Deborah (10/5): Fabulous family time in a truly remarkable location! - The location was amazing! The cooking items in the kitchen were plentiful and allowed us to have wonderful family Dinners with produce from Borough Markets. Ian and Pedro were truly remarkable in the care and service!! We stayed during London record breaking heatwave and they organized an airconditioner for our week long stay. It was truly a game changer! So grateful! They also helped enormously with my heavy luggage on departure and the kept hold of in the delay before I could go to Heathrow. I loved this time in London and can easily recommend the hosts and the apartment. Thank you Ian and Pedro.
Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - great location, big living room. The entire property was clean and modern, bedroom was great with great mattress and brilliant wifi. Nothing to complain about at all. Can not find a thing.
P (1/5): Highly disappointed ☹️ - Nothing Very v old building, Third floor, NO LIFTS, narrow stair case, in case if you carry your luggage up to third floor. Windows locked, NO air ventilation, NO Air conditioner or fan. VERY DEPRESSING . Paid my ENTIRE 5 days rent, but didn’t stay there even for 5 MINUTES. Lots of pubs around, drunk people down, noisy surroundings, place was horrifying. Dirty and unhygienic surroundings
Gianni (5/5): Passable - The apartment is well renovated but it was very noisy and hard to sleep No lift, a LOT noise due to the drunk people / smokers coming from the bar downstairs, dirty street (people are vomiting or pissing in the alley next to your door). We also got issues with the upstairs neighbors that were partying at 4 am...

Little road noise but in central London of course. Would definitely stay again Second bedroom didn’t have TV.

Very hot on the top floor with no air con in London heat wave Too hot for comfort in heat wave. Big fans were provided but it was boiling especially in the bathroom. A curtain over the rear window as you ascend the staircase would help prevent heat radiating in

Kent (9/5): Modern, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Borough Market. - Location was great. Apartment was modern and clean and very well-equipped. Hosts were great and very helpful/responsive. Hallway carpets could use some cleaning as showing it’s wear with stains. As no AC, had windows open and it’s a pretty busy area so can be noisy for the light sleeper but we like city living and being right in the action. Fans also helped cut down on noise.

Elaine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was modern and well kept. It was conveniently located, very close to the tube. The living/dining area was well furnished and had everything we needed. The host was also helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check out as we had a late night flight. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults. The beds in both bedrooms were small for 2 adults. My daughters and I found the mattresses comfortable, but my son didn't and decided to sleep on the couch instead. When I wrote to ask the host for an extra sheet and blanket she said this wasn't allowed and he could sleep there only if we paid an additional $220, which I thought was unfair.

The landlord is great and addressed all our needs (we have two young kids) almost immediately. Had a great time here. the pictures are almost exactly the same as the real room so what you see is what you get. can be a bit noisy at night as we are very close to the pubs
