• Cristina (7/5): Bien pero le faltan cosas - Buena ubicación, luminoso. El baño viene con jabón de manos, gel, champú y acondicionador. La cocina tiene utensilios para cocinar y vajilla suficiente. Resulta cómodo en cuanto a espacio para 2 personas, pero es pequeño para las 4 que caben. La cocina no tiene microondas. Las ventanas no tienen persianas, y la cortina negra no hace mucho. Las almohadas son bastante malas. Hay secador, pero no hay enchufe en el baño ni espejo en la habitación, por lo que te gestionas el pelo a ciegas. No hay sitio donde colgar las toallas húmedas en el baño.
• LOISEAU (6/5): Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Londres et avons adoré le quartier de Shoreditch - C'est un quartier très vivant avec tous les commerces, restaurant, bars, bus, à proximité. L'appartement était lumineux et assez grand pour nous 4. Nous disposions d'un ascenseur (pratique avec les valises et les enfants), d'un frigo et de plaques de cuisson pour déjeuner ou réchauffer nos plats. En revanche c'était assez bruyant (le train passe très régulièrement devant la fenêtre et les soirées sont animées. Une ventilation dans la salle de bain faisait du bruit.

Die Dusche im Bad tropft unentwegt, im Hausflur geht alle 10 Minuten ein laute Anlage an (Lüftung?), sodass der Schlaf stark beeinträchtigt ist.

• Mul (7/5): Good Location and Clean Apartment, but Cooking Facilities Could Be Improved - The apartment is in a great location in the city, and both the kitchen and bathroom were nice and well maintained. The apartment was also clean. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not have an extractor hood. Combined with the fact that the apartment had only one window that could be opened and that the smoke detector was positioned almost directly above the stove, cooking was rather uncomfortable. There was also air conditioning in the room; however, unfortunately, no remote control was provided for it.

• Assad (5/5): En un mot: passable - L'emplacement du logement est top, il se situe dans un quartier animé, et est accessible très facilement car il proche des transports en commun (underground, bus et overground). Il est aussi proche des supermarchés si jamais il y a un besoin de faire des courses et des restaurants de tout types pour manger dehors. Le logement reste assez bien équipé, notamment la salle de bain qui est superbe. L'isolation sonore du logement est à revoir, les chambres sont très exposées aux bruits extérieurs (par exemple l'overground passe fréquemment et les roues sur les rails font un bruit monstre) même avec les fenêtres fermées, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Les chambres sont équivalentes à des fours, il y fait extrêmement chaud la nuit, obligeant l'ouverture des fenêtres pour rafraîchir la pièce, mais vous l'avez compris la contrepartie est le bruit. Il manque des rideaux dans le salon qui sert également de chambre, les personnes qui dorment dans cette pièce (car possédant des canapés-lits) sont obligés de subir la lumière du jour alors que leur sommeil est loin d'être terminé, cela serait un petit rajout qui est très profitable aux futurs usagers. À l'arrivée dans le logement, une des premières impressions de notre groupe est que le sol était assez collant, comme si des boissons avaient été renversées dessus, ce qui n'a pas du tout été agréable et malheureusement regrettable.

• Marika (7/5): Lekker appartement in leuke buurt - Het appartement ligt in een leuke buurt. Geen last van de trein. Heerlijke bedden en goed geslapen . Modern ingericht. De douche was heel heet en niet stelbaar. In de nacht drupte deze ook af en toe irritant. In de keuken was maar 1 pan, dus koken is niet te doen. Ook geen overschaal voor de oven.

No lights. No power. Nothing. I was literally standing in the dark. The host's solution? "We're getting a generator." No timeline. No urgency. No apology. I then had to waste over an hour on hold with Booking.com trying to get this sorted, while sitting in a dark, unusable property that was advertised as a functioning place to stay. It is not. It is unfit for human habitation. But wait — it gets better. After the electricity was eventually bodged back on, DRILLING started. At 1AM. Let me repeat that. Power tools, at one o'clock in the morning, in a place where paying guests are trying to sleep. I travelled to London for an important work commitment. This place single-handedly disrupted my entire evening, robbed me of sleep, and forced me to leave in the middle of the night to find somewhere else to stay. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It should not be listed anywhere. It is a disgrace. I want every penny back and I will be pursuing this through every channel available to me. I like faucets behind the hose. Also, this shower leaks and drips constantly, which is especially audible at night. Also, there was no microwave in the room - this is a big minus, because there was no way to heat up the food you bought.

• Daniel (9/5): Pleasant and accommodating. - The flat was in a good location. The instructions to get in where easy. The flat was nice, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and fold out couch as well as clean linens and towels. There was loads of storage space as well as many kitchen appliances and a fan. The owner was also very nice and accommodating as we had an unintentional blunder on our part the day we drove up and she was very understanding and quick to respond. We couldn't locate the air conditioning remote, but that may have been our own oversight. With 4 people in the room and no way to open the windows it did get a bit stuffy and hot but we used the plug-in fan when we were in. We also couldn't find an extractor fan in the bathroom either which added to the stuffiness a bit.
• Lleonard (3/5): Només serveix per dormir i dutxar-se si no tens moltes manies. - L'habitació estava neta però tot molt desgastat, al bany els calaixos no obrien, el portarotlles del paper wc estava romput, cada cop que es feia servir aigua feia un soroll molt fort, la nevera no refredava, la petita terrassa bruta i amb les retjoles espatllades, hi ha un gimnas just a baix que et desperta a les 06:00 del matí, igual que el soroll dels trens. També feia una olor desagradable que no vàrem aconseguir treure.
• Jessica (4/5): For what we paid and for what we received it was not worth it. Too much money. Don't waste it. - It is central and easy to get around from. We stayed in room 11. It was dirty upon arrival, no means to cool the rooms, the toilet did not flush properly and you could not adjust the shower temperature (either hot or hot.)

• Beet (8/5): - Lack of communication after my stay when trying and get an invoice supplied. I've messaged them several time to get no reply. I require an invoice to claim back expenses but now unable to supplying it. Avoid if in the city for business.

• Marange (5/5): Prima maar kut geslapen. - De ligging en hoe het eruit zag Ik was er 5 dagen en kreeg geen schone handdoeken. Ik vind dat het op z’n minst 1 keer verwisseld had kunnen worden. En het geluid van de afvoer was heel hard en hoorde je vaak ook als andere kamers de douche gebruikten. We werden er wakker van ( ook in de nacht ) en konden er niet van slapen. Het geluid bleef soms een half uur achter elkaar door gaan en dat was echt vervelend. Het leek steeds alsof er iemand aan het boren was!

• David (10/5): Muy bien - La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo en bus y metro ubicado en la misma calle. Supermercado Tesco muy cerca. Nosotros no escuchamos ningun ruido molesta. Lo único es que te enteras del deposito de seguridad tarde porque está muy escondido el texto pero me lo devolvieron rápido. Repetiría apartamento El agua caliente no se puede mezclar y quema mucho
• Florence (7/5): Étroit pour 4 personnes mais qualité prix correct dans un quartier sympa - L'emplacement dans un quartier sympa, assez proche de la city et d'un arrêt de bus avec passages fréquents. Station de metro a 10 min a pied. La cuisine a été appréciable. Petite supérette a 2 pas en bas de l'immeuble. Lieu calme ( sauf bruit des voisins la première nuit). Rapport qualité/prix convenable. La piece est petite pour 4 personnes : pas de table pour manger et une fois le canapé déplié on ne pouvait que difficilement se mouvoir et utiliser la cuisine . Le lavabo de la salle de bain n'est pas adapté pr se laver les dents ( c un lavabo de WC , rapidement de l'eau partout...)La photo de booking est trompeuse : pas de toit terrasse.
• PETER (5/5): Adequately modern and sufficiently clean room - Reasonably modern and comfortable. Reasonably accurate photos but unclear which room we would be in. Lack of communication. I had requested to be able to contact the host due to some previous bad experiences. This was granted. However, the host sent only one message acknowledging the booking and asking for deposit to be paid. On frequent calls to the property, messages, WhatsApp messages there were no responses. This was disappointing. I had a issue with the oven which was not answered, I wanted to ask about parking but no answer and a few other minor issues were not addressed - tv / heating and others (finally found heating control tucked behind bed when leaving, but couldn't turn on during our stay); contact before and during would have been useful and reassuring. It was an adequate stay, thankfully, and it was comfortable enough and no major issues, but the lack of communication added to stress.
• Anna (1/5): Terribile, sono stato assillato da un fortissimo mal di schiena a causa di materasso e letto - Il fatto che l'ingresso era regolato da codici e non da chiavi Il letto e il materasso sono orribili, i lavandini assolutamente non funzionali. La zona è molto rumorosa.
• Karol (2/5): Lipa - Lokalizacja. Niestety pokój był bardzo brudny, niezadbany, grzejniki nie działały, klimatyzacja nie działała, okna nie są szczelne, personel nie jest dostępny do komunikacji. Bardzo przestrzegam przed czystością pokoi, oraz o zwrócenie uwagę na kaucje, o której nie ma informacji i Shoreditch place nie stara się zwrócić pieniędzy za kaucje. Gwarantują zwrot w ciągu 7dni po czym robią się z tego 3 tygodnie. Ogólnie odradzam, jedyna godna polecenia jest lokalizacja.

• Nathalie (7/5): Séjour sympa mais aurait pu être mieux s'il n'y avait pas eu les problèmes de fenêtres. - Emplacement facile à trouver et bien desservi en buspour visiter Londres Carreau cassé remplacé par une planche : courant d'air froid très désagréable la nuit quand on dort ds le canapé. Fenêtres vétustes.on entend tout le bruit de la rue
• Khaleel (10/5): Worth every penny! - The property is beautiful and the host is very patient and kind. I have used this the second time now and will also use it for all future stays in shoreditch Only one small improvement could be cleaning material such as fairy liquid and sponge etc, would have loved to thoroughly clean the dishes and also a recycling bin, everything else was spot on!
• Louise (7/5): - The location was pefect for us, only 3 minutes walk from Ballie Ballerson where we were attending a work night. The hosts were very helpful prior to our visit when I had some queries. Trains are very noisy and someone nearby blasted music at 7am
