• Fiore (6/5): Con 250 euro a notte mi sarei aspettato di più! - 1) posizione, vicina a 2 fermate della metro, vicino al supermercato! 2) letto matrimoniale, abbastanza comodo 3) cucina, c'era tutto l'occorrente! 1) divano letto non molto comodo 2) insonorizzazione finestre, purtroppo la notte si sentono tutte le auto e i rumori provenienti dalla strada 3) caldaia e contatore del gas dentro la stanza da letto!

• Raquel (10/5): Muy bien localizado y muy cómodo - Está muy bien ubicado, al lado De la Torre de Londres. Puedes ir caminando a la zona de la City. El metro está también muy cerca para moverte por la ciudad. Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Todo estaba limpísimo y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Muy recomendable Nada, nos ha parecido un alojamiento perfecto para nuestros días en Londres

Ik heb enorm genoten van Londen en van de accommodatie, waar ik volledig tot r - De accommodatie is gelegen op een uitstekende locatie in de City of London, op wandelafstand van twee metrostations. Alles was goed en duidelijk geregeld, met vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Er valt werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Niks eigenlijk.

• Antonio (9/5): Soggiorno Top - La posizione soprattutto super strategica, il palazzo è un po datato rispetto a tutti i grattacieli intorno ma la camera è bella, pulita e accogliente. L’altra cosa che ho apprezzato molto è avere la cucina in un ambiente separato, super accessoriata con lavatrice anche. Sicuramente ci ritornerò Sono passati solo il primo giorno a cambiare le tovaglie e a gettare l’immondizia

• Susana (9/5): Familia en Londres - Muy bien situado, muy limpio , un poco ruidosa de coches la zona pero si cierras ventanas no se oye mucho. La moqueta del pasillo está bastante sucia. Pero supongo que será cosa de la comunidad, y solo una llave, al ir tres, no podía subirnos unos y otro quedarse o venir más tarde… eso un poco incómodo

• Aleksandra (9/5): - Odlična lokacija. Enostaven dostop in zavarovana stavba. Underground in avtobus za ovinkom. Trgovina (Tesco express) v isti stavbi, druga (Sansbury) nedaleč stran. Stanovanje čisto, dobro opremljeno. Postelje udobne, presenetljivo tudi kavč. Čez teden je vsak dan prišla sobarica, ki je pospravila postelje, po potrebi zamenjala brisače, odnesla smeti. Ker smo si vsak dan sami pripravili večerjo, so bili edini minus lonci in zelo popraskane teflon ponve.

• claudine (9/5): Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter Londres. - La situation, la facilité d’entrée , le confort, la propreté de l’appartement, la réactivité du propriétaire à propos d’un problème de fenêtre. Les rideaux occultants laissaient passer la lumière du jour par le haut et le bas. Il serait souhaitable de laisser un plan des commerces aux alentours , un plan de métro et de bus .

Direkt um die Ecke ein Tesco Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants in Gehdustanz. Zwei Undergrounds in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Fenster auf die Strasse. Diese ist etwas laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern lässt sich jedoch gut schlafen.

Appartamento ben servito e ben corredato, c’è davvero tutto ciò che può servire. Letto comodo. Il bagno ha spazi molto ridotti, non è comodissimo, ma la doccia è spaziosa e comoda. Se potessi suggerirei di metter e una scopa elettrica.
• Satu (9/5): A clean and comfy stay in a perfect location! - The apartment was really clean and the location is great. The housing complex is quiet and safe. The bed and pillows were comfy and good quality. The apartment has basically the basic needs and then some. A few things could be improved though. A few things would make this accommodation perfect! There was only one blanket on both beds. We asked for extra blankets because we were traveling with a group of friends. The owner said they didn't have any spare blankets. They promised to see if they could do something about it, but never got back to us. They suggested that we go buy the blankets ourselves - a really funny suggestion. Really uncomfortable, we recommend getting extra blankets for future travellers, who also don’t want to share their blanket with their friend. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so it would be good to have a drying rack for the dishes. The table top around the sink was completely swollen from constantly getting wet. This also saves the apartment from getting moldy. Since there is no cleaning on weekends, there could have been double the number of towels. A lot of moisture condensed on the windows during the night and they were completely wet inside in the morning. Maybe something should be done about this so that the apartment doesn't get moldy.
• Themis (5/5): Unprofessional customer service - The apartments are in an excellent location and were clean and fully equipped — no complaints there at all. The management changed our booking without any prior notice. One of our two studios was replaced with a one-bedroom apartment, affecting two families travelling together. We only discovered this on arrival. While the apartment itself was fine, the lack of communication created an awkward and uncomfortable situation between friends who had booked identical accommodation. When I raised this politely, the manager's response was dismissive and condescending. He had previously written to us saying he preferred to hear about any concerns early so he could resolve them — yet when I did exactly that, I was met with a defensive, unpolite and unhelpful tone rather than the courtesy that was promised. Great property let down by poor communication and unprofessional customer handling.

Our first hotel was close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square, so restaurants were literally just a few steps away, and it was right opposite Holborn Underground Station. When we first arrived at Marlyn Lodge by taxi, I thought the location wasn’t very good since there were no nearby restaurants. However, after walking around and exploring more, that’s when I truly appreciated the location. It’s close to Aldgate and Tower Hill, which made getting around very convenient. This was the best accommodation we stayed in among the three hotels during our entire holiday. The hallway smelled unpleasant. We were located on the first floor in Room 101, and when we first entered the hallway, there was an old, musty odour. I was really turned off and dreaded seeing our room, but I was pleasantly surprised when we got inside.

• Iulia M. (10/5): It's London, baby ! - We are a family of four (2 adults, one 7year old and one 2year old) so location is really important for us. The one bedroom apartment we got was located on the first floor, it was clean and very well equipped. The location is a big plus, being very close to 3 major underground lines (Circle, District and Metropolitan). You have one Coop and one Tesco Express nearby (2 min walking distance) which makes it very covenient. There are also cafes around including Starbucks if you are into it. Not to mention numerous restautants (chinese or international). Both bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the atmosphere quite cozy. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. Nothing to report.

Świetny i błyskawiczny kontakt z najemcą. Bardzo łatwy proces odbierania i zdawania kluczy (self checkin). Idealna opcja na kilkudniowy wypad do Londynu. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. W tej cenie trudno znaleźć coś lepszego. Wszystko było zgodnie z oczekwianiem.

Las sábanas del sofá cama estaban sucias, había manchas de comida en la almohada y pelos en las sábanas, es decir: no se cambiaron. Eso ya hizo que nos sintiéramos muy incómodos el resto de la estancia. Aunque sea algo de poca importancia, también faltaba servilletas o papel de cocina, tuvimos que comprarlo nada más llegar. Una de las toallas estaba ya muy vieja. Aunque sean cosas sin tanta importancia, para el precio que se paga, se esperan ciertos detalles. Además, el check out es muy temprano.

• Elena (10/5): Perfekt - Super Ausstattung und vor allem top sauber! Das Sofa welches als Bett verwendet werden kann war super bequem. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert und alle waren zufrieden. Lage etwas abseits der netten Straßen aber alles gut erreichbar und im Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der AC/Heizung welche kurzzeitig laute Geräusche gemacht hat. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden sofort wieder buchen.

• Pedro (10/5): Excelente opção em Londres - De tudo! A localização, as instalações, a simpatia e amabilidade da equipa, tudo. Está muito acessível a nível de transportes e tem supermercado à porta. Não temos pontos negativos.

• Irwin (8/5): - Everyday cleaning. Even dishes were taken care of.. The hallway is depressing and very old doors. Not really secure. But once in the room, everything was fine,clean and modern.
• Gabriele (9/5): Sehr schön, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. - Die Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn Station Tower Hill und ca. 15 zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und Bahnhof Liverpool Street (Elizabeth Line) sowie zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung mit Reinigungsprodukten. Es gab immer heißes Wasser zum Duschen und man konnte täglich entscheiden ob man frische Handtücher möchte. Sogar die Spülmaschine wurde ausgeräumt. Heizung, die reguliert werden konnte. Supermarkt, Pubs, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke.

• Sidney Martins (9/5): - O apartamento é bem espaçoso e muito bem equipado. A cozinha é completa e moderna, tem máquina de lavar. O banheiro também é confortável. As camas também são espaçosas - inclusive o sofá-cama, bem confortável. Há arrumação do quarto e troca de toalhas da acomodação em dias úteis. Fica a cerca de cinco minutos de duas estações de metrô (Tower Hill e Aldgate, que atendem a linhas diferentes). Há boas opções de mercados perto, uma ótima forma de economizar e comer melhor em Londres. Não é uma crítica, mas deixo como sugestão disponibilizar um segundo par de chaves para os hóspedes, já que nem sempre a nossa família voltava junta ao apartamento.

• MERAL (8/5): It was a great accommodation in London. - - Andrew was so responsive, the first night of our stay we had a slight problem and he solved it quickly and made us a comfortable stay. - I loved the location. It is in the center of City of London. It is so close to the Tube. So you can reach mostly anywhere in London by transport. You can also see the Tower Bridge and Tower of London on foot. - There is a pub nearby so you can have your breakfast/dinner meals or drinks easily. There is also a small Tesco just around the corner of the building. There is a Starbucks on the other end of the street, you may miss it if you don’t go that way. I noticed it on the last day when we we were returning:) - The flat was as it seems in the photos. It was large, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was useful, and the beds were comfy. - Self check-in process was smooth and well described in advance. - I have to say the heater works sooo noisily that i had to turn it off before sleeping. I couldn’t sleep with the heater on. As it was a sunny and a not so cold a few days in London, we didn’t had so much problem of cold. But it can be tricky in the winter. - We stayed four nights and there was only a one time cleaning in the room. We didn’t had so much problem, but if you want the towels change daily and the utensils refill daily it may be tricky.

• KHu67 (9/5): Modernes Apartment mit herausragender Lage - Exzellente Lage, frisch modernisiertes, sehr sauberes Apartment. In dem Apartment ist es lagebedingt auch in der Nacht recht laut. Dies ist bei der Lage mitten in der Stadt nicht vermeidbar, sollte man aber beachten.

• MARIA DOLORES (10/5): - La verdad es que el apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días. La cocina totalmente equipada. Recomendable Que no tiene persianas pero en Londres es difícil encontrarlas.
• Jorgelina (10/5): Recomendable - La comodidad. Somos un matrimonio y un varón y nos resultó muy comodo Me hubiera gustado que dejen sobrecitos de café aunque sea y azúcares por los dias que estábamos.
