• Martin (8/5): Overall very good. Apartment was clean, basic, and everything worked. Nice quiet location. - Key pick up was in small shop a few hundred metres from a Tesco Express. Directions to the pick up point could be better. Google maps brought me to the Tesco. Took me 20 minutes to find the pick up point.

• Silvia (1/5): - Nichts Das angebotene und gebuchte Apartment befand sich nicht an der von uns gebuchten Adresse und entsprach daher nicht unseren Anforderungen. Es war zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Gebucht wurde von uns ein Apartment in unmittelbarer Nähe des Lethermarket.

• Carmen (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y céntrico - El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado. Me parece que el lugar de entrega y recogida de llaves está lejos para ir con equipaje. Por otro lado, la ventana del dormitorio está poco aisladas y hay ruido de tráfico. Podría mejorarse estos aspectos. Por lo demás muy bien.

• Claudia (6/5): Cold but fun - The best thing about the apartment was definitely the location. 30 min WALK! to Big Ben & London Eye and everything was 15-30 minutes with Public transport. Great! Also the unexpected balcony. It is now the beginning of January and the heating in the apartment did not work AT ALL! Only the bathroom had floor heating so we had to scrunch up in the bathroom with 4 people just to get a little warmer every day. We texted the host about this, and got told we would get an update. The same night I texted, no response anymore. The next day we texted, no response. The third day, no response. Calls would get ignored continuously. It was horrible to be in a cold apartment for 5 days in the middle of winter. When we wanted to drop off the keys, the corner shop was closed?! So we couldn’t even drop off the keys and had to go back to the apartment to put it in the postbox. We called this night too, the normal number and the EMERGENCY number but we did not get any response at all, once again. The location was great, but I wouldn’t want to get sick again because of the cold so we would never re book again.
• Greg (7/5): Well located to tube and train. - Location was great had everything we needed. Bathroom needs updating and the building was quite noisy with other tenants moving around.

• ALDO (7/5): satisfaisant dans l'ensemble - la literie , ouverture des fenêtres dans les chambres , légère odeur d'humidité dans les chambres
• Sirine (6/5): Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon rapport qualité prix - J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de l’appartement : sur la jubilee ligne du coup on avait accès direct à pleins d’endroits connus. La communication avec l’hôte était très fluide. Le fichier communiqué avec toutes les informations sont clairs et ils sont réactifs par mail. Les clés sont à récupérer à 5min à pied du logement L’appartement est très très très mal isolé dans le salon : on entendait absolument tout dehors et c’est une rue très très passante. Vraiment ce n’est pas fait pour dormir dans le salon. Ce n’était pas propre, l’aspirateur n’était pas passé sur toute la moquette, il y avait des traces dans les toilettes. L’adresse sur booking n’est pas l’adresse exacte du logement donc faire attention et ne pas se baser sur ça mais sur l’adresse dans le fichier envoyé Une caution de 300£ est demandé, mais bon elle est rendu vite
• melodie (10/5): Très bon qualité prix - Logement idéalement situé, différents des photos car plusieurs logement disponible mais correspond aux critères, moderne spacieux et bien entretenue. L’enregistrement se fait facilement, il y a une procédure à respecter, et si cela est fait correctement, l’enregistrement se passe très bien. Certe un dépôt de garantie est prévu par un lien mais qui reste très sécurisé. Je recommande, Logement légèrement mal isolé car un peu bruyant le matin, mais travaux en cours juste sur le trottoir d’en face

• MartinaC86 (8/5): Appartamenti nuovi e in ottima posizione centrale. - Gli appartamenti erano nuovi e ben posizionati, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Tower Bridge. Facile il servizio di consegna e restituzione delle chiavi, ben spiegato dal file inviato dal proprietario. L'odore di immondizia derivante dalla stanza al pian terreno destinato alla spazzatura.
• Janine (1/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich unter einen anderen Adresse als in der Anzeige angegeben. Die Fenster sind undicht, es ist kalt, das Warmwasser funktioniert nicht. Die Wohnung ist eine ganz andere und kleiner als auf den Bildern zu entnehmen. Achtung! Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern!

• Caroline (9/5): Lovely stay, but the hosts where not to be reached when needed - Apartment is pretty, nice 2 bathrooms and lovely neighboorhood. The adres provided wasn't the real adres. So after picking up de keys, we alked to the adres given, couldn't find it en searched for an hour. In the meantime we tried to reach the company on different tel. numbers, but no one was to be reached. After one hour I got the right adres through what's app, no excuse, nothing. We had to walk 20 minutes before arriving at the right adres with my 70 year old mother at 11pm.
• Belen (8/5): Perfecto a excepción de la recepción de las llaves. - Lo nuevo que está, ubicación y limpieza Para nada la manera de entrar a la casa. Tener que ir tan lejos a por la llaves. También la inflexibilidad a la hora de hacer el check out. Le solicitamos salir una hora más tarde y no dieron opción. Solo unas consignas que estaban bastante lejos.
• Paul (7/5): Enjoyed the location & overall good, some small things would have made it very good! - Good location and reasonable size for our party. Was quite quiet for central London! Not far from London Bridge tube and walking distance to Tower Bridge. Tesco nearby for shopping needs. Paintwork a bit scruffy. No basics not even salt & pepper, no spare bin bags think you get the idea!
• Thibaut (7/5): Bel appartement mais mauvaise communication - L'emplacement, la propreté, les équipements et les instructions d'accès. L'appartement est top et tout les équipements sont présents pour passer un bon séjour. Le débit d'eau est faible. Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait de passer par un service externe (WhatsApp) afin de recevoir les instructions d'accès. J'aurai préféré le savoir avant de réserver. De plus des documents sont demandés en urgence 3 jours avant alors que la réservation date de plusieurs mois. Enfin le remboursement n'a pas été fait et j'ai dû passer par le support pour avoir une réponse et un remboursement. Je trouve ça dommage d'agir de la sorte surtout que tout le séjour s'est bien passé. Nous avons tous perdu du temps sans raison.
• Nichlas (8/5): All in all decent. - Great bedroom, great kitchen, great bathroom Very loud. Almost no sound isolation. Also might just be my own fault, but the address is not the one on the site. Be aware of this when booking. The location is close to Tower Bridge instead.
• Martin (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für einen London Trip perfekt geeignet. Britische Standards in Punkto Sauberkeit und Qualität der Ausstattung sind nicht mit dem Standard in Österreich zu vergleichen. War in diesem Appartment jedoch noch vertretbar.
• Anshul (7/5): Reasonable apartment next to London Bridge - Amazing location, a short walk to London Bridge station. Flat felt safe and away from noisy main roads. Ironing board and washing machine were useful facilities to have available. There were adequate dishes and cutlery in the kitchen as well. Initially confusing communication from the property, including strange payment links even though I had already paid through Booking. I had to report this to customer service and have the fraud team confirm our booking with the property and even then I wasn't sure until I had the keys in hand. The property also took an additional security deposit which wasn't expected but at least that was returned on time. The property itself has some ageing wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms but was otherwise pretty clean. We also had only two towels even though there were four guests on the booking.

Man bekommt etwas anderes als man gebucht hat. - Das einzig Gute war die zentrale Lage zwischen London Bridge und Tower Bridge, auch wenn es nicht die angegebene Adresse war. Den Schlüssel des Appartements mussten wir in einem Shop abholen, dass ca. 1500m von der ursprünglich gebuchten Adresse war. Wir reisten Abends an und von dort liefen wir zu fünft mit einem Kind und 4 Koffern dann die Strecke zur gebuchten bzw. von Booking.com genannten Adresse. Die Entfernung war vorher nicht klar. An der Adresse angekommen konnten wir mit dem Schlüssel keine Tür öffnen. Der Anbieter war für Fragen oder Ünterstützung nicht erreichbar. Weder telefonisch noch via WhatsApp. Bei genaueren Recherche stellten wir fest, dass der Anbieter uns im Nachgang eine andere Adresse gegeben hatte, als Booking.com. Also mussten wir wieder 1 Kilometer zurücklaufen. Erschöpft im Appartement angekommen, mussten wir feststellen: die dargestellten Bilder von einen modernen und sauberen Appartement haben nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Appartement zu tun. Das Appartement war kleiner, enger, hatte viele Schäden und war unsauber. Die Fensterscheiben schlossen nicht vollständig. Dadurch konnten man die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse der Großstadt hören, als wären keine Scheiben vorhanden. Dazu wurde es kalt im Schlafzimmer. Im Badezimmer hing der Wasserhahn lose am Anschluss und konnte nicht angeschraubt werden. Fliesen waren alt und teilweise angebrochen. Steckdosen waren angebrochen. Weiter konnten wir den Anbieter nicht erreichen. Wir beschwerten uns bei Booking.com. Auch sie konnten den Anbieter nicht erreichen. Es wurde spät und wir waren müde. Wir mussten die erste Nacht über uns ergehen lassen. Es war schrecklich. Morgens hatte dann der Anbieter via WhatsApp reagiert. Ohne jegliche Entschuldigung, wiesen sie auf ihre Servicezeiten hin - von 9:00 bis 18 Uhr. Wenigstens schickten sie dann jemanden vorbei. Es kam ein Mann mit einem Spray und einem Lappen in der Hand und meinte er wurde zum putzen geschickt. Ich klärte ihn über die Schäden auf und zeigte ihm die Schäden. Er meinte er könne nichts reparieren, sondern nur putzen.

• Marta (8/5): perfect for a weekend trip - we enjoyed our stay. the beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, we had extra towels and even kitchen utensils! it was close to everything. no one really closes the outer door, so someone could get into the building anytime, and the door to the apartment was very thin and we felt like it was easy to break into. also the upstairs neighbours were very noisy

• Daix (6/5): Not as advertised. Expensive and dirty. - Quiet except for Tuesday & Saturday nights due to ministry of sound nightclub Beds uncomfortable. Floors in need of vacuuming and thorough mop. Not as described in photos. 15 min from location advertised. £300 pound cash deposit required for key collection. Deposit could only be collected in cash after 1pm although checkout at 10am. Key collection 40min on the other side of London. Staff rude.
