- Cristina (7/5): - Great location, spacious apartment for up to 4 people. Good terrace to have breakfast. The overall cleanliness of the apartment needs to be improved, especially in the kitchen, because all utensils and oven were dirty.
The door handles of the bedroom and bathroom need to be fixed as well.

- Luisa Pagani (4/5): Non ci tornerei - La zona La pulizia della casa. Il patio inutilizzabile troppo sporco. Non è a livello strada ma sotto di un piano scomodissimo entrare. C'è solo una porta finestra in sala le altre una in cucina e una in camera non si aprono e sono sporchissime.

- Johanna (7/5): - Mycket bra läge för att enkelt kunna ta sig runt i London med buss eller tunnelbana. Lägenheten hade bra utrustat kök o ett fint o lugnt läge mot parken. Bra kommunikation med uthyrarna. Vi hade uppskattat en bäddmadrass till bäddsoffan.

The neighborhood is quiet, great for families.
You can get to Oxford Street in 10 minutes by bus number 7. There are shops and restaurants nearby. There is a children's playground and a park in front of the apartment. The apartment has its own small terrace where squirrels come to visit.
The heating is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. The double bed is very comfortable for a rest.

- Marieke (7/5): Good - Very nice location! We were a group of 4 but only 2 beds were prepared, the apartment smelled a bit like someone smoked there, and the bedding in the closet did not seem very clean
- Gavin (8/5): Comfortable Cozy Stay - Just under 5 minutes walk to the Royal Oak tube station, it is a nice walk around the neighbourhood, supermarkets are around the corner. Host is readily available if you need to communicate. Off street parking near the property is not easy to find. Observe the signage for non/permanent pass holders. TV doesn't work well controller for it needs replaced.
- Grace (8/5): Seemless booking, renting and leaving. Ester was accommodating and answered any questions I had. - Location was great! Flat was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Wish there was a light in the garden so we could see at night.
- Tim (1/5): Extremely poor experience. We did not stay in this disgusting, smelly apartment at all. - The kitchen was ok. Main complaint was the dank smell, along with general grubbiness, poor fittings, junk in the cupboards, filth in the overgrown courtyard/patio (unusable), uninviting, old bedlinen and a smelly and grotty key lockbox area and entry hall (very tight and steep with luggage).
The images on Booking.com are misleading - we booked on the basis of those images but reality was very different. In terms of value for money it is very poor; had the apartment been the one in the set of images value for money would have been ok.
I have an auto-immune condition and we just could not stay in an apartment that we felt was largely uninhabitable.
The host offered to have the apartment cleaned, but for ALL of the reasons above we booked elsewhere in London (via Booking.com) and did not stay in this apartment. We did not cancel (for policy reasons) and the host flatly refused to refund us in part or in whole.
We have logged a complaint with Booking.com and are awaiting a response.

You will see that photos 4-21 are of another apartment - this is what we were expecting ...neat, tidy, clean and modern. What we arrived at was the apartment in the remaining photos. How much research and double checking are we expected to do?

You will see just how poor and nearly decrepit the apartment and the patio are. It might have been cleaned but it was in VERY poor condition - the approach/entry was disgusting, the patio was unusable, the fittings were awful, the walls and doors had a sheen of grime and dirt and the bed linen and pillows were really uninviting. The only room that was acceptable was the kitchen. What our shots can't convey is the dank SMELL!

- Grace (7/5): A decent place for a short stay. - location is a short walk to 3 stations, very near to many eateries and supermarkets. Waitrose is just at the back mere metres away. Pharmacy is also closeby. Good size and ideal for family of 4. Ester is quick to respond when in touch. I love the hassle free check-in and out. Internet connection is good but TV don't even bother. Despite being a basement unit, you don't really feel enclosed in because of the garden area. Alot of great potential for this unit if renovated. House is quite tired and in need of some upgrade/refurbishment. Not very cleaned unfortunately and the garden is quite overgrown, we didn't even bother to open up the patio doors. Mattress & sofa beds are not the most comfortable to sleep on as it is quite worn out.
Staircase down is quite narrow so navigating luggages can be an issue. Just minor inconvenience but if you have disability and have issues with stairs then this unit is not for you. It was extremely cold when we checked in given that it was winter. It took many hours to heat up the place but once it's heated up, all is good.

The patio was wonderful too! At times, the shower water would leak on to the bathroom floor which would be a hassle.
