Tracey (8/5): Very good - location was terrific couldn't work the tv, showers were difficult to work out, we needed to make contact as we were given the incorrect code for the keys are. No tea towels for drying dishes
Bruce (7/5): Disappointed to find that it was a basement apartment - The size of the apartment was excellent for London Disappointed to find that it was a basement apartment and that was not mentioned in the publicity. Did not feel safe on the stairs down and they need to be replaced. The internet was not working when we arrived and not repaired until end of second day.
Anthony (8/5): Very good - Very convenient for Paddington Station, Hyde Park, Kensington Park etc. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable property with very attentive host, lots of information supplied to enable easy key retrieval and directions. Fast to respond.
