• Taras (5/5): Passable with multiple drawbacks - Value for money and location (10-12 mins walk to the underground followed by 30-40 mins subway ride), easy check-in / check-out. Very small rooms (which is probably a norm for London), cleanliness, the soft chair in the living room with its spots, the beds and pillows, lack of basic salt, sugar, tea and coffee in the kitchen, broken shower handle, the mirror next to the toilet bowl provides you an intriguing view however in reality just covers missing tile in the wall.

• Sofia (6/5): Bom mas a casa precisa de ser arranjada. - A localização - bairro bonito, paragem de autocarro próxima e metro a 13 min a pé. Supermercados e restaurantes proximos. Casa acolhedora, quentinha com espaço para convivio. A limpeza deixa a desejar. O sofá tem imensas manchas que bastava colocar uma capa por cima para ficar com melhor aspeto. A cozinha e a casa de banho estavam bem limpos. As paredes dos quartos tinham imensas marcas. Os colchões nao sao confortaveis. Os azulejos do chão da casa de banho estao partidos. A agua do duche sai sem pressao. Creio que com pequenos ajustes a casa pode ficar com muito melhor aspeto.

• Amirul (8/5): Much value for the price, definitely recommend! - The overall atmosphere of the flat was very much cozy, especially after spending a whole day out in the cold weather. The flat was also already fully equipped with facilities, particularly in the kitchen so that you can get straight to cooking without buying much additional appliances. The floors were a bit too creaky at times, especially for some of us who rise up rather early in the morning, it can be quite disturbing to the neighbors, particularly the one living in the unit below us.
• Asabe (5/5): Passable - Location was close to bustop and train station The fact that check out is as early as before 11am and check in as late as after 4pm. In addition, the pots in the kitchen needs to be changed as well as the host needs to make extra bedsheets available.

• Péter (8/5): Very good - I'm absolutely satisfied. I would come here again next time. Transportation is perfect. Salt and sugar could be basic equipment in the kitchen.
• Candice (1/5): I could not recommend booking a home with these hosts. - We were originally booked to stay in this flat but the boiler broke and the hosts moved us to another of their properties nearby. While we were thankful we didn't need to find new accomodation the second house was not at all pleasant. The house smelled terrible, as soon as you walked in. The was mould throughout the home and everything was just filthy. There was not toilet paper provided and the toilet seat was falling off. The washing machine was full of mould also. There was rubbish throughout the house that we disposed off. Empty boxes and papers etc There was also a bunch of mail on the floor in the hallway. The oven only worked on the grill function. Outside the outdoor furniture was consumed by weeds. There were not enough towels for the guests. 3 towels spread randomly throughout the home for 6 guests. We were able to find one extra shoved in a cupboard that needed to be washed before use. The beds were immensely uncomfortable. The sheets were so thin they were see through and the springs of the mattress were almost poking through. The pillows were incredibly thin, they could hardly constitute a pillow. I gave the host feedback once we had left and they said I should have contacted them earlier for them to send someone to clean the parts which were missed. Be be completely honest the home needed a complete overhaul not just touch up cleaning. I also did not want to have people we did not know in and out of the house while we were there. This home should never have been hosted in such a state. The host either did not reply to previous messages sent or took multiple days to reply. This was also a reason for my hestitation to contact them immediatly about the state of the home. I am aware it is not the home that is advertised here as that was our original booking. However given the state of the home I have no doubt that if this is how these hosts present their rentals that this home would also not be a home I would recommend.
