Guest Reviews
- laura (5/5): Very uncomfortable - Location, shower pressure was very good. Most uncomfortable stay, unfortunately. Unbearably hot and the fans they provide don’t work, and you can’t open any windows. Mattress was so old and worn out that the springs actually bruised my skin. When you sit on the mattress the springs rattle around and sound like a pocket full of loose change. The sofa was so uncomfortable we sat on the floor instead. Most things in the property were broken beyond what you would reasonably expect. Unfortunately would never stay again. Didn’t want to leave a review because I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but booking.com kept emailing me.
- Laura (7/5): Good - Location is good, good space
- Harith (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (6/5): Good but needs work - Location was handy Everything was a little bit broken such as the ceiling fan, the door lock and the bathroom lock and sealant.
- Emmanuelle (7/5): Well kept property in great location to visit London - Very clean

- Dylan (8/5): Very good - The location was convenient and comfortable N/A
- Amy (9/5): Stunning apartment and had everything you could need. Tube stations very close. - Clean, cosy feel, location and very helpful, bed extremely comfy. The front door and the apartment door felt a little flimsy, would have felt a little safer with a second lock. It was just myself and my baby so security is what I know look for .
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (8/5): Good value and convenient - Location comfortably furnished and equipped Nothing specifically.
- Stacey (7/5): Attention to detail would make this place a gem - Convenient location, owners very communicative. Really useful info pack sent in advance. Great amount of space. As others have said, whole place needs a bit of TLC. Attention to detail throughout needs work - a tea towel in the kitchen for drying up for example. There was no coffee or tea in the containers which was surprising as should have been included. This might have been sorted if flagged up but was only discovered shortly before checking out.
- Andrii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Even better than expected.
- Nibin (8/5): Very good -
- Lorna (8/5): Value for money stay in Kensington. - Great location. Easy to find and get keys. Very good value for money. We got a last minute price and it was certainly good for our 2 days stay. It’s very quiet despite being on a road thanks to double glazing. There’s a private back garden with table and chairs too. Two toilets which is unusual for a one bedroom flat! The flat needs a lot of maintenance. Nothing critical but it’s shabby in places.
- Nick (9/5): Superb - Great location, everything you need for a couple or small family to make the most of London.
- Perpetua (8/5): Very good -
- Ha (9/5): Superb - Lovely and cosy flat with great location. Very close to the bus stops or underground stations. Tesco superstore right at the corner. No shower curtain... but the staff was super support
- Feras (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (9/5): Superb -
- Elaine (6/5): Could be better - The location is perfect because it's in the centre of many underground if you want to go around London. First of all, we had a first-floor flat. The people above us, you can hear everything and they did a lot of noise. Second, we had a problem with the tv because we couldn't watch some Netflix as the owner of the property described on the apartment details. We contacted via WhatsApp and on booking message, but he didn't reply to the same date, i would see it tomorrow. Weg lasted whiteout watching tv at the end.
- Harpeet (10/5): Exceptional - Cleaniness and facilities
- Colin (8/5): Nice apartment, good location - Good location. The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the Earl's Court tube station and 5 minutes away from a Tesco supermarket. There were also a number of good dining options nearby including a Iranian restaurant which was just two doors away.
The apartment was large enough for our family of four and had adaquate amenities for our stay with a well stock kitchen. It was well cleaned and had more than enough towels and bedding to cater to our needs. The apartment was a bit run-down and we had an issue with the shower head holder in the bathroom which was unable to hold up the shower head properly after a couple of days.
- Sophie (8/5): It was true to what I expected and perfect for our stay. - The flat was extremely clean when we arrived. It's an old building but the owner takes good care of the flat. It was well located for our purpose with food shops, restaurants and underground station not far. Getting the keys was easy. I also appreciated not getting rid of the food but leaving the non perishable to the people who would follow. It was well thought out with everything we would need. The only "complaint "was that we could not open the window in the bedroom to air it and I'd also suggest putting a light above the sink in the bathroom to make putting on makeup etc easier. But these are minor details and we are very satisfied of our stay. See the opening of the window in the bedroom and the added lighting in the bathroom.
- Victor (7/5): Great location, could have more chairs - Location is great, lots of useful information at the check-in and a separate toilet. The kitchen only had 2 chairs and cups whereas we expected 3 as the flat accommodates 3 people.
- Arina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy. Overall spacious for my family of 4.
- Beaudine (7/5): Good - Communication was quick and helpful and the location is really convenient. Unfortunately the place was in a rather bad condition when we arrived. The door lock came out, multiple times and the laundry that was drying in the bedroom leaked heavily on the floor. After we shared this news with the host, they kindly apologized and informed us they will repare asap for the next guests.
- Thanh (7/5): Good - Location, great amenities and good size for three people! The sheets smelt musky, and we discovered multiple used tissues under the sofa bed when we pulled it out.
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - Location close to transport supermarkets and warwick arms pub which was a great place to eat.
- Oliver (8/5): Great flat and will defiantly book a stay again. - Great location, very clean & everything and more you need. Space was good and although it’s rained the garden is nice would be lovely in summer. Warm and welcoming on a cold day. Had a lovely note and some teacakes on arrival 😊 lots of bedding and towels and toiletries if you forget anything. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Great pub a few doors down that do fabulous Indian cuisine, The Warwick Arms. Transport links to shopping and central London are also great. just needs a little TLC. Nothing major just a few small jobs to fix snags.
- Hannah (8/5): Home away from home - It’s a little home away from home, good little place if you want to adventure in London Just needed an iron
- Adenrele (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing and the consumables that came along with the apartment was thoughtful and came in very handy. The flat has only 1 wardrobe space which we knew about. However, upon arrival, half of the wardrobe space was already taken by the owner of the apartment and the other half left for us to use was equally further divided into another half as it had all the bed linen etc in it. So for us a family of 4, we more or less had to live out of our suitcases for the 2 weeks due to the space constraint.
The over head fan in the bedroom doesn't really work, they did provide a standing fan for the room and brought a second for the sitting room when we called to complain which was good of them. However, due to the fact that it was a standing fan, and the bedroom windows dont open for security reasons, it left the room very hot during the day and at night.
Also, one of the main reasons for taking the flat was because it had a back garden for the kids to be able to sit around and play in. However, the back garden wasn't in good shape and so we couldn't use it at all which was very disappointing.
- Chantelle (9/5): Very homely and comfortable, with great transport links - The apartment was kitted out with everything you could possibly want / need: Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, great utensils - everything needed for cooking (beautiful crockery), first aid kit, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra towels if needed, massive TV with fire-stick, the list goes on...Bed was super comfortable, shower had great water pressure too! The little courtyard at the back was an added bonus ....The lounge windows could have done with a clean, and the back door blind couldn't be dropped, but aside from that everything was to be expected.
