• Lucia (10/5): Cute & cosy flat in central area - The location of the flat is very central, in a quiet and beautiful area. The flat has equipped kitchen with all appliance necessarily for cooking. Kitchen and living room is together, there is a convertible couch that is comfy. The flat is on the ground floor. Wifi connection worked good enough to work from there. The host is responsive and friendly. The bathroom and bedroom windows cant be open

• Hakan (8/5): Great location - Location is great, neigborhood is lovely, easy access to many attractions of London through underground system. staff is very helpful. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and accessible through a narrow passage by the side of the bed. For two people it could be ok, but if you are planning the stay for three, it should be condidered. Sound isolation of the windows were poor, it was possible to hear talks of passer bys, luckily the neighborhood is quiet in general. General cleanness was acceptable but deep cleaning is needed from time to time.

• Sheilagh (9/5): Nice comfortable flat in a great location - This is a great wee well-equipped ground-floor flat in an architecturally beautiful street, literally less than two minutes walk from the underground (District & Circle). The area felt very safe and there were lots of cafés and shops close by. Excellent communication from the owner who very kindly left us basic provisions along with a bottle of wine. Although the bed is comfortable the bedroom is very small & may not suit anyone with mobility issues. There's also some street noise at times but nothing too bad. Opening the windows could prove challenging - it didn't bother us but it might if the weather was very warm.

• Cristina (9/5): Great location and host. - The location is amazing and the apartment has everything you need and some more, the host was above nice and left some goodies for us to have at our arrival. The floors are a bit noisy and the room is a bit small, also the shower is elevated and was afraid to fall sometimes, but still, I would stay there any time I go to London for sure.

• Fara (10/5): Lovely stay in prime part of Sloane Square - I loved that area and it was a quiet street so close to restaurants and Sloane Square station. I had a late flight and was provided out of hours key collection. Tasteful interiors and good wi fi. Very large comfy bed too. Coffee machine in the morning worked a treat. Host was kind to allow me to have a late check out. I will return again!

Early check-in and check-out at night were no problem.

Compact modern decorated small apartment, very comfortable, kitchen, washing machine, etc. Bedsofa in living room was comfortable. Everything was nice . The only thing to mention is the bathroom only accesible via the parents sleeping room, for my daughter not a problem.

The toilet is too small. collecting the keys from a shop 10 minutes away and dropping it off at departure created an annoyance

Kicthenette was nice convenience like many places in London, the place was very small and hard t manuever for two people in the bedroom. Very hot during our stay and only fans to assist with the heat--but it was manageable.
• Sebastian (8/5): Would recommend it. Would go again. Room for improvement in minor issues. - Location is unbeatable. Chelsea is wonderful. Safe, nice and at 25 minutes from everywhere. Comfortable bed, although a little too low. Shower worked perfectly and towels were awesome. There are some minor issues that will not be such if you know about them in advance. The pros are offsetting the cons by far. Flat is really small, it's a place to sleep only. It is too small to spend a whole day in there. Very little room for placing suitcases and clothes. But if you go just a couple of days, you'll be fine. Comfortable bed but with no access/exit from.one side. Bathroom is in the bedroom so if there is a 3rd person he/she has to go through the bedroom. No AC. Not sure if this a London issue but it seems they are not prepared for high temperatures. A fan is available but AC should be mandatory.. Shades, curtains in the living room do not avoid daylight to get in. The one sleeping in the coach shall be able to sleep with such or take a mask.

We had a few disturbances from the adjoining road as we were on the ground floor. Loud talking and party music at 1-2am! Only on Sat and Sun nights so I guess it wasn’t too bad.

• Joyce (9/5): The apartment was in a great location on a side street away from the crowds. Also the host was very accommodating. An ex - The property was excellent in many respects. The location was just a 5 minute walk to the Sloane Square tube station that took you anywhere in London and great connection to the railroads too. The property had very good WiFi and a nice new TV. The bedroom was small but quiet and the queen size bed was very comfortable. My husband is tall and enjoyed the large shower which is hard to find in a rental. There was a nice refrigerator and a local grocery store called Partridges which was a 10 minute walk that has everything you might need including prepared foods that just need to be heated. We also found a very nice Indian restaurant in a pretty townhouse about 10 minutes away with a fabulous mid- afternoon pre-fixe menu. It was called Kutir. Also, the owner was very quick to respond whenever we had a question. Nice large shower but small bathroom area.

The bad is extremely comfortable and big. We enjoyed staying in London for 10 days and the apartment contributed to it. Elena USA Some days the construction work at the street was very noisy, but we were trying to be out whole day.

The property owner kindly accommodated an early check in of luggage to allow us to sightsee until the official check-in time.

There were a lot of homey touches (coffee and cookies on arrival, umbrellas which were really helpful, etc.) The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom... That was a major issue. Also, the sofa BED is not a bed, it's a sofa.
• Just (8/5): Great London base for 2 - Secure, comfortable ground floor flat in a great location that works very well for a couple. The owner is very helpful and fast to respond. There is a convenience store and coffee shop as well as restaurants all within 3 min walk. The Venetian blinds in the sitting room are looking a little past their use by date.
• Roba (8/5): comfortable ground floor stay at an excellent location with responsive staff - the location is absolutely perfect, extremely close to Sloane Square station and surrounded by shops and cafes. the apartment is on the ground floor which is convenient and really clean. the staff are super responsive, communicative and clear. the heaters worked well and the hot water was always available. there were enough sheets and towels for the 3 of us and more. there was coffee and biscuits which is unusual. the furniture was a bit old, the sofa comfortably sleeps 1 person but is still not a sofa bed, just a regular sofa. you have to walk a bit to get the key but it’s a 5 minute walk.

But the sofa bed was just a narrow sofa that didn’t open into a bed. It was uninhabitable. The room was cold and the host didn’t respond to any of my emails.

But super quiet when you're in the property. Cute little space with a separate bedroom and kitchen/living space. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Would have liked a better light in the bedroom by the bed - the one there was a bit awkward to reach. Other than that, it was great.

• Heather (7/5): Good location. Extra headache if you’re a single mom with a kid. - The bed was incredibly comfortable! Location was very close to tube station, which was so helpful. Key pickup is not close to the flat and very inconvenient. There were no instructions inside the flat for common things like how to use the TV, the stove, etc… Most Airbnb’s have these and it would’ve been nice not to have to Google how to use the coffee maker. I never did work out how to use the stove, not being from Europe. Also the water gets dangerously hot, so could’ve done with a warning. My suggestion for landlord would be to include an informational booklet/paper inside the flat for how to use coffee maker/stove/dishwasher/washer, etc. This is pretty common for airbnbs. No one wants that headache on holiday.
