• Phil (8/5): - Nice spacious studio with large living/bedroom area and separate kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped and superb location. Bed and sofa very comfy. The building and the apartment could use a little TLC. Also if you're sensitive to noise the apartment is in the middle of one of the busiest parts of London and street noise is 24hrs. Didn't bother me but take ear plugs.

Die Fenster sind einfach verglast undicht, sodass dervLärm von den Kneipen 1:1 in den Wohnraum dringt

• Tyler (2/5): Terrible people, worse apartment. DO NOT STAY - The location is great. Very very dirty and bad people. I didn’t check the bed at this place until I went to sleep and there were stains brown stains on the sheets. I contacted the manager Charles because this was unacceptable and his response was “I’m not there, there’s nothing I can do.” I had to take the sheets and wash them myself at night. I had texted Charles multiple times throughout my stay and he never once responded, the communication is awful. The free wifi is an absolute lie. By free wifi they mean there is a cafe down the street that offers free wifi. When you ask them about it they will ignore you. The entire place has not been cleaned in at least a year. If you walk from the bathroom to the living room barefoot after a shower your feet will be covered in crumbs and dirt. The carpet has collected years of dirt without being cleaned in any way. The worst part was the washing machine. I washed a full load of clothes and everything came out with this black sludge and white particles on it. I checked the machine, and there was a disgusting smell and sludge from under the seal that seeped onto all my clothes. I had to take them to a laundromat to re-clean all of them. DO NOT stay here. People, hygiene, and facilities are terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Accessibility to the flat was easy and everything worked and most things were provided. Would definitely stay again With it being such a great location for shops and bars, you do get some evening noise but I didn’t mind as I knew to expect it. Also I had to buy my own soap as I didn’t feel there was enough shower gel. Small bits though, I generally had a great stay

• Kim (10/5): Perfect for those sick of hotel food and like something that feels more like home. - The hosts gave some very easy instructions with pictures to follow in order to obtain the keys. As mentioned by some and through no fault of the hosts, the noise in the area can be bothersome but I found turning on the television for white noise / rain sounds was more than enough to block it out. The hosts also offer ear plugs.

• Linda (5/5): No sleep due to noise outside - The apartment was clean and spacious and well equiped The noise from the revellers in the street was horrendous. Loud music and shouting went on until 3:30am then there were the trucks collecting bottles etc until 4:15am. There is no double glazing so no noise reduction. Ear plugs are provided which should have been a warning.

• Rachel (8/5): Easy to find, clean and comfy - Location wise it’s great for theatre/food drinks etc Very clean, which you could tell as soon as you walked through the door Not the hosts fault at all, because it is a social area the local establishments seem to like to clear out their glass bins around 2am. So even with the generously supplied ear plugs didn’t counter the noise. If you’re not used to “city noise” then may become an issue

• Patricia (6/5): Good location, clean but noisy. - Good location and very clean. Spacious, and with loads of details like Nespresso coffee. Terribly noisy, tv wouldn’t connect to internet, two blockout blinds missing so too much light in the morning.
• Naomi (5/5): messy - the property was amazing had no problem at all the lock box to collect my keys was broken took me about 40 minutes to get in was given the wrong code to open on the first place the property owners phone died must have rang about 40 times before he answered and gave me the correct code to get in then I got charged out of my deposit because of a broken lock
• Andrew (9/5): A large comfortable flat with all the facilities needed for an excellent stay in London - The flat was very well located and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the property, it had a large lounge with bed , settee , chairs , tables and good storage. It also had a large kitchen diner and good bathroom. A bit noisy at night but a great location for a fun time in London with many bars and restaurants nearby including the famous Jazz bar " Ronnie Scotts".
• Denzil (5/5): Central soho location, needed the supplied ear plugs, too expensive for the quality of accommodation - convenient location noisy - would be massively improved with double glazing and air con esther than old heaters and open windows. the inner blind on one window fell off as soon as it was pulled closed. Details like this cheap and not well maintained.
• Louise (8/5): Very good - Great, central location, close to all attractions. The apartment was very airy, clean and the hosts left nice additions like tea, coffee, milk, shower gels. Very clean and good facilities within the flat. Very good rates seeing as though this is central London. A gem of a find and we'll use it again if we come back.
