• jean claude (9/5): - Really convenient position just next to Tower Bridge with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a bus stop in front of the flat and another just around the corner. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped with 2 proper bedrooms. Everything was fine

• henderson (10/5): Can’t recommend enough - Oh my goodness, the location! I really feel like we got so lucky finding this place. It was spacious and homey. The host was in constant communication. We are from the US so it really put my mind at ease knowing the owner is close and reachable. The bed and couch are a bit rough. There’s plastic on the pillows under the cases which made for a less than cozy nights sleep. But I do appreciate the cleanliness so it’s a coin toss if it’s truly a negative.
• anna (10/5): 5 donne a Londra - Struttura facile da trovare , l’host prima dell’arrivo si prende cura di mandare tutte le istruzioni necessarie x raggiungere autonomamente l’alloggio. Cosa veramente utile per chi viaggia. L’appartamento è ampio e spazioso, in 5 persone siamo state benissimo. Peccato per i vicini rumorosi ma non è una responsabilità imputabile all’host. Su nostra richiesta ci ha anche cambiato il set degli asciugamani. La stazione della metropolitana dista 10 minuti , ed essendoci anche la stazione dei treni è stato agevole anche il rientro in aeroporto. Il quartiere è piacevole e pieno di servizi. A due passi nel vero senso della parola dal London Bridge . Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei! Nulla!

• Laurel (10/5): A wonderful stay in London - The location is perfect for discovering London. You can get pretty much anywhere from the Tower tube station or the train which are a 10-minute walk away. You can take advantage of the cooking facility and even do your laundry. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to everything. Our host was fantastic and available for questions. He met us at the apartment although it is set up for self-check in. The beds are comfortable and the linens are quality. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Nothing

• Lorrene (9/5): Adequate but not really "Exclusive" - The location is great, close to a bus stop and not far from London Bridge Railway Station so it is easy to get around from this property. The keys were in a lockbox so we found it easy to gain access. The unit was pleasant. The beds were quite comfortable though extra blankets would have been appreciated. The shower is in a bath with high sides and the water was hot. It was great to have a washing machine. The entry into the building is grotty and depressing. There was no information or welcome pack which was disappointing. It was chilly in the unit at times but we didn't know how to turn on the heating. The uncomfortable flat pillows on both beds need replacing . The water pressure in the shower was not very good. We couldn't fathom why the clothes air drying rack had been mounted on the wall right by the toilet.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the Tower bridge, literally 5 minutes walk. Shops are close, closest underground station is 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment has all the kitchen tools, washing machine , dishwasher, oven, big dining table in the guest room. Communication with the owner was perfect, everything was explained in details. I don't have anything to really complain about. Not sure whether the beds would fit for tall people like over 180cm. I'm way shorter so I was fine. We stayed in warm spring time, so not sure what it is like when it's cold outside. But I assume you can set the temperature on thermostat which is in the apartment, we didn't need it. The water wasn't hot enough though but it wasn't necessary as it wasn't cold.

• Peter (8/5): Very comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. - Very good location, spacious and good communications pre stay. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. We only stayed one night but it would be a comfortable base for a longer stay. No working bedside lights.

Location ideal if you are a tourist with it being situated less than 5 minute walk from tower bridge with a sainsburys and co-op even nearer and a wetherspoons pub on the corner. Communication was spot on and check in instructions were clear with photos and videos There was no tv even though it said there was one in the description. That is the only thing stopping me giving it a 10 rating. It would have been nice to relax after work and watch a bit of tv but no big deal,I just watched on my phone instead.

Flat was warm and cleanish throughout Beds were small and bedding wasn’t ironed, giving the impression it had maybe been used?!

• Diane (8/5): We had the best stay, we felt at home for the 5 nights we were there. - It was a 2 bedroom apartment with everything you needed, and very easy walk across Tower Bridge, train stations, the Ferry, Tower of London etc. A little bit hard to find, however after calling Victor on whatsapp he sent detailed instructions and photos of the surrounding areas.

Kitchen sink did not work properly kept getting clogged. But other than that perfect.

Host was very helpful and easy to communicate. Overall very happy customer..Will definitely use it again if I ever go to London again with my family. There was nothing to dislike. • Michele (10/5): Just perfect - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The flat was clean, spacious and full of everything one might need (dishwasher, washer, hair dryer, microwave...). It has a nice living space that has a door, so if effectively has 3 separate bedrooms. The road can be kind of noisy but I had no problem whatsoever at night. The owners were absolutely splendid and kind: they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasent, they gave us directions to attractions and pubs, and let us store our luggage the day we left. The position of the flat is amazing, just a couple minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a flat in London!

• Dawn (9/5): This was a very nice apartment and very spacious. - The apartment was very well laid out. There are three separate sleeping areas - each with a double bed. The third area is a living room with a sofa sleeper. This can function almost as a third bedroom, since it is separated off with a door like the bedrooms. The host was very nice to work with, and always responded quickly if we had any questions. This had nothing to do with the apartment itself, but it is a good walk to both London Bridge underground (10 minutes) and Tower Hill (15 minutes). The bus stop is very convenient - right across the road from the apartment - but I personally prefer using the underground.

Location short walk from metro, one short flight of steps to apartment no lift if that’s a concern. Apartment was comfortable and well set up. Beds very comfortable. Sweet treat left ready on arrival. Very good value for money. Nothing really, was a little noisy at night but fortunately not heard from bedrooms.

• Lexy (10/5): Excellent so central communication very good and detailed. - Location excellent, sainsburys very close as were some good pubs and restaurants nice toiletries and hair dryer provided as were basic items like tea,coffee, bottled water, oil etc Washer and dryer available to use. Would definitely use again. Only minor downside was no TV. Would of been nice to relax with a film after a long day sightseeing, but as I said it was very minor.

Out host ..Vyacheslav… was brilliant…..I requested that we needed non feather bedding as my wife & sister- in- law are allergic to feather bedding… on the very day I made the booking Vyacheslav contacted via WhatsApp and then a phone call, to discuss this and then went out and bought the correct bedding even sending us pictures to make sure this was correct which it was… a perfect host that definitely went the extra mile.. Good internet & wifi to could have done with a TV but wasn’t really a problem….we had perfect internet & wifi all the time
