Guest Reviews
- Saleem (1/5): I was traumatized and nigh robbed. - There was already someone else living in the room. When I checked in and the other guest came in and threatened me and got me to give him 30 pounds for the few hours I was in the room even when I had the confirmation and invoice from Booking.com. I tried contacting the property owner but the contact number was not available.
Worst experience ever; it was a very unsafe situation for me in a completely new city. The other guest was getting aggressive at me. He kept me there forcefully for about half and hour until i gave him 30 pounds and saved myself from the situation. I have raised this issue with the booking.com customer service and they have refunded the stay, but it is still unfair and does not compensate for what I put through.
- mike (5/5): What you pay for. - Easy to check in. Easy to find room. All good overall. The shower was easy to use. People upstairs were very loud. Stairs outside are very dangerous when it's dark and when leaving. Kitchen was used and not cleaned by another guest. The bathroom was a bit smelly. I asked staff 3 times where to park, and no answer. Luckily parking is not hard to find once you get there. A bit of a tip.

- Karl (8/5): - Its fine. Self check in is good. Very quiet on work days. But weekends are very noisy when all those neighbours set up those home discos. Clean. Washing machine would be of use
- Famodun (8/5): nice stay -
- Venizelos (2/5): Very poor - Dirty bed mattress. I got psoriasis from akaris in the bed mattress. If you don't know how bad this is, just Google it. I'm never visiting again.

- Esther (7/5): Good -
- Dave (9/5): Superb - Good single room for when working away from home. The kitchen is great and has all the amenities needed. Also good having the 2 bathrooms to avoid any hold ups in the morning.
- Nataliya (5/5): Passable - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. It is way too expensive for such a remote location. I had stays in similar conditions in more central places so I find it's just not worth the money.
- Motayo (8/5): Very good -
- Croitoru (9/5): Superb -
- Darley (10/5): Great transport links, safe environment. Value for money. - Didn’t have breakfast The key safe didn’t open however I was let in and asked to sign in by a resident.
In London for first time attending a coarse overall stay excellent.

- Abarna (8/5): Very good - The receptionist was gud and helpful.
- Abubakar (7/5): Good - Good for the price. Room size quite small
- Ahsan (5/5): Passable... - Location was very good, quite and peaceful. Quite new Abbey wood for Elizabeth line. Quite a few things. First of all, the instructions I received before entering the property was below poor... I was told they key would be in the lockbox, but when I managed to open it, there was no key.. I rang the Doorbell, there was no answer. Then I knocked the door and a lady came out. I don't think she was the owner but maybe was looking after the house. The introduction was quite poor and I was immediately asked to come in the kitchen and sign the register with my name, sign and check in/out times. After that I was forced to show my ID and a picture was taken. I felt insulted and humiliated. If you really need an ID can you explain beforehand? All the ID and information is available at booking.com so I don't understand why I treated like that. The blanket was quite small, I'm not a tall guy, about 5 feet and 6 inches and the blanket felt like was for children. Also, in the instructions, I was told my room is upstairs in first floor but I was shown to my room in ground floor. Instead of staying there in peace I was all the time worries if I am staying at a dodgy place as to why I was asked to provide ID when I have never been asked before. I'm still confused...
- Gymnast030695 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sidiqot (7/5): Convenient price, but bit far - It was cosy and clean, convenient price. Stair case before the front door is uncomfortable when you have heavy luggages, walls are thin, that was annoying in the evening. There are many rules in the house to watch.
- Leigh (7/5): Good -
- Junaid (8/5): Very good - Clean, good value to money No toilet sleepers, no mop.
The light in the room was not OK for reading at all.
