Guest Reviews
- Camille (1/5): Nous sommes arrivés avec nos 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans devant le logement qui était occupé par des gens qui n’avaient vrai - This was a SCAM DONT BOOK IT This was a SCAM DONT BOOK IT
- Phil (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM - Where do I begin with this, I booked this property over a year previously as I bought tickets to take my son & daughter and a friend to see an Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium and the apartment is relatively close to Wembley only one stop on the train from Marylebone station it also had decent reviews thought wasn’t particularly cheap. I tried in vain from Wednesday this week to get the owner and booking.com to send me an access code to open the lock box containing the keys but had no response to messages on the app nor from phone calls texts what’s app and emails. Booking.com merely told me the owner could not be contacted. On Saturday morning I called booking.com and when i eventually spoke to someone was told they also could not contact the owner and suggested I just turn up at the apartment. This I did and lo and behold the place was all locked up and nobody answered the door and lockbox for the keys was unlocked with no keys inside it! On checking the reviews again on booking.com there are no reviews now since August 2024 so clearly nobody is booking this place yet it is still advertised on the site, why? It is absolutely disgusting that this is allowed sort it out immediately. I had to quickly find alternative accommodation which luckily I did but I’m now £574 out of pocket for accommodation that basically doesn’t exist It doesn’t exist as a place you can stay why is it still being advertised?
- Petra (2/5): Very poor -
- Yuriy (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, clean, very responsive host
- Michael (7/5): Could be good value and a great stay if the maintenance is done - Great location but unfortunately a bit run down so the condition lets down the great position near Baker St. some maintenance would bring it up to being good value The shower temperature control was broken and taped up so the shower temp couldn’t be adjusted and was scorching hot. Beds were so so and didn’t feel fresh
- Anonymous (10/5): Brilliant - Clean, the owner of the apartment, replied to all my messages, everything we ask for was no problem, also great Location
- Anonymous (9/5): Great flat in central location - Brilliant location - central to tube and shops but very quiet as in a secluded mews.
Comfortable beds.
Well equipped kitchen.
Very clean.
Host very helpful.
Great extras like Netflix available which was great when staying as a family. Bathroom was super clean but a little dated (cracked bath (but repaired) and taped up shower)
- Ellen (9/5): Superb - Everything, the host was brilliant
- Cora (10/5): A great few days location great apartment clean and service one of the best I have used on this - Great location and amazing communication. With me. Very helpful and accommodating to us. Location and cleanliness
- Darrin (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Marylebone. - The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet mews in the heart of Marylebone.
Cleaning staff were excellent. The place was spotless.
The beds were huge and extremely comfortable.
The owner was extremely accommodating allowing us to drop our bags off with the cleaner a couple of hours before check-in. Nothing.

- Lisa (8/5): Great ! For London sightseeing and great if you just want to have a stay in a London apartment - Fantastic location… nice layout and clean throughout . Great staff, very responsive especially when it came to finding the key to get in .. Maybe bathroom could do with an update
- Naser (7/5): Good - the location is in the center.
- Megan (5/5): Good basic accommodation in a handy location. - The location was good and the kitchen had everything needed. The sofa bed had broken slats making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
- Rita (2/5): Poor cleanliness and damaged facilities made this stay very unsatisfactory. - Poor communication and wrong details of access to property were provided by the host. On arrival there were many faults in the flat with a broken bath and unpleasant smells. It took quite a lot of time and energy to chase up the host to address the faults. Host made many excuses with the faults and accepted he should have honestly communicated the problems ahead of our stay. Poor communication and the host provided the wrong details of access to property which created a lot of extra confusion and trouble for the guests. On arrival there were many faults in the flat with a broken bath and unpleasant smells. It took quite a lot of time and energy to chase up the host to address the faults. Very unsatisfactory and would not recommend.

perfect accommodation for our stay. Nothing not to like
- Mariusz (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet area. 45min walking distance to the London Eye, soho, harrods etc. Awesome place!
- Asterie (10/5): Lovely area to stay in centre of London - The kitchen and the loft are comfy and really sunny. 2 Bedroom is amazing and really really comfortable. Amazing space to rest after exploring London Everything was perfect but the air in the flat quiet humid and smell a bit of mold. Don’t have anything to drink even just a bottle of water in the flat. And I think the shower is broke cause the water is to hot for shower. However everything is still worth the money.xxx
- Paul (8/5): Decent stay, amazing location. Small things could make it 10/10 - Location superb, good comms with owner. Big enough. wifi excellent - not bad value for money all in all Sofa very poor, chips on the furniture, some flooring coming up in the kitchen, new bath urgently needed, toilet roll holder broken, no double bed - 2 singles put together
- C.j. (5/5): Nice location but not worth the money - location furniture outdated and even broken
- Ak (8/5): Great base for a London visit. - Great location. 12 min walk to Marks & Spencer’s on Oxford Street.
Landlord was helpful! A few things didn’t seem to work or we couldn’t get working after a while.
- Emma (5/5): Passable - Excellent location
Reply to emails very prompt
Had the apartment ready earlier than check-in time
Offer to keep our suitcases for longer which we didn’t avail of in the end Towels weren’t great, no bathmat, when I asked I was advised to use spare towels but spare towel had a stain. Pillows could do with being replaced
Needed some DIY done
No dishwasher tablets
- Lorelei (10/5): wonderful stay in the center of London ! - everything was great ! super Good location and the apartment is really cosy ! I could only recommend it ! nothing !
- Eves (8/5): Ideal in most respects! - The apartment was clean, warm , there was plenty of hot water and the location was perfect. We were attending a wedding at Marylebone Register and it was a 2 min walk! It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We would stay here again. The mattress on the double bed wasn't comfortable ☹️ it was lumpy and you could feel the springs through it. A new mattress and also some better quality bedding would make all the difference.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (6/5): good location but not ideal place to go back to after day touring - good location, good heating. poor maintenance. floor in kitchen was raised, a safety issue. bathtub needs replacement has holes, no water pressure very little hot water. the mattresses in both rooms are old and lumpy. bedroom doors squeaked , only a 2 seater couch and wobbly dining table with 4 chairs.
- Thomas (5/5): Passable -
- Sally (7/5): great short stay in a fabulous central location - Location was brilliant and it was well set up. Cover door of the washing machine needs to be fixed - falling off hinges.

- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Baker St underground. Surprisingly very quiet location. Flat catered for all our needs, fully equipped living/dining area, 2 double bedrooms with plenty of storage and bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
- Moorcroft (10/5): Great find - Fantastic flat & great location. Although central london it was tucked away in a side street so was very quiet, no city noise which was excellent for us as a family with children. Flat was very clean with everything we needed. Hosts extremely accomodating & answered queries promptly.
Highly recommend this beautiful flat. A gem in the centre of london.
- Eunice (10/5): Exceptional - Hidden gem! amazing property, great location, owners were so helpful and friendly. the flat was beautiful and clean
- Mia (10/5): Exceptional -

- Had good amenities
- Great location near Madam Tussauds and Baker Street where you can get the Tour Bus too.
