• Joshi (9/5): We would recommend this appartement - The location is perfect, very close to the DLR station, London City Airport and the Excel Centre. We loved the appartement, its nice, large enough for 6 with plenty of cups, plates etc. The balcony with view over the water was our favourite and we would definitely recommend it. Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms are a bit 'loose' and could use some fixing. Everything works and is clean so not a big problem.
• Robin (1/5): - Unfortunately the host did not reply to any of my attempts to email, message, or call so I could make the payment for my stay, so it ended up just being cancelled on their end the night before myself and a group of friends were due to stay.

• Mahua (2/5): Cheated for the bomb of price!! - Location is close to Excel and the view was beautiful. Coral Apartment #18 should not have been let out as the master bedroom gets flooded with water whenever you shower. The bedroom carpet becomes a pool of water and the bedroom stinks. The host knew about this but suppressed this info. The bed sheet had blood marks indicating that the housekeeping didn’t even change the sheets! We felt filthy and horrible. The communication was poor after the booking. We kept asking for validation of the room we have chosen and was given a misleading reason. We were not provided any Google link or the right address. The Google Map doesn’t show the right place at all. They offered us alternative after a day when we complained, which would have spend half a day to shift and settle down again. We were on a business trip and had to decline the offer and went without shower. We stayed for 7 days and they don’t provide any housekeeping in between.

The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making communication easy and the whole check-in/check-out process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail really made us feel welcome. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, while still being quiet and relaxing. Overall, this was a fantastic value and a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gorgeous views and easy access to all the local shops and restaurants. The host Micheal was a great host and accommodating, especially since I booked last minute. Allowed us a later checkout too and happy to just make our stay pleasant. I loved the location as it was close to Excel where we attended a weekend event, it’s a nice 5 minute walk. • Erin (1/5): Not trustworthy - The view of the docks was the best thing about the property We booked in advance for an event in London. 2 weeks prior to the date the owner increased the price without prior warning, threatening to cancel the stay. We obviously would have found it hard to book elsewhere so we agreed. It was 32 degree heat in London this weekend, the bedroom balcony and window were locked, we asked for the keys and the lady could not speak english so had to use google translate, fair enough- she said she would go away and find the key, she never returned, we had to message her and she said she didn’t have them. We messaged again to ask about the keys, told to text some other person which we did, they said they would come, they never did. The rooms were like sweat boxes ridiculous. We left the properly spick and span, cleaned up washed the dishes, sorted the rubbish, washed the floor. Asked them where to leave the keys via text, they told us, we thanked them for the stay. 2 days later the owner had messaged saying we left the place with many damages, which is total and utter nonsense. I honestly believe they are just out to get more money out of people and are making up an absolute load of lies. I would avoid this place at all costs because they are very untrustworthy, money grabbing arseholes.

Great big dining table with lots of chairs. Nothing we didn’t like, the only slight hic-up was the showers as it was either too hot or too cold and couldn’t quite get a happy medium.

• Geoffroy (3/5): How to lose my clothing within 1 week - Only the view and the proximity of Excel London is worth it. The rest is extremely bad in terms of quality General approach is really bad. RUN from this flat. The pictures are everything but not recent. - Clothing myths have killed some shirts and t-shirt of mine. Flat is full of it and there is no actual treatment... - The door is not really secure. The locks are far from being safe. - On the balcony the glass railing is dirty as well as the beginning of the ground (seagull droppings) - The coach that looks like it has been bought in 1990 and not being refreshed from that moment... - The dust below the bed is showing that no recent cleaning has been made. - Out of the 2 lights in the bathroom, 1 is dead... but it might be better of no seeing everything... - The kitchen tools that are not sufficient for 1 day - One of the balcony door is broken. Every time I tried to open it, I was scared that it will stay in my hand... Worst, the owner is telling you that he is taking £250 as deposit on you credit card (which is not, he is just taking more) but he is refunding you in cash. So at the end, I'm losing money 2 times. Once for the first transaction (I'm not from UK) and the second time when I'm dropping the money back at the bank...

• Lee (9/5): Superb - We are there to attend an exhibition, location is within walking distance to Excel Exhibition. Unit has a beautiful river view, spacious and nice There is some issue with the hot water system the first few days, but Michael the owner has quickly get all fixed up within the shortest timeframe.. we see tat he tried his very best, so we are very happy with the stay. Will rent his place again next year if we are exhibiting again.

• Hywel (8/5): Great spacious apartment with a fantastic view - An excellent location for the Excel, IFS Cloud Gondola to the O2, City Hall, and easy access to Central London on the new Elizabeth line. A spacious apartment with a balcony and a fantastic view over the Royal Dock. Generally very well equipped. We all loved the on demand crushed ice and filtered water from the large sleek fridge. Would recommend Nakhon Thai and Bonnane Restaurant within a short distance. The Bonnane breakfast was quick and excellent. Wardrobe storage and heating in the bedrooms could have been better (Mid November). A perennial lack of hangers as is often the case. The host was very helpful however in improving the situation and looking after us. An extension cable or two wouldn't go amiss, so as to be able to charge a mobile phone near the bed, as would a bedside table or two, too.

The apartment was comfortable and perfect for our needs. I'm very glad we stayed here, as it was a fun and comfortable alternative to the hotels in the area! I'd definitely recommend an apartment like this if you're attending an event at the ExCeL, and want somewhere homely to spend time with friends at in the evenings.
