- Anna (9/5): - Excellent location, comfortable and clean. Host was communicative and friendly.
- Noreen (8/5): We were visting family in the area and it was ideal. - It was spotless , comfortable and well equipped. We have no complaints
- Pamela (8/5): Very good, will recommend - Near venues for Jazz on wick festival that weekend
Interesting architectural design and use of space
Peaceful, Victoria park on doorstep
15mins walk to two overground train stations, Hackney Wick and Homerton No mention in description that you access property behind VIctoria Park Road
Stairs down to Bathroom
- Oli (9/5): Fantastic ‘mini house’ that makes great use of the small space. Great location too - Parking anywhere near here is a nightmare
- Gillian (10/5): A beautiful hideaway in the middle of Hackney - For such a small home, its interiors are so cleverly laid out that it felt so spacious. Beautifully designed with all the amenities you could need plus tonnes of natural light.
- Erica (9/5): Lovely stay thanks again. - Thoughtfully designed, great location. Minor issue with key code.
- Claire (9/5): Beautifully designed space near a relaxing park - Beautifully designed space - the layout is a really clever use of a small space and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings and colour palette is really lovely. Large skylights to connect you to the outside and they let in a lot of light. Close to a beautiful park and other cool places like the Hackney wick community sauna. Good bus links nearby. Clear communication with host and very quick and helpful when I asked any questions. It can get hot inside if sunny and not all windows/skylights open so can restrict air flow and so was quite warm at night, there were fans in place however. A little bit of a walk/travel to shops/cafes but fine if you plan around this.
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manachain (8/5): Beautiful space, great location, really recommend. - The space and location are fantastic, very easy to drive to.
Host was very communicative and the kitchen is well enough equipped for a short stay.
Lots of little details and features that added to the stay. I'm a light sleeper, and the light leak from the living room in to the bedroom woke me up early even in the January gloom.
The bathroom is very nicely fitted out, but we struggled with the hot water a bit. We couldn't both shower and wash our hair etc without the hot water running out.
- Kajal (9/5): Cute little home, would 10/10 stay again! -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Good communication
Allowed us in an hour early
Nice clean and modern property
Good location close to Victoria Park
- Benjamin (8/5): Very good - There was no washing Machine which was a shame and the property could use a fresheing up in terms of paint/scuff marks etc.
Appart from that, it was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and practical.
- Marie (9/5): Beautiful stay - Beautiful stay. I was impressed by the design of the property and details and decoration. Honestly beautifuly decorated. Never seen that high standart of details and decoration in renting properties, was more like a high end hotel ! All the nice touches, soaps, rugs, frames and plants, bed linen and pillow cases. Bed was so comfy also !
It's perfect location, very quiet but close to the tube and good location in hackney/homerton. Only thing I would say is that the "entire home" tittle is a bit misleading as it is more like really small house. Was smaller than we thought. But it is perfect for 2 people for a few nights.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect for public transport and breakfast in the park hub.
- Mellor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Masako (8/5): Very lovely! Will come again! - Very nice taste in colors, decor etc. It would have been nice to have hooks to hang clothing inside the bathroom. The rounded doors were a bit awkward to handle although they are beautiful in design!
- Rosario (7/5): Good -
- Victoria (10/5): Amazing and unique tiny house perfect for two people - Amazing location and the perfect size for two people Literally the only thing I can think of is there was no Clear instructions on how to recycle - everything went in the same bin. But everything else was literally perfect!
- Liz (10/5): Wonderful property. Beautifully designed and decorated - Exceptional property, beautifully decorated and it was perfecr! It was all perfect
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Lovely little spot in east London - Wonderful little space next to Victoria park. Quiet and beautifully done Nothing really.
- Rebecca (9/5): Fell in love with the place-will definitely go back. - The place was a real novelty, cuteness around every corner. The decor was lovely, stylish, and the lighting was wonderful, so much natural light. The plants helped to give it a sort of tropical holiday feel. The provisions were really great; the kitchen had all the essentials, oil, tiny bottle of complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar, the bathroom had shampoo, etc. The crockery was lovely, probably handmade, there was a real earth-friendly sustainable feel to the place. There were nice little touches like a few interesting books, a few games, and when I had a question the owner picked up the phone straight away. These are tiny things in comparison to the loveliness of the place, but....watch out for the kitchen stools, fidget on them in a certain direction and they almost topple. Take an eye mask for the motion sensor light in the bedroom (it's only dim but was enough to make me glad I took my eye mask). The clever space saving meant that the TV was up in a sort-of cupboard/recess, which I find uncomfortable to watch, but that's just my preference.
- Edward (9/5): Superb -
- Eliane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (10/5): Already planning another visit - comfort and extremely clean lines made for an awesome stay. - Fabulous little place - so handy less than 10 min walk to homerton overground and on the edge of stunning Victoria park. Great vegan restaurants /pubs close by. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend. Like everything - only tiny tiny thing is no dedicated parking space but as weekend visit not an issue.
- David (10/5): I would definitely return. Thank you Spencer. - Cosy and self sufficient. Very well designed with auto sensor lights on stairs and bathroom. Wish there was a proper coffee machine of some sort.
- David (9/5): A unique functional and wonderfully located home away from home. Lighting inside tge house has been well thought out. I - Ideal location - close to the park, quiet at night and easy to get around. Would have loved a coffee machine - something quite common these days with short stay accommodations.
- Camelia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lodge (10/5): Would come again. - Excellent spot! Really easy to access with keyless entry, the home feels welcoming and comfortable. It's laid out so nicely so feels like you have space. Much better than a hotel. Recommended.
- Theodore (10/5): Great place for a longer term stay in London, close to Victoria park and transit hubs. But also super quiet and really c - The design of the house was amazing and it was just a really restful place
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (10/5): Beautiful cosy spot to explore East London - Great location for exploring East London. Beautiful little place, making really good use of the space. Comfy for nights in and great light in the day time. Would have liked some more hooks to hang a few things in the bathroom.
- Sara (9/5): Relaxing - The use of space in the property was really nice. I loved the skylights, filled the property with a lot of natural light during the day.
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Super cute tiny house - Super cute interior
- Zhang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Absolutely loved it, highly recommend this unique and comfortable home. - Location, innovative design, comfort, peaceful neighborhood Automatic lights were tricky to figure out, there was one on the bedroom ceiling which I couldn't turn off for the life of me. Water pump is also quite loud when showering/flushing the toilet
- Gabriella (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Exactly what I needed and perfect for a few nights in London. Really lovely place, thought of every detail. Nothing.
- Ejder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (8/5): Perfect location and very comfortable just needs a few things attended to. - Is a great location and very comfortable for a ‘tiny home’ which is what it is. There is a washing machine but we had to take all the cleaning equipment off it and unfortunately there was no clothes horse which is needed when travelling. Was disappointing as we had stayed 2 years prior and all was available.
- Mureza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warwick (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean
Modern fit out Entry directions very poor as being around the back was not specified
Entire house description misleading as it is very small and tight
Washing machine hidden, no instructions, no powder
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Beautiful comfortable cute cosy house which was very peaceful. Good links to London. Really enjoyed ❤️
- Rob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Idoia (10/5): This place allows you walking by the canals and enjoying at Hackney wicks - The asthonising details of the house and the wonderful location Not having a larger ceiling for smoking outside
- M (8/5): Beautiful space, attention to detail - A beautifully designed space, and was clear to see the detail and craftsmanship that had gone into the planning. Great light, high ceilings and feels homely but modern. Transport links nearby, and you’re just on the back of Victoria Park itself. I was travelling for work, so just used as a base and it had everything I needed. Quick and easy communication with the property. Followed house rules and managed ok, but seems a slight plumbing issue in bathroom?
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Manet (8/5): Very good - Very cosy little place. Excellent location near Victoria park.
- Junior (10/5): a very comfortable and easy to access home. The owner was great when it came to giving clear and simple instructions. I - the decor and facilities were very east and great to use
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good - close. clean. cozy. poor instructions on where to enter and how to get there as well as how to use all fancy lighting etc.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (10/5): perfect stay - the light and the quality of the minimalist space
- Victoria (9/5): Small but perfectly formed. Excellent location - Fabulous use of space Excellent location as we were going to a concert in Victoria Park, a number of shops close by and one excellent pizza take away. a number of reasonable pubs close by too. Very comfy bed Really enjoyed our stay One small criticism , no cooking pans just the one frying pan, shame with such a good oven and hob unit, Didn't bother us as we only stayed for 2 nights , but eating out could be expensive if you stayed longer.
- Margaret (9/5): Superb -
- Merran (6/5): Insides nice that’s about it - the interior of the accommodation was lovely and it was close to the train station. The place is roasting when we arrived it was was 29°c and it was very hard to bring is down. There was two fans and they were on constant. The front window was level with the road outside so it didn’t feel the safest to open it as we had a man come up within 20 minutes of arriving asking us questions. The front door was a little tricky to open. Food that we put in the fridge ended up frozen. The lights panel were a bit confusing and could do with labelling. The skylight above the bed made it hard to sleep when the sun came up also made the house warmer. The location of the accommodation is in a back road at the back of someone house which made it feel quite unsafe especially if you are a women. Would not recommend to solo women travellers at all
