• giovanni2593 (1/5): Da evitare assolutamente: foto ingannevoli, freddo, scarsa igiene e degrado totale - Le immagini presenti sull'annuncio risalgono palesemente a diversi anni fa e non rispecchiano in alcun modo le reali e disastrose condizioni attuali di questo B&B. ​La struttura si presenta sporca, del tutto trascurata e inospitale. Come se non bastasse, i riscaldamenti non funzionavano affatto, costringendoci a soggiornare in una casa abbastanza fredda per tutto il tempo. ​Durante la permanenza abbiamo dovuto convivere con una vera e propria infestazione di formiche, concentrate in bagno ma arrivate al punto di ritrovarcele addirittura nel cuscino del letto. L'aspetto più grave è che l'host era perfettamente a conoscenza del problema: come ha lui stesso ammesso, prima ancora del nostro arrivo aveva sparso del veleno in polvere per formiche direttamente sul pavimento della camera, lasciando la stanza in quelle condizioni ad accoglierci. Una "soluzione" non solo dilettantesca, ma inaccettabile e pericolosa per la salute degli ospiti. ​A livello strutturale, l'alloggio è in uno stato di grave degrado: ​Pareti: Presentano evidenti infiltrazioni e macchie di muffa. ​Pavimenti: Il parquet a terra è completamente rovinato, scollato e pieno di fessure. ​Il dettaglio più allarmante e disgustoso, tuttavia, riguarda le aree comuni. Qualcuno ha la pessima abitudine di urinare frequentemente proprio di fronte alla porta d'ingresso. Una situazione talmente ricorrente e fuori controllo che è stato persino affisso un cartello sulle scale con scritto "Do not pee in the stairwell". ​È stata un'esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Le condizioni igienico-sanitarie e strutturali non sono minimamente adatte ad accogliere degli ospiti. Sconsigliato nel modo più assoluto.
• Rik (7/5): Prima locatie, voor een gezin/ gezelschap die twee slaapkamers nodig hebben is het een prima uitvalsbasis. - Prima locatie, fijne bedden. Het is er vrij rustig. Oven bleek stuk, verwarming was moeilijk te regelen. Er was een kleine lekkage. Qua onderhoud moet er wel wat gedaan worden.

• Sophie (8/5): Appartement sympathique, fonctionnel, de petits détails pourraient le rendre encore plus chaleureux - Appartement proche du métro (10 mn à pied) et très bien desservi pour visiter le centre de Londres. Quartier calme, pas de circulation, voisins respectueux pas de bruit dans l'immeuble. Arrivée/Départ sans contrainte étant donné que les clés sont mises dans la boîte à clés. Logement propre, linge et literie propre Chauffage très efficace dans les chambres et la cuisine Le propriétaire est disponible et très réactif en cas de besoin. - 2 lits un peu petits pour 2 personnes car nous sommes grands (140 cm de large) mais le propriétaire nous a laissé le canapé lit pour 1 personne pour notre fils de 188 cm - A noter que les photos ne reflètent plus exactement l'état actuel de l'appartement, celles-ci étant antérieures. - le chauffage de la salle de bains fonctionne très bien mais la taille du radiateur est un peu juste pour la pièce

• Sheila (9/5): Good stay - The location was near train station and the main station as well. Surrounding location was abit dark and quiet. But once you walk out of the area it’s okay. Nearby restaurants. The kitchen area was spacious. Host was prompt in replying The shower area is too small.
• Paul (9/5): - Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich um unsere Belange und wir durften auch unser Gepäck bis zum Abflug noch in unseren Zimmer aufbewahren. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden! Mit dem Fernseher kamen wir nicht zurecht.

• Raquel (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de estación de metro y transporte público. Zona muy tranquila. El apartamento en general está bastante bien y se nota que ha sido reformado, aunque aún tiene algunos pequeños desperfectos que podrían mejorar la experiencia. Éramos cinco personas y solo había cuatro butacas, lo que hacía un poco incómodo el momento de sentarnos todos juntos en el salón. Además, el sofá cama no resulta muy cómodo si se piensa utilizar durante varias noches. Con algunos detalles adicionales, podría ser un alojamiento excelente.

• Elieser (4/5): Not what we expected - Close to St Pancras Station, Residential Area The apartment was not that clean, it did not have any bags for trash and has a lot of humidity all over the place, it was a bit run down :(, the host was great at communicating and let us do an early check in that was good.

• Greg (5/5): Might be better options for the same money - The WIFI was good and the heating was great The flat is quite run down and probably a 1 or 2 star property. Little improvements would make the stay so much better. The location is a bit dodgy and in quite a rundown part of London, although we didn’t have any issues.

But tucked away from the business. Handy having a washing machine. The sofa bed could do with an upgrade, great as a couch but maybe not as a bed.

• Chiahui (9/5): Relax and pleasant stay in Sachin’s property. - The flat itself was clean with nice facilities and close to Underground stations, Warren Street, Euston, Euston Square and train stations, St Pancras, Kings Cross. Mr. Sachin was very responsive as well. Not thing about the flat itself or the owner. However, neighbor had an overnight party on Saturday night, so it was slightly tricky to take a rest properly in that night.

• Pignatelli (8/5): Very good - We had a pleasent stay for 4 days. The flat was comfortable and clean, with a full appointed kitchen. The bathroom is well equipped with a shower and a bath. With two beds and one studio couch in the living room enough space for five people to sleep. Only the drippy tap in the living room/kitchen could cause some problems for people who react sensitive to it. Sachin is a friendly and welcoming host. He was very caring and made sure we had everything we need.

• Ellaine (4/5): The flat itself was okay. But outside wasnt nice. - It was clean. The flat itself was okay. The owner was nice and accommodating. I could contact him anytime and he responded. Inside the apartment was great. Fast internet and good water pressure. It was the outside of the apartment that wasnt nice. My main concern was the location. While it was near the stations (10 minute walk) the area wasnt nice and didnt feel safe at night. Nothing happened though. The building itself is old and the halls that you enter are not the nicest. There was scaffolding over the entrance and it was hard to get large luggage up the stairs. The door was hard to close and didnt have a doorknob which actually made me feel safe that no one could open the door from the outside without the key. But the fact that I was concerned about someone trying to open the door meant I didnt feel safe in this area.

There was good prior information from host Sachin via Whatsapp. The apartment was clean and comfortable with great facilities in it. No issues during our stay.

• Matthew (8/5): For the price, this place is easily worth the money and the host is fantastic. Quiet, and comfy! - The apartment was nice and quiet. The check in was easy and the host contacted us in a timely manner. Getting to and from the public transport was easy and close. I did not like the couch. It was uncomfortable and awkward to sit on. A tip for parents with young kids, the underground is about a 9 min walk to Euston. Keep that in mind if walking to and from.
• Robert (10/5): Amazing stay with a friendly host. - The host was fantastic, he let us check in early and check out later and was at hand with any questions for our stay! The property is well maintained and was in an easy location with the tube minuets away! There is an amazing bar round the corner call Zbar and we had the best first night there! Nothing, there was road works going on but you don’t hear much noise at all.
