• Claire (9/5): Great base for away trip with friends. - Good location, very clean, exactly as advertised. Was bit hot in top rooms but more the weather than the property.
• Sancho (8/5): Casi bien, pero por el precio no se puede exigir mucho más. - Buena ubicación, cerca del metro y supermercado. Zona tranquila. Tiene mesa de comedor grande pero le falta mantenimiento. Cocina muy completa, aunque un resumen de instrucciones de los hornos sería de agradecer. Detalles de bienvenida y dejaron cosas de los anteriores inquilinos que algunas pudimos aprovechar. La limpieza era superficial, si corrías algún mueble no estaba limpio desde hace tiempo. En un armario había ropa y cosas. Muy poca presión de agua para ducharte. Hay zorros sueltos por la calle, son muy bonitos, pero si les da por gruñir, no paran en horas. En general falta mantenimiento de pequeñas cosas, no te amargan la estancia pero la empeora, mesa de comedor, alguna bombilla que cambiamos, pestillo en el WC, etc.

• Joe (10/5): Amazing stay for the short period - This property was well maintained and had great amenities suited for our stay. Location was also perfect. Would definitely consider this property again.
• Johan (1/5): Waardeloos!! - De ligging was centraal in een gewone woonwijk, dichtbij metrostation en avondwinkel. Oude meuk , kapotte douche, waterkoker en keukenkraan, was niet schoon, vieze haren overal . Te klein voor 8 personen ( te weinig service, tafel voor 5 personen). 1 van de 2 badkamers begaf zich op de slaapkamer van mede huisgenoten ( niet echt handig). Realiteit komt niet overeen met de foto’s op Booking. com. Eigenaar niet ter plaatse, niet te bereiken zoals aangegeven. Komt belofte niet na. Huis was niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst; moesten 3 uur wachten. Mochten op zijn rekening lekker gaan eten met een goed glas wijn erbij om het goed te maken; hij moet nog betalen 😡 Boek niet bij deze …..🖕!!!!

• Martina (8/5): Ottimo appartamento, anche se c’è qualcosa da rivedere - Appartamento molto bello, a tre piani compreso di 4 camere da letto (tre matrimoniali e due singoli), due bagni, ampio salotto e cucina. Facile da raggiungere, posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla metro e vicino ci sono diversi localini ed anche un pub. Zona molto tranquilla. Vista di due camere spettacolare. All’entrata troverete tanti biscottini e stuzzichini. A parte qualche cosa negativa risolvibile in poco consiglio comunque per brevi soggiorni. Comunicazione ottima e tempestiva. Appena arrivati l’appartamento non era riscaldato. Siamo andati verso metà novembre ed era la settimana più fredda quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po per poter essere al caldo e per riscaldare il piano superiore ci è voluto almeno una giornata abbondante. La pulizia é da rivedere, abbiamo trovato cose probabilmente del soggiorno antecedente, coperte un po sporche e polvere sotto i letti. Ad entrambi i bagni c’era solo mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, ci siamo arrangiati con i fazzoletti per non prendere rotoli in più ma consiglio di aggiungerne altri ai prossimi soggiorni ( come già comunicato in chat).

• Elvira (7/5): Super locatie, huisje kan schoner - Locatie is super. Dichtbij de metro en supermarkt 2 badkamers en de bedden lagen prima. Huis is niet erg schoon. Op de bank in de woonkamer allemaal vlekken en door miscommunicatie geen wifi. Verwarming deed het niet.
• Caroline (9/5): - Appartement très bien situé, proche d'une station de métro et de commerces. Très bien équipé et très propre. Les hôtes répondent très rapidement aux mails concernant l'arrivée dans le logement, avec des explications claires et des plans pour nous guider.
• Gé (6/5): Wij hadden desondanks een super wwekend met z'n allen. - De inrichting was niet conform de foto's bij boeking. Bij het aangeven van het moment van aankomst werd gemeld dat de host ons zou opvangen. Dit klopte niet. Het meubilair in de woonkamer was sleets en oncomfortabel. De eethoek was veel te krap voor 8 personen. Het servies was goed maar minimaal.

• Obaid (2/5): المسكن غير مناسب للعوائل نهائياً،، ويوجد به حشرات كثيره وعث الفراش ،، - لا شي ،، مكان المنزل صعب الوصول اليه وخاصه بالتاكسي ،، كما ان بعض الاسره يوجد بها عث الفراش ( حشرات ) ، كما ان الجيران مزعجين من خلال الموسيقى الصاخبه ،، والمنزل ليس به تكييف والمكان موحش في الليل ،،

• Olga (8/5): Place is very good if the bed bugs problem is sorted - Location is perfect - very close to the city centre, 4 rooms for a big family of 8 are ideal, design of the house is pleasant, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary staff, little garden area with the big lemon tree to enjoy the good weather, The second floor left hand side room double sized mattress infested with bedbugs. On the second day of our stay our friend was bitten so badly that she had to sleep downstairs till rest of our holiday. It was our first time we decide to book a house instead of a hotel and this particular fact was very shocking. Overall house seemed quite clean. But when we were doing our exercise on the ground floor the area under the sofas seemed never been cleaned before.
• Lynette (7/5): convenient location , will be a better place to stay if not in Summer. - The convenient location with supermarket , eatery and transport all within short walking distance The garden/Terrace is not maintained and full of mosquitoes & spider webs . Rooms were hot in summer & insufficient fans were provided , we had to open up all the windows to allow ventilation which also invited a lot of flying insects & mosquitoes in the house. And there was no dryer in the unit which was states in the description of the stay
• Oleg (9/5): Great Value for money! WIll stay here again - The Property was big and comfortable. The Kitchen had a lot of Facilities. The property is very close to underground station so its convenient to get to other parts of the city
• Adrian (10/5): Lovely family 3 day stay - Ideal location, only 3-5 min walk from the Tube. Very clean and ideal for the 7 of us. Had all the essentials we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

• Yoana (7/5): Good - Downstairs is very confortable in the kitchen and lunch room All the blinds are quite broken and don't work well. And we found some more things broken. The house needs a checking.
• Kam (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is convenient. Just a few minutes walk to the metro location and can arrive city centre by metro or by bus in 20 minutes. There has a supermarket and restaurants near the apartment that is very convenient for meal and buying things. The apartment has 4 bedroom and 2 washrooms that is suitable for family and group of friends. The staff, Owen is very helpful and responsive. We always receive prompt reply from him when we have inquiry. The water power seems inadequate especially when 2 people take at the same time.
• Lorna (9/5): Lovely weekend base for exploring London - Great location, easy to find and access. Lovely back garden to relax in. Modern and clean decor and amenities. Bed fairly comfortable. Good value for money. The back gate lock was really fiddly, struggled to get it to lock when leaving the property. This could do with looking at/replacing ideally!

• Danailova (10/5): The perfect place - The apartament is actually a whole house with a back yard and it is perfect for bigger groups/families. There are several bathrooms and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and the place is 5 minute from all kinds of bus and metro stations.
• Christine (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Supermarket nearby, at 5 mins walk. Very nice owner. Microwave was locked. We finally succeeded to make it working after 1h of internet search.

• Dominik (8/5): A proper townhouse, well appointed and fully functional - Quaint little townhouse which comfortably accommodates eight guests, as advertised. Generally well appointed and nicely decorated. Pleasant little backyard with a real lemon tree - who would have thought? Convenient if slightly dodgy neighbourhood. Would have been nice to find more than one roll of toilet paper or that one remaining tablet for the dishwasher.

• Beata (8/5): Nice place but not so helpful host/contact person - very nice appartment in a good location, close to communications. The photos did suggest a much larger garden and room, but it did work for 7 people when adjusting the furniture for sitting i different areas in the room. The garden place was very nice, but not cleaned at all for the season - maybe the summer arrived supprisingly fast... Booking info was that someone will meet at the location with the key, but that was no correct. It was two codes we needed to receive in a specific app, and dispite we were standing outside, and did not have the app or wi-fi connection we needed to arrange to download it and get the codes there before we were allowed to enter. We called the contact several times explaining the situation, we have payed all in advance and we explained also before that there will be two groups of people arriving, and that the main contact was to come later. As we all know there is seldom internetconnection in planes, and not everybody has a phoneservice visiting UK, so it was not difficult to understand that the problem was real and not an attempt to cheat - as we have payed the deposition allready as well!

• Brenda (10/5): great location. property needs a few repairs and carpets need cleaning - the location was excellent with Nine Elms underground station down the road and multiple bus stops close by the carpets need cleaning, two of the beds need new mattresses, there were broken floor tiles on the first floor bathroom floor which were a hazard
