it perfect. - The host is super responsive and communicated well via WhatsApp. Very detailed information with videos provided. Very nice and accommodating to handle request and enquiry. Even right before Christmas, she was able to help and even offer to drop by to fix some issues. A+ host i would say. Location is ok, 30 to 45 mins to most of the attraction if DLR line works.... Very close to Canary Wharf where you can find a lots of nice restaurants. Some ppl commented neighbourhood made them feel uneasy, but i found they are really nice ppl around. Good pizza downstairs right at the corner. Be careful some shops accept cash only. The flat is a bit dated you can tell. Apart from the washroom and main door locks, all 3 room locks are not working which really annoyed me. Also, window locks feel also broken -- If you travel with ppl required privacy, you may wish to re-confirm with the host if those locks can be fixed. The cooking pans provided are completely destroyed but luckily host provided a new one which i can use for basic cooking. Oven works well, otherwise we won't be able to cook during Christmas. Very unfortunate, DLR suspended for several days during Christmas time which made it more difficult to travel between flat and other locations -- you will need to always connect with a bus which is less convenient and added extra travel time as well.

• Diana (10/5): Comfy - The host was really kind and provide detailed information to access the flat. Plus, they were towels and slippers for all of us (we were 4 people). The flat is really nice and has all the facilities it says. A bit far from the centre, but it is close to the Limehouse station (less than 10 min walk from the house) and has a Sainsburys right next to the building.

Not in the centre of London, but conveniently reachable with public transport at less than 30 minfrom every Underground station in London city centre. The apartment is spacious, has a very good bathroom and kitchen. A supermarket, open 7h-23h 7/7, is just below. Nice alternative to the more expensive hotels in the city centre. The host is very nice and the contact was super.

Jenni was a really good hostess, very helpful. The instructions for accommodation were also clear. There was an excellent breakfast cafe across the street, a small shop in the same building. • Jo (10/5): Perfect for a family to explore London from - The flat is so well maintained and has everything to make your stay comfortable. Even little extras such as toiletries, cooking items, washing powder etc. location is so handy for accessing public transport. Supermarket underneath is great also. Host is very obliging and nothing was too much trouble Flat can be a little warm during summer. Not uncomfortable at all just a bit warm. Judging by the heating options in the flat would be perfect during winter.
• Hajnalka (9/5): We would definitely recommend the flat to explore London! - The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a 1-week-stay for a family (including dish-washer, washing machine), etc. The flat was clean. We liked the location, we did not feel unsafe or similar. The DLR station was 5 minutes away, so we got into the city center within 20 minutes. The supermarket was also right at the corner. The host sent detailed instructions how to pick up the keys. The flat was very hot, we would have appreciated an air conditioning (we also have to say, that we stayed during a heatwave in London with temperature around 30 degrees). We had to leave the windows open for the whole night, to cool down the flat, and as the flat is right at a busy street, so it was very noisy. We would recommend to have more plates and cutlery, so that is not necessary to run the dishwasher every day.
• Katherine (8/5): Great apartment in a good East End location - well equipped and would be excellent anytime other than in very hot weathe - Spacious and spotless apartment in a good location. Was almost perfect for our needs as a family of 4 on a long trip in need of a home away from home for a few nights. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom. Couldn’t fault the communication from Jennie the owner - fantastic. The bed in the main bedroom could do with a new mattress to be honest. We were there in a heatwave making the apartment very very hot - I’d love to see some more fans installed as it meant we needed to leave the windows open but the street outside was extremely loud so we didn’t get the best nights of sleep.

• Kelcie (8/5): Excellent location, exemplar host, would recommend a stay here to anyone. - Clean, modern with good facilities. Great communication by the host. All in our party commented they would visit again and would recommend to others. Short distance to nearest station, easy to travel to other areas. Washing up liquid and cloths would have been helpful, in addition to the dishwasher. The ironing board is in desperate need of a new cover, was tricky to use.
• P (2/5): Very poor - Unfortunately it was a horrible experience: We arrived late at night, we were walking in a smalle dead end street, while we were looking for the right entrance, we got almost driven over bij 4 young men in a car using gas balloons. They were driving around 120 km/hr in a dead end street. The street was dirty: everywhere garbage, urinating traces, and drug addicts using needles etc. . Not a safe feeling when you are with 2 young boys... also when going to the DLR you have to walk into a tunnel I would not dare to walk alone in the dark by myself. The view from the window was also poor. The landlady was kind, she came over the next morning for explanation, but she can not help anything about the neighbourhood. We moved the following morning right away. The house itself was clean.
• Dennis (9/5): Enjoyable two night stay, would rebook. - Good location, spacious, nice big windows, friendly and welcoming host . ironing board cover damaged making it hard to use. The apartment got very warm even with windows open. Aircon would of been nice.
• Samjoc (6/5): Grim - The rooms were decorated nicely and plenty of space to move around though I can imagine it getting rather cramped with more then 2 people. Food options were good to order in and there's a store below the apartment. The location felt unsafe and noisey, especially later at night. We weren't allowed in until minutes after standard check in time which was very odd. The host then tried to facetime me on a 3rd party app after I had left which was unsettling, for that reason alone I'd mark this place down. There was no welcome booklet or anything, we struggled to find out how to open cabinets for example. The TV was very outdated. One of the bedroom doors didn't close properly either. Also didn't appreciate getting chores before leaving the apartment. Was happy to leave the place.

• David (10/5): A great stay and a great sleep! - The apartment was in an ideal location, close to public transport and close to shops. There was plenty of space for a family of four. It was very well presented and clean.
• Shelley (10/5): Our first time visiting London from Australia and we feel so happy to have stayed here. We have made the most amazing me - The beds were comfortable and felt homely. Easy walking distance to public transport. Supermarket handy on same block as the building. Felt safe and secure. Loved the view, could watch the helicopter land on the London Royal Hospital roof. Great wifi access - my daughters made the most of it! Everything we needed including tea and coffee. The washing and dryer came in very handy. Jenni was very helpful and thorough with instructions and communication we didn’t have any troubles. Thank you for having us. We had a wonderful stay!
• Jens (10/5): A great base for a family trip to London - The apartment building is a little more than ten years old and in good shape. Well connected by public transport to the city - a bus stop is situated right in front of the building, a DLR station is a 5 minute walk away. A small grocery/ convenience store is located in the ground level of the house, providing for all basic needs. The interior is vey well kept. Communication with the host was perfect. The neighborhood is a bit "interesting", but we did not feel unsafe.

• Agnes (5/5): Sleepless - -Great location, only 2 stops from the City Center. Supermarket and restaurants nearby -Toiletries, towels etc. were provided -The apartment was clean, spacious and modern -Flexible check-in and check-out -The ventilation system was noisy (day and night) and brought cooking smells from other apartments into the bedroom -The dishwasher wasn't working properly, it was washing with cold water. Not very hygienic. We were not told about this, but found out ourselves. When we contacted the owner about this, she seemed to know about the problem. We were told they were trying to book a repair engineer, but did not want to disturb our stay. Basically putting the problem on us. It should have been fixed prior to our arrival. We had to wash the dishes by hand for the rest of our stay. -The matrasses on the bed were too thin. We could feel the springs in our back when we were lying on them, which was not very comfortable and made it hard to sleep, especially in combination with the noisy ventilation system. -The keys were in a locked box outside near a building. When we checked out, we had to put the keys back into the box, but it smelled strongly of urine, as if someone (or a dog) had peed over the box. That was pretty disgusting.
• Kathymul (8/5): Lovely stay in Limehouse - Incredibly clean! Very welcoming and a good amount of space. I worked from the apartment for 2 of my 4 day stay and the wifi was strong. Great bath/shower with lots of hot water. Jenni is a delight to deal with - quick to respond, informative and lovely. The apartment is beautifully kept but some things need replacing. The double glazing allowed a lot of sound through and the mattresses have become a little lumpy. Noise probably wouldn't be an issue for a lot of people but I'm a very light sleeper, needed ear plugs.
• Dj_rob (8/5): Excellent place, shame about the mattresses - Wonderful place, fully equipped and quite spacious. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages The only down side I found is the bed, the matttress is not up to par with the rest of the flat, it is made of spring but very light so you get suck in and fell the springs on your bacl
• Wil (10/5): Exceptional - The building felt very safe. It was quiet. And it was such a convenient location. A 5 minute walk to Limehouse station.
