- Axel (4/5): Perfect location- but thats all. - Location is perfect for Bar Hopping.
But the pictures are very much āflatteringā.
Appartement is on the first floor, not upper level and has maybe 70m². Pictures are very much āflatteringā.
Appartement is on the first floor, not upper level and has maybe 70m².
Furniture is quite old and used
Terrace is not connected to the flat- but 3 levels higher and without any seat- possibility to sit etc.
Price/value does not match.
- Lisa (8/5): Great place for a small group who wants to right in the middle of the action in Temple Bar - Comfortable and clean property right in the middle of Temple Bar. Not quite sound proof.
- Melissa (10/5): Perfect, beyond our expectations! - The Place was clean and near Great restaurants and pubs. Diego and Laura were great hosts, helping with our doubts during the whole stay. We highly recommend their Place! Absolutely nothing to dislike.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment in a great location!
- Alvaro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacqueline (7/5): Great location - The location is definitely the best part of this apartment. We were able to walk basically everywhere we wanted to go. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, too. We went over St. Patrickās Day weekend and the square below was constantly full of crowds of people, but we could barely hear it with the windows closed. There's plenty of markets, restaurants, and bars on the same block as the apartment. The apartment itself was a little small. Not a big issue, but if you're going with a group of 4 or more and have luggage, it's something to consider. The couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable and also had stains on it. It definitely needed to be replaced. My daughter slept on it throughout the weekend and we just had to make sure to cover it with sheets and padding. Picking up the keys wasn't bad but walking from the falafel place with 5+ suitcases and two elderly people to the apartment was challenging. There also wasn't an elevator in the complex, so my mother in law struggled a bit walking up and down stairs everyday. Overall, the stay was good. It was pricey for what it was, but we knew that it was a holiday weekend and we were paying for the location. I definitely would've enjoyed our stay more if we were going with friends to party and not family. That area was a huge party vibe!
