• Pamela (9/5): A good price property considering the high end location. I liked the old charm and character of the building and mix of - Large living room, comfy beds, lovely old characterful property in a great location. Owner left lots of tea and herbs and spices for cooking. Owners personal items in bed side table, toilet and medicines in kitchen cupboards felt a bit weird. Maybe owner could lock these away somewhere in a cupboard. Lots of extension leads for plugs but no doubt due to this being an old property.

• Ahmad (8/5): استمتعت بتجربتي نظراً لايجابيات الموقع - الموقع جميل جدا ومنطقه راقيه. امن و يوجد حارس لطيف عند الباب. صاحبة المسكن لطيفه. الشقه مساحتها جيده. يوجد موقف باصات النقل العام بجانب العماره . وجود بقاله ومقاهي ومطاعم قريبه. مطبخ متكامل ويوجد ادوات طبخ للخليجيين (قدر ضغط وصحون وبيالات وفناجيل وثلاجات للشاي والقهوه ) الشقه قديمه. الاثاث قديم نوعاً ما و يحتاج تجديد. كثرة الاسلاك والتوصيلات مما يسبب خطوره. النظافه متوسطه.

• Baker (10/5): 'Pleased I stayed in the Apartment - much more relaxed than a hotel' - Apartment was immaculate and very well presented - all communications worked very well as they should - location in Sloane Street was good - close to the City and to the West End and was located in vibrant Knightsbridge - first time booker in this area and will certainly make it first preference next time in rhe late Autumn when I shall come again -staffing was friendly and efficient - thank you - Best regards - CB Everything was fine - thank you - settled in immediately and enjoyed my stay - location made it easy to hook up with friends and to make business meetings

• Orit & Yigal (3/5): אכזבה לא ממליצה בכלל - מנסיון אישי אני מאוד מאוכזבת מבעלת הדירה- יחס כזה לא ראיתי באף מקום. שבועיים לאחר שעזבנו, לאחר שראתה כנאה את הציון שנתתי לה, היא דורשת עוד 100 פאונד בטענה שמפית המטבח חסרה .... ובכן זו חוצפה ושקר גס הציוד בדירה ישן מאוד, כאילו מישהו מאוד מבוגר גר שם עדיין. למה שאקח את זה? גם עבור נייר טואלט נוסף שביקשתי ביקשה תשלום. (בסוף נתנה ללא תשלןם) המיקום טוב, קרוב 5 דקות הליכה לאנדרגראונד. הדירה מרווחת ומצויידת. המחיר יקר מאוד כך שהייתי מצפה לקצת יותר. אין מזגן בדירה. יש מאוורר שמאוד מרעיש ולא מקרר. זו היתה אכזבה גדולה. חסרים דברים כמו שמפו, מרכך לשיער, סבון רחצה. יש מעלית ושוער נחמד בכניסה לבניין. יש בתי קפה מסביב וסופרמרקט. לא אהבתי שרשום שיש מזגן. כי אין מזגן. וזו הטעייה. רשום שיש מייבש. ואין מייבש. יש מיתקן לייבוש הבגדים. רשום שיש טרסה. היא נעולה ואי אפשר לצאת מהמטבח. זה יותר מקום למי שמעשן וזה משותף לדיירים הקרובים. היינו שבוע שלם ולא ניקו את הדירה, בעלת הדירה אמרה שזה בתשלום נוסף. מה שנותן לי לחשוב לנסיעה הבאה, שמלון עדיף על דירה. היינו צריכים אספקה נוספת של נייר טואלט. וסבון ידיים. בעלת הדירה אמרה שזה בתשלום נוסף! (מחיר השבוע היה 2930 פאונד!!!) לבסוף היא השאירה לנו אספקה נוספת ללא תשלום. לסיכום הייתי מצפה שעבור התשלום המאוד גבוה, נקבל יותר, ונקבל את מה שרשום. כמו מזגן ומייבש. הייתי מצפה במחיר הזה לקבל שמפו ומרכך. הציפה של השמיכה היתה קרועה ולא ניתן לסגור לכן השמיכה יצאה מהציפה. האינטרנט היה טוב רק כשהיינו קרובות למכשיר . בסלון עבד פחות טוב. זו האמת. וחבל. יחז בעלת הדירה מזעזע, לקח לה הרבה זמן לענות. דרשה עןד 100 פאונד לאחר שבועיים שעזבנו את הדירה בטענה שמפיות המטבח התקלקלו,,, אכן חוצפה. אני לא חושבת שבוקינג צריכים להמשיך את הקשר עם האשה הזו. המצעים היו עם כתמים והציפה של השימכה בלתי ניתנת לסגירה ולכן השמיכה יצאה כל הזמן מהציפה

Linens: very good. Wasn't provided a unit number; problematic upon check-in. Improved living/dining room furniture would be nice.
• Marwan (10/5): Great Stay at Knightsbridge Apartment - My recent stay at the Knightsbridge Apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The apartment’s location is ideal—just a short walk from Harrods and the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Safety & Check-In: The area felt safe and secure, and collecting the key was hassle-free and easy. The host was very cooperative, responsive, and accommodating—always replying quickly to any questions. I traveled with a friend this time, but I will definitely book this apartment again when I return with my family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in Knightsbridge! 10/10 – Would stay here again without hesitation! the furniture's were old but it's not an issue at all. was very clean.

• Gisela (10/5): We really enjoyed it - The appartement is situated in a wonderful elegant house which was built in the 1930- eens and still has lots of original features. Its located in elegant Sloane Street, just steps from HArvey Nichols and Harrods and lots of designer shops. There is a concierge who is extremely friendly and helpful, opening doors, calling taxis, helping with luggage. Beds are really comfortable, cupboard - and drawerspace more than enough. Kitchen fully equipped with everything, teabags and little things for daily use are provided. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the TV since we didnt know that the plug has a switch which has to be pressed. She came up in a moment and solved the problem and told us to ring her any time., We really enjoyed our stay and will be back there when in London again.

• Christina (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, and the staff that worked at the Apartments were incredibly kind and helpful. The small portable A/C didn't work and was only usable as a fan in one bedroom, and one of the toilets was backed up and overflowed onto the floor after we only used it once to urinate. When we reached out for assistance, we were told a plumber would be scheduled, which never happened. We were left with 1 toilet that didn't flush half the time.
• Mark (7/5): Great location but could have been more comfortable. - Main plus points: Location, friendly and helpful concierge, good views. There is a Waitrose less then 5 minutes away, so supplies are easy to come by. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity (we particularly liked the Botanist on Sloane Square). Main negatives: Heavy smoker next door, who was often to be found on the shared fire escape. This meant opening a window to cool the kitchen brought the smell in. The living room was large but it was difficult to get properly comfortable.
• Bršiak (3/5): Poor - I got shocked by a faulty electrical extension cord, and all they cared about was which one it was so they could replace it. Not even a sorry, nothing. Even though I was promised a number of times to get an invoice I never got one, so they were obviously lying from the start.

Close to Hyde Park, walkable to Buckingham, groceries around the corner. Restaurants in South Kensington or Sheppard’s Market. Family of four; stayed for a week; was splendid.

The host was very welcoming. - The host was quite concerned and she made sure everything is ok. she was in touch with us on the phone all the time. The location as stated earlier was Wonderfull. even the porters were great at the reception who were vigilant at all times for safety and security of the residents. keep it up
