• Mohamed (1/5): Not a great experience. Checked out half way into my 11 day booking and went to a hotel. - Lots of pots and pans etc THe flat was painted white and it looked inviting but it was cold. It took threedays to get the temp upto 20C. THe sink in the bathroom was tiny. Every time I washed my hands I splashed water on the floor. All my shaving kit, tooth brush etc had to be kept in the kitchen which was next to the bathroom. The 'sofa' was very uncomfortable , probably because it was a bed without much padding. The outside temperature was 3C at night. I was cold so I left after 6 nights (had paid for 11 nights) and checked into a Holiday Inn in Hammersmith. I was finally warm. When I arrived at the flat I was a bit bewildered as the porch door had no lock and it looked neglected (door needs to be painted). The flat is on the first floor. The lights inside are on a timer. I was half way up the stairs when the lights went out. I was carrying two bags. I managed to struggle up to my flat. There was plenty of lights once you were in the appartment. I am sorry to be so critical.

• Isabelle (8/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! - Die Lage ist super. Nahe Tube und Bus, mitten in Chiswick mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Die Themse ist in 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht und ist schön hell mit schöner Aussicht ins Quartier. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war einmalig und Sie war sehr entgegenkommend, herzlichen Dank! Zugang zum Schrank. Temperaturregulierung Dusche.

• Glenda (7/5): Convenient and clean. There is a steep flight of stairs if that is an issue. It is also very dark in the stairwell, so u - Great location. Nice and sunny. Good size for the price. Owner was very easy to contact. Bedroom was small. Shower temperature regulation was tricky
• Janelle (9/5): Very nice and would stay there again! - The apartment really nice and spacious. It was conveniently located to local shops, buses and train station. Having the options to either cook or refrigerate and reheat takeaways was wonderful. The appliances worked well. The shower's water heat and pressure were really nice as well. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The instructions were easy to follow. The door keys took a bit to get used to unlocking and relocking but were fine once figured out. It was well stocked with plates, pans, utensils and linens. Plus, there were some coffee, teas and condiments available. The couch was very, very low and difficult to try and stand up from a sitting position. Especially for someone with knee issues. Plus, a bit uncomfortable with the springs. The only other chairs were the plastic Ikea ones. The hallway light was on a timer. If you didn't move fast enough, you had to fumble a bit in the dark to find it and to turn it on again (night or day) if your phone wasn't immediately handy. You could hear outside noices fairly clearly. The kitchen window seemed like it didn't close all the way. I would definitely stay again, especially if it had different sitting arrangements.

• Joana (9/5): A perfect getaway in Chiswick! - The apartment is very confortable, very well equiped kitchen and bathroom (soap, shampoo, lotion, showergel, dishwasher soap, toaster, water filter cup, coffee, etc.) The internet worked well, the USB port is a plus for non-UK visitors Very close to the subway Very beautiful area and surroundings the shower temperature was difficult to regulate and was always very hot and we couldn't see how to change it! however, it wasn't such a big deal since we didn't reach the owner for this. The sleeping area is very small, with only one side table and no lamp but enough for a couple!
• Andreina (10/5): We loved our stay in this apartment - I loved everything! The location is very close to an underground station and bus stops so it is really easy to explore the city. The apartment is lovely, tidy and full of appliances. There is everything you need and more. Finally, the host is very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay!

• Yi (8/5): Very good - Close to a couple of supermarkets and the stations. Space is comfortable. The view outside of the small dining table is spectacular. Coffee, tea and some canned food is a nice touch. Plenty of blankets and bedding when we got cold. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked so we barely used our own products. No lift but it's clearly stated. The shower head needs some repair as it's leaking. No issue with the shower but water was wasted. We reached out to the contact person and received no response.

• Paul (7/5): Great location but suites better for use by a single person as opposed to a couple. - The location was excellent with easy access to West and Central London. The bed was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable but up against the bedroom wall in one side. It was difficult to sleep up against a wall and have to crawl over another person to go to the bathroom, etc. There was no comfortable seating in the living room to sit down on for any length of time. This flat is more suited for single person. It is difficult to open the bedroom cupboard to use for any storage/hanging up if clothing, etc.

Wardrobe was hard to use because the space was small so it was hard to open the door fully so can't open drawers but that wasn't a big problem.

• Judith (9/5): My stay was very comfortable. - The location is very convenient with a bus stop close by for a bus to Chiswick High Road. Gunnersbury Station is within easy walking ditance. The bedroom wardrobe could have sliding doors for ease of access. The clothes rail in that cupboard is much too high.
