E' all'interno di un quartiere vivissimo sopratutto per ciò che riguarda il cibo e i locali serali. L'appartamento è in una via secondaria rispetto a quelle di maggior vivacità pertanto di notte è abbastanza silenzioso. Direi che non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Se proprio vogliamo fare i difficili il divano letto non è comodo come un letto ma potevo immaginarlo quando avevo letto che il secondo letto era di questo tipo.

• Ousama (6/5): - The location is incredible, right in the heart of London, and the apartment is pretty comfortable First of all, the bedding is a joke; honestly, it wouldn't cost anything to replace the mattress—we slept on a spring mattress fit for a prison. It has all the necessary amenities except for a vacuum cleaner—there’s a small broom, but it’s cheap and ineffective. You can’t store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so expect extra costs because the solution offered by the manager comes with a fee. As for the mattress, several guests have already complained about it in reviews, so it’s a shame that the feedback isn’t taken into account at all.

• Imbi (9/5): Lovely and cozy stay in London. - The apartment is in an excellent location – close to a tube station and within walking distance of key sights. There are great grocery stores and cafes just around the corner. The check-in process was very simple and logical, making the arrival smooth and easy. The apartment itself is clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (even a washing machine), and it was a lovely touch to find toiletries in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a solid choice for the location. If I ever find myself in London again, this accommodation will be my first choice! A few small details would have made the stay even more comfortable: a couple of hooks for coats, a higher coffee table, and a rug in the living room for extra warmth and coziness. I also noticed that the blinds need a minor repair, and the mattress is a bit worn – a mattress topper would definitely improve the sleep quality.

• Anne-sophie (8/5): L’impression de vivre Londres comme un local. - L’emplacement hyper central, l’appartement est bien entretenu et agréable. Le quartier est vraiment sympa, animé de jour comme le soir mais au calme. Manque d’équipements: pas de meuble dans la sdb, pas de portemanteau pour les vestes, peu de rangements en général mais c’est un détail. Le canapé lit est beaucoup trop dur mais les enfants y ont tout de même bien dormi.

• Jim (8/5): Great location, clean, compact. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Soho, but tucked away in a backstreet. This made it relatively quiet and out of the way, which was great, though the street attracts a few sketchy and/or drunk individuals or groups looking for a more secluded spot at night. We had no trouble at all but my wife and daughter wouldn't have wanted to come home late alone. The flat is small but clean, well equipped, and generally seems well looked after. The shower is one of those with a mind of its own - super hot or very cold and not much inbetween. Can be managed with some effort. One of the blinds wouldn't open properly. We asked for some extra pillows and although they said they would ask the cleaners to drop some in, they didn't.

• Paulo Manuel (9/5): - Very nice house, cozy and well equipped. The location is perfect for someone who wants to be in the city centre, with no noise. The house was also always warm, which was a total plus. We enjoyed our stay :) Not having a lift can be a little bit tiring if you had a day with a lot of walking, but it's not that big of a deal. The sofa is not super comfortable but it's okay if you're staying for a few days.

No es un problema pero bueno. El colchón de la cama estaba bastante trotado,” y el sofá cama es para niños.

• Dolores (9/5): Una opción genial en el centro de Londres. - Apartamento muy comfortable, todo bastante nuevo y mucho espacio para 3 personas. Entrada con código, muy cómodo. Contacto permanente a través de mensajes pero no hemos necesitado demasiado el servicio, todo era bastante sencillo de utilizar. El baño de buen tamaño comparado con otros alojamientos en Londres. Una cócina práctica y muy nueva y calefacción con regulación manual. El sofa cama de buen tamaño pero no creo que sea muy recomendable para adultos. En mi caso lo usó una niña de 9 años y ha descansado bien. Dormitorio con armario con espacio para bastante ropa. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la ubicación, muy facil moverse y muchas zonas interesantes a poca distancia caminando. He viajado con mis dos hijas y ha sido una de las mejores cosas de la estancia.

El agua de la ducha no sale con tanta presión pero tiene agua caliente ilimitada. La zona es genial. Una calle tranquila en el medio de SoHo. Zona de bares y restaurantes y tiendas y el metro a pocas cuadras. Hay que subir dos pisos por escalera, que es angostita, pero no es nada grave. Vale la pena el apartamento. Todo estuvo muy bien. Solo que el sofá cama no es taaan cómodo como parece.

• Ana isabel (8/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es lo mejor de éste apartamento, puedes ir andando a todos los lugares de interés Cómo pegas le pondría : el tener que subir 3 pisos con las maletas de 4 personas al no haber ascensor;; para nosotros el colchón de la cama no era nada cómodo y menos el sofá cama, muy duro y fino el colchón. Y finalmente le pondría como sugerencia el poder tener un sitio donde dejar las maletas gratis cuando haces el check out, yo creo que con el precio que pagamos debiera incluir éste servicio, no sólo ofrecerte dicho servicio a través de un tercero, pagando y no sabes dónde... En nuestro caso el vuelo salía de noche y perdimos el día por tener que cargar con maletas. Además vinieron a las 10 en punto prácticamente a echarnos el día del check out, si, la hora de salida, pero bueno, un poco de flexibilidad se agradecería.

• Karin (10/5): Fantastiskt läge, ljus och fräsch lägenhet! - Ljus och fräsch lägenhet som passade vår familj på 4 personer perfekt! Härliga täcken och kuddar. Fantastiskt läge, bara några minuters promenad till Oxford street och Carnaby, 6-8 minuter till Piccadilly Cirkus och Oxford circus. Från Heathrow är det enkelt att ta Victoria line till Tottenham court road, ca 8 minuter från lägenheten. Fantastisk mataffär på M&S, enbart några minuter bort. Det finns även Sainsbury och Tresco i närheten. Smidig in- och utcheckning via koder. Vi är väldigt nöjda, men det hade varit toppen med några krokar i hallen för jackorna. Bäddsoffan var en aningens hård, men funkade.

It certainly felt like a home from home. Maybe a little more provisions would have been great I.e kitchen roll, cleaning provisions etc.

Kitchen supplies were adequate and new. The shower temperature was very good, but the water pressure could have been better. It wasn’t a big problem though.

Excellent communication, check-in process was very smooth, the apartment was clean and as described. Wi-fi was good. Quite quiet for Soho, spacious living room, modern (but tiny) bathroom. All in all, we had a good stay. The bed was just okay, but the sleeper sofa was really uncomfortable - might be fine for a young kid, but not for an adult. There was not enough soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for the 3 of us for 4 nights (and it was communicated that the property would not provide any more) so we had to buy some. Not the end of the world, but I don't really want to deal with that on vacation. No tissue, no paper towel in the kitchen, no coffee machine... just the bare minimum really. These little things would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable!
• Ashscrwen (9/5): Near flawless apartment with a wonderful host in the best location - Pretty much everything! Excellent location, great space, wonderful facilities. A little smaller than I imagined, but I've never been good with guessing size (ask my wife). Really tiny, tiny, tiny things to be improved, but nothing major. There could be a couple of hooks to hang things, for example. It is quite a warm apartment, and I wish the windows would open just a tiny bit more (though I understand why they don't). I wish the blinds were blackout curtains instead, as the rooms are quite bright at night. But, again, these are really tiny issues and I'd absolutely recommend staying here (I will be again, for sure!)

• Samuel (9/5): Good for two or four in a fantastic location - Fantastic location in the heart of Soho, in the thick of things, but the apartment is quiet. Check-in was smooth and well communicated. A small question we had was answered promptly. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, ironing board etc. It was all good but I can't stress enough how cool the location is. Be aware that the apartment is fairly small for four people, especially the bathroom. Shower pressure was weak.
