I received no response until I used the form on booking.com where the response was immediate. Not a huge problem but maybe contact details on the website need updating?

• Clare (10/5): A perfect location for a trip to the Royal Albert Hall - The location was perfect. So close to the tube, some lovely restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. This apartment is cosy. The double bed was really comfortable and you had everything you needed for a few days away. Cris was so helpful and even let us leave a little later than allowed. We will definitely stay again Nothing to dislike

Location is amazimg. The energy adaptor available was a aditional that helped a lot. Nothing that pays off to mention.

Not a Dream apartment. - Location is convenient but very noisy No air-conditioning, not even a fan, leaving windows open brought in restaurants smells, street buskers, and restaurant delivery noise from 5am. The mattress and sofa are old and must be replaced . The sheets are old and worn. Security weak and no safe. Fridge is not very cold. We were unable to complete our stay here. It should Not be advertised as a " Dream" apartment.

• Kristine (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay, love the neighborhood and found the location convenient. - The location was great for walking and very close to public transportation. The balcony was super nice to look at the neighborhood. it's close to many shops and the Tube, but it's a sort of residential neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very pleasant to walk in. We were able to arrange to check out a little later which we appreciated. The host was responsive. The main bedroom bed was ok, but the other beds could be better. It really comfortably fits 4 not 5 adults as some of the other reviewers said. More appropriate for a couple with 3 small kids, but not ideal for a party of 5 adults.

• Fidan (3/5): Would not recommend to stay - Location is the only good thing about this property It’s smaller than it looks on the pictures. It can only accommodate 3 adults. The weather was really hot, and there was no air conditioning at the house, but we couldn’t open the windows as the were rats running on the balcony and roof!

(WhatsApp) it had a beautiful balcony. great area - very convenient for tube, lots of restaurants, close to Hyde park & museums etc. there were afew groceries Kindly left by others & that was handy ex. sugar she was not always available but that was to be expected & we could not drop luggage off early. there was a convenience store nearby where you could leave luggage & thats what we did. cost was high but I guess to be expected in that location I would describe the apt as in a luxurious area but not a luxury apt. really. but I am using North American "standards" I think! It would have been super for 2 people but it did work in a pinch (space tight) for 5.
• Sophie (8/5): Great Location 😊 - The apartment is so close to the tube you can see it from the balcony. Comfortable bed and a surprisingly quiet area so we got a great nights sleep. Not many kitchen utensils but we eat out most nights so not to much of an issue.

• Christopher (7/5): Brilliant place to stay - The location of this property was superb, in a really nice part of London with excellent transport links. The property itself is a good size with many of the facilities that you need when staying away. It was great to have our own kitchen to save eating out for every meal. The property was also very clean. The property was a wee bit tired, and in need of some renovation. The towels were very small and not of the best quality. Could have done with some extra bits and pieces being provided, dishtowels, cloths, and maybe a starter pack of tea coffee and sugar.

• Paula (1/5): Awful. Health, security and safety issues at this property. Complaints ignored by Booking.com/owner - Location close to South Kensington tube and restaurants and bars. Booking.com photos on their website totally misrepresent this property and look nothing like what it is like. Photos of the bad state at this property have been provided to Booking.com. It is tired with so much wear and tear and needs repairing. Health and safety risks at this property. Colleague had breathing issues whilst there as there was a mould environment. No proper security and safety at the property with broken doors and window locks. No main door key available for first day as it was missing. Hanging exposed TV wires. Razor sharp kitchen too edges needing repair to prevent injury. Half the lights not working so needed replacing. Rubbish in plastic bags were piled up outside the property for one day which presented a health issue from vermin. Headboard left in communal corridor. Washing machine room was cluttered and unhygienic. Soiled and old bedding and towels. Filthy and threadbare carpets in apartment and communal corridor.
• Liam (7/5): Good - The location is great. The property itself is a little tired, the bathroom could don with an update.
• Roxana (6/5): Pleasant - the position was excellent The property is nice but not clean enough/the sheets on the primary bed looked very used and not changed/ it was really cold in the living, because of the poor window system ( you can practically feel the wind even the window was closed) very poor system for the windows in the living. The coach had dirty spots on, same with the carpets.
