• Stacey (1/5): LIARS AND CON-MEN TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU! - Clean and tidy. Exactly what it describes I paid an extra £60 for a late check out time at 4pm which was shown as confirmed and paid on my portal, to be then hounded by the owners and cleaners at 10:30am whilst I was trying to sleep from a night shift saying that they’d refused the request and had sent me my money back ages ago which was simply not true because I’d had no letter or communication and the portal was still showing at confirmed late checkout. They charged me another £159 for an extra night and only when I’d checked out that same afternoon did I then receive an email at about 7pm saying they’d refused the late checkout!! ABSOLUTE CON PEOPLE

• veneri (7/5): - Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato, due camere con letto matrimoniale alla francese. Un bagno in camera ed uno esterno, entrambi completi di doccia. Zona giorno molto ampia. Ripostiglio con ferro da stiro, stendino e asciugacapelli. Cucina con frigo grande e lavastoviglie. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite. La pulizia non era delle migliori, alcune superfici erano polverose e i pavimenti sporchi, con alcune macchie appiccicose. Se dovessi dare un consiglio agli host toglierei il tappeto nella zona giorno e laverei i pavimenti siccome sembra che non vengano lavati accuratamente da un po'.

• Okoro (1/5): forced to pay extortionate fees as a deposit. - Absolutely nothing. I booked this apartment via Booking.com for a one-night stay, attracted by what appeared to be excellent value. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay a £500 “cleaning deposit” before being given access. This requirement was not clearly stated in the listing, nor was the amount disclosed in advance. While I understand the need for a deposit, the sum was excessive—over five times the cost of the room—and I was told it would only be refunded after seven days, subject to their discretion. The situation was made worse by the host’s unprofessional behaviour. They were rude on the phone, hung up on me twice, and left me stranded outside with no access to the property. After contacting Booking.com, I later checked the reviews and found many similar complaints, including reports of inflated deposits and difficulties obtaining refunds. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Ich bin schlussendlich nach langem probieren hinein gekommen und nach dem auschecken wurde ich vom personal angerufem warum der schlüssel nicht gehe. Zimmer war super bis auf die Kälte, personal leider nicht.

Wasn’t let in to the property until around 4 phone calls to them and booking.com as they were “approving my id” which was uploaded over a week before. Nor truthful at all. I should of known when first booking months before, they took they whole amount immediately.not a deposit. Then asked for a further 500 security bond 3 weeks before the booking. Please read trip advisor reviews not booking .com. the staff are abrupt and useless. You cannot check in as stated. Real photos show grubby bedding and facilities. Electric sockets with bare wiring hanging out.broken locks on doors and guests being bullied by the owners and being frightened. Also being burgled during the stay. Many guests are scammed out of the that extra security deposit. I almost fell for paying that too until my natwest bank sent me a text during transaction to say it was fraud. Iv lost 390 pounds as I had to find alternative accommodation for our party of 4 people. Rude , repetitive messages sent from the staff to me. Booking . I stayed at this property and I’m convinced there are mice and rats scurrying around the property. The owners don’t care and refuse to offer me a refund. I should have read the reviews before booking because, the is a reason it is 2 stars. Please avoid booking here and book somewhere else.

• Gabriele (7/5): Sehr schönes Appartement mit einigen Verbesserungen wäre es Spitze! - Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Die Aussicht auf die Londoner Skyline grandios. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, die Möbel ansprechend. Das Appartement könnte besser gereinigt werden. Beim Einchecken lagen noch Erdnüsse und Haare vom Vorgänger auf Teppich und im Waschbecken. Die Glasflächen am Esszimmer Tisch und in der Dusche, hatten Wisch und Tropfenspuren . Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Geschirrspüler war noch mit Pfannen vom Vorgänger beladen. Zum Spülen gab es nur zwei alte Schwämme, die jedoch ziemlich schlechten Geruch verbreiteten. Abtrockentücher Fehlanzeige. Auch das Toilettenpapier wirkte abgezählt.

We called several times and were told someone would come and fix the oven over the course of two days but no one came. As a result, we checked out two hours late, but they deducted £50. What a scam! • Terry (4/5): - The view and the location were fantastic but the apartment itself was lacking and shabby, the amount for the deposit we had to pay did not reflect in the apartment, we were worrying the whole time about the damage that was already in the apartment wondering if we'd get blamed for it We were told an hour before we arrived that we couldn't drink alcohol despite the property having a wine fridge and wine glasses in the cupboard. The fixtures and furniture were all a bit shabby and the deposit left us feeling worried about money the whole trip

This was unbelievably inconvenient and the staff on the phone was absolutely unhelpful. I’m having to chase a refund by myself several days after I was supposed to stay.
