• Sarah (6/5): Great location, but needs some TLC - Great location, in a lovely area. Secure parking was really useful. Flat was very spacious The pillows smelt very unpleasant, as did the duvets. We ended up buying our own pillows. Bed linen smelt damp. On arrival we were advised that due to a water leak we couldn’t use one of the showers. The flat was really nice but needed some upkeep, with floors in both bathrooms and the hallway warped. Despite previous reviews highlighting that the curtains were too thin and let in the light, they were still an issue. Communication with the renter was prompt and courteous but no actual action taken when issue with linen and pillows raised.
• Mariyah (6/5): It was decent and good for a stay but I wouldn’t book again I’d rather a hotel - Great location and lovely living room area it’s huge ! However parking it cost over £20 for the day very late check in at 4pm most properties are around 12 or 1pm and found rubbish on the floor nothing major and a few hairs in the sink which isnt nice to see the flat had a odd smell in the corridors and the flat keys are located 12 minutes away from the property which is not told to u after payment so annoying if your carrying bags and not driving !

• Caroline (8/5): Great location and good value - Great location and good space for a family. Staff were very attentive. Apartment could do with some upgrades to keep it fresh and curtains are very thin!
• Katherine (8/5): Large property in a cute area - Lovely & large property. The host was very attentive through messages. The heat worked well & it was easy to use public transport. The renters before us smoked throughout the property even though it is listed not to in the property rules. Obviously, that is not the host's fault. There were hot water issues in the second bathroom.

• Wesley (7/5): Overall okay - The flat is comfortable. It was quite hard to find the flat. There is an unbearable food smell outside the flat when you open the door to go to lift. The neighbouring flats were noisy- making noise until 3am.

• Muhammad (2/5): Nice apartment but needs a lot of upgrades. - The staff were very polite and cooperative and the location was perfect. Restaurants and grocery stores were on a few minutes walk -The bad smell in the apartment, lack of ventilation -The bad smell in the sheets, pillows and duvets -Shower water pressure in one of the bathrooms was really low -Cutlery and pans, they are old and worn out and also a bit rusty -To get your keys, it’s very inconvenient to go and grab it from another place while you have all your luggage. -thick curtains could be installed, because the sound from overground train passing by is very disturbing
• Abdul (10/5): Lovely place. Can’t wait to be back. - Felt at home and the hospitality from the staff is exceptional. The bed in the master bedroom needs fixing. The walkway flooring needs fixing. Two bottom kitchen cabinet doors need minor fixing. The light of the cooker hood needs fixing.

• Dimitrios (10/5): Polite and helpful Host! The apartment is as you expect it to be! - Has everything you may need (including shampoo, toiletries, Nespresso coffee, hair dryers, washing machines etc.) It is very clean in comparison to the other apartments in the area (I've been staying in similar apartments at this area for many years). The host is extremely helpful and polite (also very rare for Canary Wharf hosts). He even allowed free late check out (1 hour later). I would definitely stay again next time I visit London with the family! You have to pick the keys a bit further away from a coffee place (less than a kilometer away so not a big issue). Booking.com map was showing the property in a slightly different location i.e. a bit closer to Canary Wharf tube station in frond of the river.
• Kelly (9/5): Fabulous spacious accommodation, that perfectly suited our needs - mum & dad and 3 teens. - Communication with the hosts was great. The apartment was close to the DLR line and close to a great array of restaurants and bars; also has a Tesco express only a few minutes away. The bedrooms were spacious, and the balcony ensured we were able to make the most of the lovely autumn sunshine. Teabags, coffee, sugar and milk would have been a welcomed addition for our arrival.
• Ruth (8/5): Spacious, modern and very comfortable property in a very convenient location - Keys were about a 10mins taxi away, which was a little inconvenient, but the host was very helpful and gave us lots of instructions. Honestly, just the keys pickup.

• Tichafara (7/5): A bit dear - Excellent location, Very good and supportive host, parking available on site 24hours a day. Apartment looks like it needs renovation, floor tiles vinyls peeling off, main door mechanism malfunctioning slams with loud bang as you let go. Outdated furniture old sofa and beds, Some dump in ensuite bathroom. No air-conditioning, towels/laundry more like a DIY cleaning, found in the washing machine, sheets a bit smelly might not have been changed. At a cost of about 500 pound sterling a night expected better.

• Giovanni (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment, convenient to all services. In a charming district. Host very helpful - Spacious, bright and clean apartment. Located opposite the DLR station and a few minutes walk from the underground station in Canary Wharf, a very modern and charming district of London full of shops and restaurants. The host is extremely helpful, he answered all our questions and allowed us to enter for free in advance of the check-in time and to leave our luggage in the deposit on the day of departure. The taxi service offered by booking from the airport to the apartment is also very efficient. Excellent solution for visiting London, recommended! The only problem was that there were 5 of us and we only found 4 beds ready, the fifth, a sofa bed, we had to make ourselves. However, I give full marks for cleanliness, the availability of the host and the spaciousness of the apartment.

Would definitely recommend this property. - The property was very spacious and the communication from the host was fabulous. it was very close to the railway. The flooring was a bit uneven or water affected. The shower in the main bedroom’s ensuite was quite small and directions for getting hot water was not very clear.
