- Astrid (8/5): Very central, quiet location. - Great location near work meetings. Quiet and lovely view. Comfy bed, WiFi great. Good communication from owner who kindly let me drop my bags off early. Clean. Big cupboard for people staying longer and nice compact room with all you could need for a few nights. Fridge very noisy overnight and could do with a blackout blind in the bedroom. Bathroom could do with a refresh as a little shabby but for one night the room was perfect for my needs. Needs a full length mirror.

- Siana (10/5): Convenient - Great views, the size of the room is what you pay for. The washing machine was broken when i arrived, however management was swift to relocate us therefore no complaints. The location is superb and overruled all the negatives. Management is super quick to respond to questions and issues which is great at high stress times. Definitely recommend!!

- Devita (8/5): Its good for a solo traveler - It was very easy to check in, perfect space for a solo traveller, view is very nice, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates cutlery etc all great. I love a hard mattress but if you dont this is very hard and could be uncomfy for some people. Bathroom was perfect Kitchen smelt like pickles very weird, cold water tap in kitchen didnt work, kept spluttering and came out like grey with bits inside so i had to buy bottled water for the trip because seemed gross. Would be a squeeze for 2 people also no instructions for the microwave/grill/oven thing. Had no idea what to do with it and just didnt cook anything i needed to correctly

- Sio (3/5): Poor - The building has two kinds of room management (from two kind of owners), the one I booked is Airbnb from individual owner with poor cleaning standard, the other kind is from the service apartment owner who has lots of rooms there with proper housekeeping, I didn’t know until I got there, because they look the same on booking.com, my room is not clean and rusty, however the other one my friend booked is very clean very nice and her room is from the service apartment side that needs a proper check in at the reception desk, now I know you can secure to book the nice room from their official website , but here on booking.com it is very confusing
- Lynne (8/5): Superb location and great value - Superb location in the heart of Chelsea and South Kensington with tube station only a few minutes walk away with the Natural History, Science, V& A museums and the Saatchi gallery a little further. Next door to a supermarket. Wonderful area with many bars and restaurants. This very compact apartment has much of what you need - a small kitchen with little fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle, crockery etc. A bathroom with shower and some cupboard space. There are table and chairs for 2 and a double bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's very inexpensive for this area of London but you get what you pay for. Overall a very good experience and we were satisfied with the property. Please be aware there is no TV but of course it's not in the description and everyone has a device to stream on these days so not a problem for us. No toilet paper but the supermarket was next door so again no problem. It's obviously in a very busy area of London so expect street noise!

- Karen (5/5): It was a very small bright space & hot. There was a fan otherwise it would have been unbearable. - The location was good. The room was bright and sunny. It was clean if a little worn. There were a few essential household items and drinks that were provided to high saved us purchasing. No TV or AC. It was a south facing studio and extremely hot. So we had to keep the fan on constantly and curtain closed in the day

- Salma (9/5): Good stay, would recommend - the location is great, safe neighbourhood, in the middle of two well serviced underground station. the host accepted an early check in and was friendly and helpful. the apartment was clean and had every facility we might need. the bed was a little small for two.
