Hair in the shower, everything needs fixing, including the floor. Water pressure was next to nothing, and I had NO hot water for the whole stay, so I had to have cold showers (the room is also cold), which I flagged, but the team did nothing. It's cheap and cheap for a reason, but a hot shower isn't a big ask. The bed is uncomfortable, like cardboard. Also, there is nowhere to leave your luggage.. "Aflie's" doesn't seem to be open anymore. Overall, I'd just not.

Avendo il treno molto presto al mattino (4:40) per raggiungere London Stansted Airport, abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché si trova a circa 15–20 minuti a piedi da Liverpool Street Station. Questo ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente la stazione durante la notte. Eravamo in tre, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato solo il letto matrimoniale preparato, mentre il divano letto non era sistemato e gli asciugamani erano solo per due persone. Essendo arrivati in piena notte, l’host non ha risposto subito ai nostri messaggi e per un momento siamo rimasti un po’ spiazzati. La prima notte, infatti, un mio amico ha dormito sul divano senza la biancheria necessaria. Il giorno dopo l’host ci ha poi risposto spiegando che in una borsa erano presenti le lenzuola e tutto il necessario per preparare il divano letto, ma purtroppo non era stato comunicato chiaramente in anticipo.

Three screws sticking up from the partition between the room and bathroom, one of them snagged the bottom of my foot. I also didn't like that I couldn't lock the door manually form the inside. La habitación era la más barata pero era diminuta, no había espacio ni para abrir una maleta de mano. El baño era minúsculo y la ducha se desmontaba de pie todos lados, LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO ESTABA ROTA Y NO SE PODÍA MOVER. De vergüenza. Únicamente tres perchas en el “perchero” que no daba ni para colgar tres cosas y la ventana no cerraba, siempre se quedaba un poco abierta y entraba viento. Se escuchaban siempre palomas, había un palomar justo encima de la habitación y se colaron en el vestíbulo en una ocasión. Además, nuestra estancia era para tres días y dos noches 2 PERSONAS, y había una pequeña máquina de café SUCIA donde solo habían dejado 3 cápsulas de café que no daban ni para un café cada uno por las mañana. Recipiente donde estaban las cápsulas SUCIO también.

- Kyra (3/5): De hele week gezeik - De kamer zelf was op zich prima. De locatie was top. De koelkast bleek kapot te zijn waardoor al ons eten niet meer goed was. Na contact met de accomodatie werd dit probleem niet opgelost. We kregen pas een vervangende koelkast (na 4 dagen!) nadat we een klacht hadden ingediend bij Booking. Ook was er op de kamer constant een zoemend geluid van een kastje met routers op de gang echt direct naast onze deur, wat we zowel 's nachts als overdag bleven horen. Daardoor altijd muziek op moeten zetten op de kamer en moeten slapen met oordoppen om er geen last van te hebben. Weinig ontspannend. Dit werd ook niet opgelost door de accomodatie en de communicatie met hen verliep erg slecht. Er kwam niemand kijken, de telefoon werd niet opgenomen, het duurde uren voordat er reactie kwam op onze berichten, en er werden geen actieve stappen ondernomen om ons te helpen (op de uiteindelijk vervangende koelkast na). We begrepen van een andere bezoeker dat haar koelkast tevens stuk was en de wasmachine in de gedeelde ruimte deed het ook niet. Boek vooral NIET de kamer met het gele bed.

There was a check-it choice between making a security deposit of paying a plain fee - this is understandable, but in a normal situation this should be included in the original booking page, not to add some burden to the last days before travel.

- SIDEM (5/5): Avarage overnight city stay - Access to the premises was easy if you followed the instructions. The bed and room were clean but worn out, so not as shiny as in the photos. It was reasonable for a convenient overnight stay if you are out for the night, but unfortunately I wouldn’t choose it again, as the value does not correlate with the level of comfort. My assigned room was changed from the first floor to the third floor due to a leak the day before my arrival, only to find that the shower was also not working in the newly assigned room after spending the night. I was expecting some noise pollution, but I wasn’t expecting it not to stop at all, which is something people should be aware of.

Having someone available on site would have been easier. The bar mentioned for help was closed our entire stay. The bed was very small and uncomfortable, we were unaware that there would be no AC or elevator to access the property. The second fan provided did not work. No washcloths were provided (towels yes, but no washcloths). The wifi QR code on the door in the room had the wrong password, so we had to go to a local bar and access wifi there to get into our email to find the password.

There are plenty of great cafés, hipster shops, and places to explore nearby, which made the stay very enjoyable. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, with enough room for a pleasant stay. The heating did not work as well as expected and the room felt colder than ideal at times. We also experienced a few electrical issues during our stay. Although these were resolved quickly, the situation was a bit inconvenient.
