• dolphinaom mellow (8/5): Convenience and comfy - The owner was very helpful. They keep contact via WhatsApp to make sure we’re gonna use facilities inside room in proper way. The location is nearby Sloane avenue. It’s mostly downtown. The room was very clean. Next time if we have a trip in London. We’ll come back again for sure! - there was no heater in room during our stay but they provided you an alternative plug-in heater instead. - we’re not get used to microwave oven and it’s too high for our height.

• Robin (9/5): - It was simple, yet cozy and has everything necessary. I liked that there was a spare toothbrush with a mini toothpaste in case and also the fridge had some water and milk ready. To be fair, there wasn’t anything that I minded too much. If you’re a very sensitive sleeper then maybe this won’t be the best fit for you as the apartment windows are facing a busy street.

Low table and chairs would have been more appropriate

Assolutamente confortevole e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sempre molto cortesi e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.

Hemen karşıda cam duvar iş merkezi vardı pencereleri açamadık çünkü herkes evin içini görebiliyordu. Evin içinde tüm her şey mevcut lakin çok kötü koltuk ve masa yerleşimi yüzünden dar bir alanda yaşıyorsunuz.

The shower was amazing with overhead waterfall shower. The host was so attentive in making sure we were happy & our stay was perfect. The kitchen had dishwasher, washing machine, fridge hob, microwave,there was a Nespresso coffee machine & pods, as well as tea, biscuits, milk, bottled water, sugar, kettle & TV. The host provided towels, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Honestly they have attentively thought of everything. We really were blown away N/A in this case

• Steve (7/5): This is a nice apartment in a great location but it could be so much nicer. - A clean and well situation location with an easy 5 minute walk to two tube stations (Sloane Square and South Kensington) and only 10 minutes on foot to Knightsbridge. There is excellent storage space and wardrobes and most basic facilities are provided including milk and water for when you arrive. The bed is comfy albeit the bedroom a little cramped. Had to retune the TV on arrival. The oven (see photo) is in a dangerously high position - so high it is almost unusable as you would need to stand on a stool to use it. No toaster and the coffee machine leaks. The bathroom sink is the most impractical I have seen as it is mainly covered by a large cabinet. The furniture is adequate but dated albeit a high breakfast table and gas lift chairs (one that is broken) is not my personal preference. Although a dish cloth is provided it was old and used so not that hygienic. The bedroom is nice but very noisy as the secondary glazing is ineffective, traffic and voices are clearly audible and not helped by being above a busy reception on a low floor. The safe didn't work - possibly because whoever used it last locked it while open so it can't be recoded by the next guest - something that should have been checked prior to handover. Checkout is a strict 10am and there is no facility to leave bags for a few hours at the end of your stay.

Clean and comfortable to stay for short period Due to virtually and privately managed, no staff is around to assist for emergency. cannot leave our luggage to storage before departure at concierge which was a big inconvenience during our travel.

The apartment was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you would need away from home. Nothing, but if I have to force myself to mention anything, it would be to possibly have a thin summer duvet on the bed during the few months when we have warm nights.

The biggest issue was the washer and dryer. There were no instructions and it sucks. It did not dry our clothes at all! This apartment was one of the main reason we choose it and I would highly recommend getting a new one. It was terrible. Also - the bedroom was super hot no matter how long the portable A/C ran. A fan would have been great.

Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the road noise is loud. Bring an eye mask as the lights from the opposite building shines in bright at night but the apartment owners may install better blackout curtains in the future.

Unfortunately we were unable to access the property at the pre-arranged time which resulted in us having to cancel dinner arrangements and worse - it made us 20 minutes late for the theatre. We also did not like repeated messages to vacate the property by 10am.

• Alison (8/5): Affordable accommodation in the heart of London! - Wonderfully handy location very close to theatres etc. The organic farm shop across the road is a definite must for breakfast. Comfortable accommodation and very affordable for London. It was nice having more room than a typical London hotel room. We did not receive the PDF files giving instructions for the property until the day before we left. That was quickly rectified, but it would have been good to have these at the beginning of our stay.

The pressure was great most properties we have stayed at the pressure of the water wasn’t very good at all. The bed was comfortable. Everything looked nice and comfy.

There are even coffee, tablets for the dish washer and powder for the washing machine. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and explained everything about the apartment. There is no such thing.

(8/5): Lovely apartment in Chelsea! - We especially loved the excellent position of this impeccably clean design apartment in a calming grey-neutral colour-scheme just a few minutes walk from South Kensington tube station, V&A, Natural History Museum and King’s Road. It is situated in the Chelsea Cloister apartment building, close to the Michelin building, restaurants, cafés and exclusive shops, pharmacy, bakery and a Sainsbury supermarket. Coffee cups, milk and tea were provided. Appliance-wise: among others there was a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, a dish washer, oven with microwave and a small electric cooker, all of witch allowed us to prepare simple meals at home. We really enjoyed the lovely shower, fluffy towels and lovely decent perfume of the apartment. The high built-in cupboard in the bedroom with ironing board and iron and excellent hangers as well as a waching machine allow to keep your wardrobe in good shape during a London stay. We liked the duvet covers and various design elements in this smartly arranged apartment. Another reviewer here had recommended to bring a sleep mask and noise protection if you’re sensitive to light or noise at night. I definitively would recommend the same, since Sloane Avenue is quite busy and very bright lights from a building across the street shone right into the bedroom. The apartment was way too warm and difficult to ventilate since there was only one tiny window in the kitchen area that could be opened. Especially the bedroom was extremely warm (in autumn). The bedsofa is okay for a few nights, but not suited for those who like to read in bed (big gap between “headboard” and mattress) and is a little bit noisy. I did like the very friendly messages of Paloma but I personally didn’t like to be put in a WhatsApp-group of 5 persons (of which 4 men) without warning or being asked if I was okay with sharing my private number with all these people. Also, I didn’t like having to communicate and to update my exact arrival and departure times while travelling with teens and trying to find our way around London. Maybe someone else would not mind, but I felt a little bit pushed.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Fantastic location but disappointed with some of the appliances. - Location was fantastic the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Disappointingly the oven was inaccessible and unable to be used as it was above head height. The washer/dryer did not work properly and almost ruined some of our clothes. We understand that this wasn’t a new issue.
