Siamo stati accolti da Livia, persona super disponibile e alla mano, spero abbiate la fortuna di essere accolti da lei Forse serrature un po’ da rivedere
- Shin (8/5): A nice cosy place - It’s near the tube station. Accessible to the supermarket and restaurants. It’s a safe neighbourhood with police presence. There is no cover for the toilet bowl. There is occasional siren on the road that disrupt sleep

- Susan (5/5): Location, Location, Location! - Location was amazing. Easy access to everywhere.
John the host was very helpful and friendly. Broken toilet seat, bathroom really needed a deep clean.
- Oliver (9/5): Amazing property, super clean and tidy, well looked after, situated in a great location and would stay here again - Super convenient location Toilet seat :)
- Stephanie (7/5): Good price for the location - This apartment was great for a short stay. The location was perfect - located right next to the tube station with a variety of small restaurants and shops if you didn't want to travel far. The price was really affordable for this part of London. The apartment had everything you needed, including a fully equip kitchen and a really comfortable bed. As I had read some reviews of this property before I was expecting the large deposit of £250 however I still felt as though this is too high and have never been asked to put down such a large deposit before. I did receive it back, but felt like I had to leave the apartment pristine incase there was any chance I might get charged something.
I also saw this mentioned on other reviews but hoped that it had been changed since but it had not; there was NO curtain or blind in the bedroom window even though there is a picture that specifically shows there is. Meaning the bedroom is flooded with light in the morning. This picture should be removed from the listing.
- Benjamin Robert (5/5): Adequate stay with some great features. - Great location, comfy bed (with weighted duvet). Kitchen well equipped, wifi very good. Deposit paid back quickly. Unprofessional setup, landlord/owner is not available. Property is managed by owner of permanently closed italian patisserie downstairs. He was pleasant enough but was not as welcoming as a host should be.
Very high security deposit was more than the cost of our entire stay and was demanded in cash. We were able to pay this via bank transfer to the patisserie account which was not a recognised business account, therefore the transaction was flagged by banking app. I paid regardless because that was the only way we could get the key to the flat.
Parking is not as described. There is none on Kentish Town Road, park on York Mews - this would have been really useful information prior to arriving and paying for alternative parking. However, we noticed that York Mews is regularly patrolled by Parking Wardens and we weren't offered a permit, so we were glad we made other arrangements.
Entrance is from York Mews, via gate, then slippery and unlit steps. (Our stay was a wet few days in December)
Unusually small and uncomfortable toilet seat that wasn't even attached to the toilet. It was also cracked and it pinched. Our host pointed out the crack, which begged the question why it hadn't been replaced/repaired.
Disfuntional door lock as unable to close door when leaving without using the key (also pointed out by our host) - on checking out, we had to leave the flat insecure as we were instructed to leave the key inside the flat and the host did not male himself available.
Overall the stay was adequate as we only intented to use the apartment as a base between excursions, but there are some areas which need improvement.

- Kelly (10/5): - Location was excellent
Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed.
- David (10/5): -
- J (7/5): - Good location. The bathroom needs a radical and total renovation. There was no shampoo or shower gel !!!
- Elias (7/5): - Location was exellent. Bed was good. Valerie always answered quickly. The courtyard area was very dark and it was difficult to walk up the dark stairs. Often wifi works only one device at a time..The toilet lid was broken. We had to pay 30 pounds extra because check in at 9 pm was late check in..
- Ewelina (10/5): - The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary. The location is ideal—close to a metro station, shops, and restaurants. An important note for Arsenal fans ;) — it takes about 40 minutes to walk to the stadium at a relaxed pace. Although the apartment is on a main and busy street, the noise is not disturbing at all, and the windows are very well soundproofed. I’m very satisfied with my stay. I know that when I visit London in the future, I’ll stay here again There is no blind in the bedroom window, which is a problem because street lights reach the bedroom and make it hard to fall asleep.
- Louise (4/5): Okay but scary checkin - Lovely view out of the windows.
Good location for camden and tube. Collecting the keys was really anxious. As 2 females meeting a man. Who wasn't in a very good mood.
Met at a disused shop. Taken inside and asked for cash. We had already transferred the damage deposit of £250 online to a lady.
Our communication had all been with a woman online.
We sat and waited for about 20 mins, not knowing why or what was happening. He then got up and asked us for £50 for the bed being made. We said no, that wasn't discussed or agreed, so we were made to wait again. ?
Eventually, we were taken around the back lane through an entrance. Lots of externalSteps were wet ( puddled water ) and more narrow internal ones.
Went into the apartment and eventually given the keys.
The apartment was okay. There are no curtains or blinds at any windows. Meant daylight streaming in very early.

- May (7/5): Good - Great location, spacious flat with very full kitchen (THREE wine bottle openers). Full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher etc so if you're going to cook you're set but there's also amazing take away options very close by. Once you close the door to the bedroom most sound is blocked out. The flat is nicely decorated and was a very comfortable base to have a TV-free couple nights. Blinds pictured in the bedroom were missing so I had light in my room throughout the night and was up at 4am with the sun. Toilet lid pictured was also missing so it didn't feel that clean. The terrace is a shared walking space so you may have to walk by someone smoking right at the top of the stairs to leave and the hallway smelled a bit like stale smoke when you first go in which wasn't the most pleasant-- air freshener may have been helpful.
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing property, really helpful owners. Had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend if travelling for a gig in O2 Kentish Forum.
- Orsolya (10/5): Exceptional - The athmosphere and where is located
- Steven (5/5): Passable -
- Tony (9/5): Superb -
- Eleonora (9/5): Great stay - Great location, exactly in front of Kentish Town Station. Lot of supermarkets, shops and cafes.
Spacious place, very well equipped.
Highly recommend also for long stay. Will come back!!
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandru-alin (8/5): Very good -
- Ioana (1/5): Bad - We came to London to attend a concert at the O2 Forum, the flat was 4 minutes away from the venue. But that is literally all that we 'liked' I was very unhappy with my booking. we spent £385 for 2 nights with no heating or hot water in November. Nobody resolved the issue, and we were given a small cheap fan heater that didn't help at all as it was quite the fire hazard. it would overheat and smelled like burnt plastic. there were some sort of insects in the bedroom, they were hiding in the floorboards and the place was dusty and dirty. we came to find tools scattered in the kitchen and we had to leave the host at the flat with our belongings there, while he was grabbing everything from the kitchen. It made us very uncomfortable and he just went on to say 'that it's normal and he always does it'. There was no hot water and then we found out that the dishwasher isn't working either. so we had to wash everything with cold water despite it being freezing. I paid £385 for the flat and have been asked for £250 deposit. That's £635 on a flat that doesn't look anything as advertised, freezing cold( we had to sleep in lairs of clothing) dirty, and now due to the conditions I have to take days off work due to a terrible cold and fever I have now. The worst part is when I came back for my deposit on monday the host was just ranting about getting the flat clean to check in the next customers. How in the world would someone check in someone else and take their money for such a place is beyond me, especially when he knows very well there is no heating or nothing.
- Maira (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Bed very comfortable, spacious flat. Only downsides were the bathroom and the fact there were no curtains in the living room, which overlooks the main road, so no privacy and no protection from the sun and the heat.
- Cathal (7/5): Fabulous location with a but - The location is fabulous. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have our own kitchen. It's all clean and well looked after. The deposit beforehand made this feel really dodgy - not what you want for a holiday vibe, of course we got it back for anyone wondering.
I had someone stay with me one night and was charged 25£ for them to put a sheet on a sofa - it's not a pull out sofa as the picture suggests - there were no curtains, so she was woken up with the sun first thing.
The pictures and title of the booking makes it look like there's a personal terrace space - there isn't, it's a rooftop walk through for everyone.
- Ramiro (5/5): Passable - the apartament is in front of the Underground The morning before flying to London i texted the property but I never got any answer, When we arrived we call at the door but no one answered, had to call to the owner and she sent me another phone number of the person in charge of the key. we wait there for 10 min on the street with the luggages. Once this guy arrived we get into a coffee place in construccion (not a great place for checking in) he asked for a 250 pounds in cash and also he start saying that the booking was for one person, I said "no, its for two" and the conversation stopped there. To get into the property we had to walk around the street and get through a gate , that wasn't much good looking, some days we had to move some furnitures or timbers to open that gate to come in or come out. The terrace that you can see on the pictures its not right outside of the apartament, at the moment of booking that terrace was what made us choose the apartament, to have nice outdoor area for smoking or have a coffee, but actually the terrace is completely unfurnished, no plants , just some boxes in the corner. Once we went up to the apartament the guy with the keys knocked at the door several times, even in one moment he refused to keep waiting and went somewhere else to get another key (?), the housekeeping lady came out of the apartament, we were there at the door, the guy was gone, the lady was asking were he was, and we were just there wishing to just check in leave our luggages and start our day in London.
Once we were in, this guy started showing us all the apartament and giving us so many instructiones, one of them "not to use the dishwasher" not because is broken, just "not to use it" it's disconnected.
Also the Laundry room, that the housekeeping use for washing the sheets and towels from the other apartments and keep all the cleaning products is kind of "inside" our apartament, and he say "if u hear any noise, don't worry, is her".
- Melissa (8/5): Very good -
- Magda (9/5): Superb - So simply access to London attractions.
- Jillian (3/5): Not fit for purpose - location everything else - sofabed is not a sofa bed its a sofa with bedding on, and costs an extra £25 per night which is shocking. There are no window coverings so light wakes you up at 5am and its up 2 very steep dangerous flights of steps to get in! Not good , not very clean - cleaner when we left and handed over cash deposit paid back into bank again not acceptable "cleaner doesnt work on a Sunday" is not the customers issue! Stay clear!
- Marianna (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (6/5): The studio is in a great location and suitable for a couple, with these few problems fixed. - Location and good heating. the initial checkin was very stressful. We were told there was free parking available but there wasn’t. Checkin was in a disused shop and we were uncomfortable handing over £250 cash for a bond without any indication of how, when the place was left as found, we would get our cash back. Access to the studio is down a dark alley way to the back entrance and up two flights of steep stairs, exterior not lit. Toilet seat unattached, oven, dishwasher and toilet fan not working and just remember there is not TV. Note …. we did receive our bond back amicably.
- Now (6/5): Pleasant - the room was ok and the location really nice the bus and train station was reallyyyyyyyy close it’s was on
- Marianna (9/5): Superb - nice location well appointed apartment
- David (8/5): The property had all the facilities expected. Very clean and good location. - Very clean, good location. Late check in fee
- Tamara (8/5): Location perfect for Folks who use train services. - I like location as it was across from Northern line Train Station. Also has a full fridge and separate bedroom. Several markets close by. I let this flat because of kitchen to bake and cook as I stayed for 7 days and wanted to prepare meals. The oven didn’t work properly which was frustrating at times. Still made best of good meals. Also narrow stairs could be difficult for elderly folks.
- Sho (4/5): Please read - 1. Inconsistent messaging - ad listing says check in between 2pm-7.30pm yet we were told between 2pm-4pm only, otherwise chargeable. Listing says deposit refunded in cash yet not provided in cash at check out
2. Poor communications - Valeria did not reply to messages. No communication on how to receive deposit refund at all
3. Apartment notes - flat entry has 2 doors. First door accessible by anyone and second door (main flat entry door) has no lock so not secure and no privacy (see pic). No TV. WiFi unreliable. No extra bedding or sheets. Limited crockery. No window blinds. Three flights of stairs to climb (see pic). Toilet attached to wall with unsecure seat (see pic). Shop address given for property only. Some pics not up to date. Very noisy as on busy road.
Other comments - Check in before 2pm is chargeable and there was no flexibility on this. This is not mentioned in the ad.
We felt like lodgers rather than travelling guests booking short term holiday accommodation. We were constantly reminded of being charged for everything and anything, including heating and toilet paper.
- Lee (8/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - John was very friendly upon arrival, and made it easy to collect the keys. The apartment is a fantastic size in a perfect location, and it's value for money! The fact we had to pay a £250 deposit is a little excessive. Also, £35 to 'make up' a second bed was very overpriced for something that really doesn't cost a thing for you to do. Everything would have been a 10/10 if it wasn't for those factors.
- Hannah (8/5): Great option for short or longer stays within walking distance of Camden Town - Lovely, spacious and bright. There was a washing machine, fridge, coffee machine and cooker to use. Opposite Kentish Town tube station and near lots of food options Having to leave a large deposit however I understand why with there being large appliances that could be broke by guests
- Adermalm (10/5): Exceptional - it was superb. If you are going to london this is one of the best places to live in. really close to the tube and camden. The apartment was really nice.
- Ludmila (9/5): Superb -
- Eva-maria (9/5): Superb - Clean nice apartment; clever design with bedroom, so you don't hear noise from street; tube station right across the street; nice cafes and restaurants around
- Alison (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hannah (8/5): Lovely clean apartment in a good (but noisy) location - great location opposite a tube station. nice spacious apartment with friendly staff. it was on such a busy road with sirens going past every few minutes, and the windows were singles glazed so didn’t keep any sound out. we had to buy a fan as it was very hot in summer.
