• Georgios (7/5): Good value place with good connection in the city via the tube which is very close. - Location is the highlight next to Tube station less than 10 minutes walk. Supermarket near by for purchace items for the first night. They need to replace the blinds in the rooms as the morning light comes to early 3rd Floor no elevator which might be an issue for Kids or elderly persons. Noise Street.
• Mini (9/5): Great stay - Great location, near the city center and the bus/metro station. The host was very helpful, responding immediately to our requests and small issues. The windows didn’t insulate well, as you could clearly hear the noise of cars passing on the street, and the shutters didn’t block much of the light.

Cozy flat which provide nostalgia of 1998 then it was luxurious remind me such events as Fatboyslim or Underworld or Moby in that time. Place to reed Trainspotting book. Nice was to meet you London again. Everything was perfect. Alot of comments are saying that corridor is messy but thats the London drive of the living. If you want to feel real life of London, pretend you are new starter in this city. Just grab this flat and enjoy 😉

• Pasqualini (4/5): Confuso. - L’host é stato sempre e gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi ora, e la posizione é ottima e ben collegata. Gli spazi risultano troppo piccoli se si superano le 3 persone, le coperte del divano non erano su misura quindi 2 persone sono state costrette a dormire con un lenzuolo solo appoggiato sul divano. Mancava un asciugamano in più a testa per la doccia, perché gli asciugamani erano giusto 4 e le dimensioni pari a quelli usati per mani e viso, inoltre mancava un posto dove appenderli. Le porte dei bagni non si chiudevano. Il parquet del salone era rovinato e le mattonelle nei pavimenti dei bagni erano rotte. Abbiamo avuto inoltre svariati problemi di comunicazione con il manager, inizialmente all’invio del deposito ci sono stati inviate coordinate bancarie diverse, il che ci risultava strano e poco affidabile, sebbene tutto alla fine era sicuro, il risultato é stata una transazione scomoda e poco chiara, così come la comunicazione via chat con i dipendenti, cosa che ha dovuto risolvere il manager in prima persona.

For the price i would recommend it !! the only thing is that the windows are not soundproof so we heard noises from the street but if you are tired from walking all day you simply just ignore that

• Chiara (7/5): Soggiorno gradevole ottima la posizione collegata bene ai mezzi di trasporto. Ma non ci tornerei. - Ottima la posizione il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La cucina ben fornita. Le scale di accesso piccole e ripide tre piani da fare a piedi; appartamento troppo rumoroso si sentono tutti i rumori della strada che rimbombano di notte si fa fatica a dormire. Troppo luce alla mattina non essendoci scuri o tende coprenti ma solo delle veneziane che fanno entrare tutta la luce. L’appartamento è più piccolo di quello che sembra nelle foto può andare bene per due persone non per tre o più.

La manilla del dormitorio estaba rota, es un tercero sin ascensor y con una escalera muy estrecha. Las ventanas no cierran bien por ser un edificio antiguo, el ruido de la calle no te permite dormir.
• Gunda (9/5): Top Lage um die City von London zu erkunden. - Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben. Es gibt fussläufig zwei Supermärkte. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Man läuft von der Unterkunft ca. 15 - 20 Minuten bis zur St. Paul‘s Cathedral. Von dort aus ist man gleich an der Themse und Millennium Bridge. Wenn man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen möchte, empfiehlt sich der London Pass Plus und für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr die Oystercard. Der Kühlschrank ist relativ klein und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

• Fiona (1/5): Don’t even consider it - Good area close to my office Hard to know where to start. Tv didn’t work, had to buy my own batteries for the remote control which I think was a delay tactic to avoid the fact that it didn’t go on once I purchased the batteries. Booked for 2 nights and for me a tv was important, especially as it’s advertised with it. Blinds don’t close so full daylight had I decided to stay, road noise horrific. The manager offered a full refund if I did want to check out due to the fact I pointed out this was in no way a serviced nor luxury apartment, which I accepted and now wish me luck in getting my refund. I’m hugely disappointed in booking.com and the manager of the apartment. It’s simply not acceptable for a solo traveller to be messed around like this. Now going round in circles with both. Booking.com claim to have reached out to the manager, who claims nothing. Gone are the days where people just do what they promise.

• Ádám (8/5): As you would expect a central, old building - It’s situated near everything. As you would expect in a central old building there’s no elevator, it’s noisey. There’s only a king sized bed and a sofa bed so it’s not for 5 people. The sofe bed is not enough long for an aveage person.

Relax, if we check out 15 mins later - nothing will happen - the boiler doesn’t have a bottom knob - so cannot use it as described in the guest book - overall too many order like instructions to obey yet you do not provide impeccable service yourself

• Agris (9/5): Great apartment, do recommend! - The location of the apartment is great, 17 min walk from Liverpool street station, with several attraction sites in a 30 min walk distance. The apartment has all you need. Noise during the night, but that's London, I guess.
• Nicolo (1/5): Not Luxury - The location, was close to the office. The key pick up was good. Unfortunately not much more though, it wasn't a pleasant stay overall. Nothing of this apartment is "luxury". From the stairway full of grill meat smell from the Lebanese kitchen below, to mostly broken window blinds, to ruined floors, to old windows which didn't block noise nor cold, to handmade bathroom in wood very damaged from time, to a big blue plastic clothes drier box in the livingroom. If you need dark and quiet to sleep, not the apartment for you.

• Katie (5/5): Not a "luxury experie needs updating. - Great location, close to Farringdon. Good kitchen facilities. Very old windows which rattled and were very noisy in the wind. Flat is on a busy 4 way crossroad so traffic was noisy all night. There are 70 stairs leading up to the flat so it was uncomfortable getting there.

Flat has everything you need and an excellent very large shower. - Location is fantastic It was extremely hot and the traffic is very noisy because of the location. Probably not a lot that can be done about the latter. Property could do with new pillows. They are very lumpy.
• Wei-shan (8/5): Suitable for 2-3 people. Great location. - Location is great! Close to a metro station and bus stops where we can easily go to the tourist areas. With Victoria line there is no need to transfer when we wanted to go to the Heathrow airport. It offers fans, towels , shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and a wash machine. There is a kitchen for cooking with oven, dishwasher , kettle and microwave oven. The staffs replied messages very fast and provided solutions whenever we had questions. No elevator so could be a bit inconvenient for the elders. The flat was not well maintained , we didn’t really enjoy the carpets. It suits for 2-3 people. If there are more than 4 it won’t be so comfortable. Realized that a deposit is needed after the booking was confirmed. Would be better to be informed /shown on the booking site before booking. Shower gets really cold if people showered right after another. A bit too many same messages sent either via booking.com or WhatsApp.
• Nikolaos (5/5): Unsatisfied - The location was good No elevator. Not air conditioning. Not sure if the blankets, and the towels were clean. Lots of dust on them. My son got pimples all over his body. 2 people slept on a very bad sofa and for another we had to use an air mattress. This apartment was not for 5 people.
• Smith (10/5): A wonderful clean, cosy and convenient apartment. - A wonderful clean and cosy flat only a few minutes away from Farringdon station which is on the new Elizabeth line. Everything was perfect inside the apartment. No issues at all which is very rare. They have clearly paid attention to detail and are keen to please their guests. It was very easy to follow the instructions and collect the keys. Communication was excellent. Thank you ever so much!
• Tiia (9/5): Superb - The apartement was exactly like the shown pictures. We loved the fully equipped kitchen. A very nice surprise was a special heated drying rack which was useful in the rainy weather.
• Charles (3/5): Very poor condition, no care taken to maintain the property. Terrible value for money. - Extremely poor value. The property is in very poor condition, the carpet is filthy, there are no towel racks, the shower was rusted, fill of limescale with dirty tiles, there was a large electric drying rack left in the middle of the kitchen space which the owners refused to remove, the lamp in the bedroom did not work, there is an odd smell throughout the building. And so on. We also had to pay a £250 deposit before they would give us the keys, which is laughable given the state of the property. The owners offered to let us leave and offered a refund but on a short stay like ours, that was not an option. in 40 years of travel, this was one of the worst. Never again.
• Anita (2/5): Avoid avoid avoid - The location This owner deliberately removed the heat controls so that the radiators could not used in the middle of an incredibly cold January. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned with various didn’t people’s hair scattered around the floor and in the shower. The blinds are all broken cheap and very old with slats held together by sellotape. The shower was badly clogged and the bathroom window broken. I had to chase for my deposit return almost two weeks after checking out.

• Tiffany (9/5): An extremely comfortable, convenient stay in a great part of town - Inaam was thoroughly accomodating and the check-in/check-out process was fairly simple. I loved the sofa bed—it was comfortable for not just sleeping but also for lounging. Having the washer/dryer in-unit was convenient and the location was central to multiple public transportation stops as well as walking distance to landmarks. The shower ran out of hot water quite quickly. We had three people staying and the third person could expect to run out halfway through if we didn't space out the showers throughout the day.

• Rajwinder (8/5): Good Value of money. Overall experience was good. Please read it though. I will stay there again. - A spotless flat in a desirable location. Excellent kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom, among other things. Easy to check in and out. You can pick up apartment keys from a local 24-hour convenience store. The closest train station is close by and may be reached on foot. I got fantastic value for my money because alternative accommodations (all hotels) were nearly twice as expensive. Owner "Imaan" was accommodating and only a phone call or text message away. I got my entire deductible refunded, plus the owner also compensated me XX for the trouble the lack of an air conditioner caused. Any of our requests, such as the need for additional fans, were met. No elevators; the Apartment unit is on the fourth or fifth floor. There is no AC, and the summers may be rather hot. Need to keep the windows slightly open to let the air circulate, but doing so results in bearable traffic noise pollution and occasional nighttime emergency siren noise. We were provided with fans.
