• mary (9/5): Apartment location met our needs but there were issues with the accommodation as stated above - Location good for our wekend Freezer not usable Living area window blinds all broken and did not cover the windows No written instructions for electrical appliances

• Andy (10/5): Perfect location & great views..! - Perfect location for O2 and ExCeL. Comfortable for three work colleagues to share.
• mei juan (8/5): Good - The housing was spacious, bright, airy. They got everything we need init,even teabags, coffee capsules,etc that's a bonus for we just got the plane, badly need them. The two receptionists on that day were very nice and thoughtful,as they allow us to leave suitcases there pre-check in. Also they let us check in earlier than arranged time,they even showed us all the way to the accommodation upstairs The buildings are right across to the IFS Cloud cable cars and very closed to the train stations,also convenient shops are nearby. The floors was not cleaned properly,as after our 10 minutes arrival,our white socks all become black., the main bathroom toilet seat was loose,the bottom of kitchen sink needs to be attended to ,125pound clean fees can be unreasonable. Other than that we were happy about the accommodation.
• Emma (10/5): The team were fantastic to deal with and so easy to chat via WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless with incredible views, - It was so clean, incredible views and plenty of room for a large group.
• Carolyn (5/5): Nice view, poor quality - Proximity to the Excel Center was perfect. The view was lovely. The space & balcony was fine. The bed was horrible - like a partially deflated air mattress. It was incredibly warm in the apartment and we were unable to cool it down. While the apartment was clean, it is run down - scratches on the wood, doors that don't stay open on their own, a bandaid covering a light in the bathroom, marks all over the walls, etc. It makes you question the quality of cleanliness seeing all the defects everywhere.
• Campbell (10/5): Fab apartment - The flat was gorgeous and the views are stunning. Fantastic It needed a little bit of TLC here and there but overall it was great . The manager was really helpful and made sure we had everything we need.
• Shane (8/5): Views to die for - Great location, gorgeous views from the apartment, and lots of space! Staff were super helpful with our late arrival. The washing machine is super handy! But we had to take our washing down to the laundromat to be able to dry it all as there is only 1 small clothes drying rack in the apartment.

• Philippa (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, perfect for Excel, great views over the city, large and spacious flat with everything we needed. The hot water was not working when we arrived and the hosts rectified this quickly. I booked this at the very last minute and we were arriving late at night. It took a lot of backwards and forwards with Akil and Naseem to get the instructions on how and where to collect the keys (though when the instructions arrived they were clear and easy to follow)

• De-leuw (9/5): Great location with amazing customer service. - Our host Akil was amazing he was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Location is close to light rail services making it easy to get around. Able to walk to a number of restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment had incredible views. Initially had issues with wifi, however Akil sorted this out very quickly.
• Kristin (10/5): Wonderful apartment. - We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Royal Victoria Dock station is right there when you first come out of the building. It made getting around very easy. The view of the area was beautiful. We came during a slight heat wave. The apartment got pretty warm. A couple more fans would be helpful. Opening the windows and balcony door created a cross breeze that was pretty nice but we couldn’t leave them open when we left to site see. The apartment was pretty warm when we would come back.

The apartment was SUPER; cozy, clean, quiet, spacious, ultra modern, well equipped and perfectly located. The daylight and design were something I specifically liked the most ! The balcony was an added bonus to enjoy the breathtaking top view of Excel and London cable cars. TESCO supermarket is just 200 meter walking distance away and Royal victoria metro station just across the street, couldn’t have been closer! Capital stay team were very kind, helpful, replying quickly. Special thanks to Ahmed and Akil for their help. In short; the apartment is exactly as described and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay! Totally Recommended and definitely will come back again! nothing 🙂
